The job: Two people were assigned to clean my house. They were THE nicest people! We went through the house so I could show them rooms needed cleaning and which areas to ignore and they followed my instructions. They not only worked hard; but they had very positive and warm attitudes. They got all the nooks and crannies and paid special attention to dust and pet dander (per my request). Fast and Friendly. First of all, you make sure Socal EDISON Doesnt turn off your electricity before cleaners come in your apartment/house to clean. We were in panic trying to call Socal Edison to turn it back on May 31st. They were suppose to keep it until the end of the day but decided to turn it off early before our cleaners came in @ 6PM. Jaycee is very accommodating. I am making this review because I want people to know first hand, that they do not charge extra passed their cleaning time of 9 to 5PM. We work 9 to 5 jobs and we're never home during the day, so the only time we could supervise the cleaning was passed 6PM. Around this time, SOCAL Edison turned off our electricity. It was getting dark, and they did what they did best and work fast, especially the most important ones, kitchen and Bathroom. Latino husband and wife were so helpful and made sure that everything is going to be okay even without electricity. Carpet Vaccuuming: We didn't have electricity but luckily they were able to provide portable electric themselves when their van came to vaccuum the whole place. We solved the whole no electricity thing and finished the whole job 2 and a half hours later. THey were out by 8:30pm. Only charged us for 2 hours. I was impressed at the length of the vaccuum tube reaching us all the way on the 3rd floor. Carpet was still wet when they were done. It takes a full day or two to dry according to the guy. I felt bad because they missed dinner and no food, I went to SUbway and got the cleaning staff sub sandwhich and drinks. I told mama to eat and rest for a little bit. We spoke to, im assuming the manager, over the phone and processed everything and instructed us. he assured to us that payment thru Zelle was safe, and we did everything by phone. What they wont/cant do for you: Due to time: They'll only clean, you have to throw your own trash. We were moving out so we still had big trash to throw ourselves. Remember youre paying for cleaning, and has to be done under 2 hours or you will be charged for more. I offered to throw my own trash. OVerall, first great experience with this company. Our dirty place was super clean. They got stains out of counters and bathroom tiles. I will for sure use them again because this is not gonna be the only time i am moving. This is a local family owned. I fully support these businesses over corporate cleaners. Suggestion: PLease allow credit card payments. I know we have to pay processing fee of 2 to 5%, but to us that's totally fine. Many people will still pay for the processing fee because some of us do not like to send or wire payment instantly. He spent time making sure that everything was spotless and we couldn't have asked for more. I would hire him again! Everyone was responsive and contacted me per what was scheduled and Christian showed up on time. They contacted me based on my preference of 30-45 minutes before finishing up. Great service. I docked one star because although Emily is responsive and did her job in scheduling, but she was very blunt. Once I was scheduled, I replied with "thank you" and the response back was "okay." A simple "thanks for choosing us for your services" would have been great. It made me want to cancel at first but there is a cancellation fee. I used the move-in cleaning service. For most part, they cleaned well. I did spot areas that weren't cleaned, such as small part of the blind, the bottom part inside the washing machine, and one small tray inside the fridge. I guess you can't expect things to be 100% cleaned. The cleaners were nice and reliable.
