Choose this company for a move in cleaning. Was quoted over $1000 for a move in deep cleaning. Add on- window cleaning, oven cleaning, and wall cleaning. Was called multiple times and informed that it'll take longer than expected and started quoting me additional hours to complete the job. The windows blinds and walls were not completed. There was no disinfected used. The house did not have any kind of bleach smell. The floors were cleaned with fabuloso. Upon further inspection found drains stoppers completely gunked up, slides for a shower moldy, underneath soap holder moldy. Found urine stains on the walls in bathroom. My real complaint is not honoring the original quote. I feel like I over paid for a service that was not complete. Will not be using this company again and advise anyone to think twice. One month later, my husband contacted her to book the deep clean. She asked me if there were any specific areas to pay attention to, asked whether there were any rooms we wanted her to avoid (there was...the office). I hired Fresh Start to deep clean my small business (frozen yogurt shop). I met with and received quotes from 4 companies and Fresh Start's price point fell in the middle of the pack. Right off the bat I liked Kimberly, she was honest and straight forward about the level of work needed and the amount of time it would take. She even came out to my business twice for a walk-through because I wanted to be certain we were on the same page about services and price. The cleaning was done over a 2-day period and her team came in overnight as not to disrupt my normal business hours. I chose this company because they had the highest reviews. They also had the highest prices. Kimberly was very responsive and available that same day which was great! However, I felt like the value wasn't there almost immediately by her presentation and explanation of their charges. I requested at least twice to be notified BEFORE they arrived at my house because I have 2 large dogs that need to be put away. Next thing I know, I receive a text that the cleaning crew is at my house and they are just going to finish their lunch and I have about 10 minutes to put the dogs away. That's not what I requested because my dogs freak out when unknown vehicles park in front of my house. Then, I go outside to unload some items from my car and they are standing in my neighbors yard (most likely because it's shady and my yard doesn't have shade) so I kindly introduced myself and asked them to please step OUT of my neighbors yard and invited them to stand anywhere in my yard. I take my items inside and return to grab more items from my car...this time, not only are they STILL in my neighbors yard but they are SMOKING. I canceled my service with them. I'm not going to pay a premium for that type of conduct. Update: the response to my review from the company is misleading and inaccurate. They did not arrive promptly at 12:15. They arrived between 11:50-11:55. My issue was never that the lady smokes. It was that she's smoking in my NEIGHBOR's yard. Lastly, if I am paying a premium for a service, I expect the personnel conduct to have common sense, manners, and overall top-notch quality.
