Gladis and her team did an incredible job cleaning my house!! They arrived on time and with all of the necessary equipment. My house was embarrassingly messy , we hadn't been able to get it properly cleaned In months, and with busy jobs and 2 young kids it had definitely gotten pretty bad. I tried to do as much as I could to pick up things before they came so they could clean properly, but even then, it was a lot of mess to work through. They did not cut any corners regardless! They did such a detailed cleaning , the amount of dust they were able to get out from under, behind, and on top of furniture, ceiling fans, etc was shocking. I will be sticking with them from now on. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend this business. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment for the work. Thank you Elma and Esperanza for your fabulous work with cleaning the house. I was impressed with the results. The kitchen and bath look great. You are so details and are awesome with what you do. I would totally ask for you guys again next time. Much appreciated your hard work today! read more

I hired Gladis and her team after I saw them at my neighbors house and I'm so happy I found them! From the beginning Gladis has been very responsive and also straightforward with pricing. My first cleaning was a deep clean before the holidays and I was so pleased with the results I decided to continue with monthly cleanings. I think pricing is very fair and I am so amazed with how quick, efficient, but also thorough Gladis and her team are. For my 2300 sq ft house with 3 beds and 3 baths it takes about 1.5-2 hours for them to make everything spotless. Thank you so much Gladis for your hard work! read more

I was excited at the reviews I read about the service provided but after a short back and forth with text messages, Gladis, the owner, simply stopped responding and left me on read after I attempted to schedule them in for an in-home assessment so I could get a quote. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism in communication, I cannot recommend this business. read more

Gladys promises a great cleaning, however, if you need to ask her for anything outside of her norm you'll have to keep reminding her every week. The first clean Gladys performed was good, not great, not spectacular, but good. After a few weeks the cleaning got worse. Gladys cannot commit to a certain time, and will show up when she can, which is okay if you don't need to go anywhere. I had high hopes, with the high price, but Gladys was not happy at my house, repeatedly asked to do the same things over and over(which she said would be completed during the initial walkthrough). Overall you can try Gladys, but expect attitude, high prices, and service which gets worse over time. Also, I notice glowing reviews for being on time. All the 5 start reviews may be her friends/family. First visit was Tuesday because she was busy Monday. Every other visit was Monday. Then she was late because of traffic, vacation in Mexico, and other reasons. Just be careful with 5 start glowing reviews. I see Gladys responded to my review, and texted me mad. Gladys provided the price at the initial walkthrough, $300 per visit., a lot higher than most in my area. Paying extra did not provide a good enough job. The walkthrough is the chance to set a price, and confirm if she wants to work there. Fyi initially Gladys' team was at my house for 3 hours....... The last visit they were gone after 1.5 hours. Buyer beware. read more

I am a newbie having my home cleaned professionally and it was finally time to get it done. So glad I found Mejia Cleaning Services on YELP and I chose this company specifically for their 5 star rating and incredible reviews. Gladys was professional, friendly, detailed and was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. She offered a free same day consultation and I was able to schedule for the same week. It took Gladys and Maribel a little over 3 hours to clean our 1700 sq ft. condo and am very pleased with the results and service that was provided. They both went above and beyond my expectations and our home is still clean since then. They really did an outstanding job as our place was a dusty mess. They were able to clean areas that were difficult to access and putting everything back in an even better fashion. On top of that, my two kids kept bother Gladys with so many questions and she was super friendly with them and didn't ignore them. Bonus points for that! Thank you Mejia Cleaning Service, I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family. read more

Mejia's cleaning was a life saver for us! We needed a deep clean for an upcoming home inspection, and not only was the price incredibly fair, but Gladys squeezed us in on a holiday to make sure our home was clean by the date we needed. She was very responsive, clear with her communication and what I could expect, and followed through on exactly what services she said she would provide. We are so thankful for her services and look forward to working with her again in the future. read more

I used Mejia's cleaning last week and they did a fabulous job. Left my windows sparkling. Gave my much neglected shutters, closet mirrors and baseboards a scrubbing. Their attention to detail was great and I'm definitely going to be calling them again. read more

Gladis responded very quickly and was able to give me a quote the same day. We needed a move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning, and she was able to provide both services. She was very flexible with scheduling and was able to deep clean our entire townhome within a short time. Carpets were cleaned right after, and our townhome looks ready for a new tenant! Gladis and her crew did an amazing job for a great price and we would definitely use Mejia's Cleaning again in the future! read more

Gladis and her girls are an excellent team of cleaners. After a few attempts to replace our previous house cleaner of over 10 years, I found Mejia's Cleaning on Yelp and scheduled an in-person quote the next day. Gladis gave a fair-priced quote and I've had her scheduled for housecleaning every two weeks for the past five months. Gladis and her girls arrive punctually every two weeks and are thorough, quick, efficient, and friendly. Communication is easy and Gladis is always accommodating with our cleaning needs. I've been highly satisfied with each cleaning, and I am thankful we found Mejia's Cleaning! I recommend Gladis and Mejia's Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service. read more

DO NOT BOOK, LATE AND STILL DIRTY. Almost got scammed. I made an appointment with Mejia's cleaning to clean my kitchen and living room. They had to move the appointment 2 hours later due to a family emergency, which is fine. Then they were 45 minutes late to our rescheduled time. They did not clean the inside of the drawers while cleaning the kitchen. Our drawers were empty since we've just moved in. They then told us it was a different cleaning process because they "had to take everything out". I asked them how much extra would it be for them to clean the inside of the drawers but they wouldn't give me the updated price. On the phone, they quoted me $150 but when I was trying to pay, they switched the price to $175 because they "forgot" the quote they gave me. The place was still super dirty after. I do not recommend this service. They also left their trash at my front door. read more

We have been using Mejias cleaning for the past several months. Gladys and her crew are always prompt and efficient when they come to clean. Gladys responded quickly to my initial inquiry. She came that afternoon and gave me a reasonable quote for the amount of work needed. She and her helper came this morning at 8:30 am sharp. They worked nonstop for a little over 6 1/2 hours. My house looks amazing and smells great. We had a very deep clean and they tackled all that dust and dirt. Have received a quote for every other week and once a month. Looking forward to having Gladys back for regular cleaning. Highly recommend these services. read more

Mejia and her team are a great team!! After researching many different cleaning services on Yelp, I decided to book Mejia because of the sincere and detailed reviews written by her previous clients. We requested a kitchen-only cleaning on our new home move in. They were able to come the very next morning after I called. They cleaned everything from the counters, sink, microwave and stove. For the oven, they pulled out the entire oven+stove unit from behind & deep cleaned the floor underneath the actual stove (which had never been cleaned). We are very pleased with their work and will be requesting their services in the future. read more

Gladys quoted me a first clean price that included my fridge. Cleaning service came, but did not do the fridge. Called Gladys & she apologized and said she forgot. She offered and agreed to come out the following week to do it. I paid her in full & threw in an extra $10. On that next scheduled day, I text her to see how it went, but when she responded, she said she didn't make it to my home due to an emergency; she asked to reschedule. I agreed, & she thanked me for understanding. That was May 2. She never got back to me again! I do not recommend. read more

These ladies did a great job! We had them deep clean our condo before moving in and it was spotless! They had me review every nook and cranny before paying them and sending them home. They were very kind and responsive. We had to change the date a couple of times due to the painters delaying us and she was very flexible. We will definitely be using them again! read more

I cannot be more thankful to Gladis and her crew! My fiance and I came to move into our apartment only to find that the place was an absolute mess. Gladis was able to come to the place same day to give us an accurate quote to deep clean the entire thing and made arrangements to come that very same day. These ladies worked for about two hours and did an incredible job. Their effort and attention to detail (and what I assume is magic) made a dump a place that I am excited to live in. They also gave tips on how to maintain the cleanliness which I very much appreciated. All the gals were kind and professional. The price was also very reasonable (don't forget to tip for all their hard work!). If you need someone's cleaning services, don't hesitate to use Mejia's cleaning. read more

Gladys and her crew are very efficient, detail oriented, and fairly priced. I've had her come clean 3 times now, and each time has been satisfactory. They don't just clean easy to reach areas and surfaces; they will go through the trouble of moving items on countertops or on the floor to dust, wipe, or vacuum every surface. The kitchen and bathrooms are always spotless when they're done. A couple small criticisms: Sometimes they don't return items to where they were on the countertops after cleaning (though this has only happened once when Gladys brought a different crew). A couple times when I was her second or third appointment of the day, she has run late by about an hour, but my schedule is fairly open so it hasn't been too much of a problem for me. If that is a concern, Im would suggest asking for an earlier appointment. Other than that, it's been a great experience and I will definitely continue requesting Mejia's Cleaning Services! read more

I messaged Gladis for a quote, and she came the following day to provide an estimate. She was willing and available to provide service the same day the estimate was given! Her and her partner did a wonderful job on our home. It was in desperate need of a good cleaning, and the service did not disappoint. Our kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling clean, our floors are shiny and are carpets look refreshed. If you're looking for reliable house cleaning, at a fair price, do not hesitate to contact Mejia's Cleaning. read more

They cleaned for me a couple times. I gave them two more times and they really didn't get any better. They do not get mirrors clean. I'm a mile from the beach and they get that film on them from salt water. They never got them not to be streaky. They broke a two hundred dollar lamp and a pint glass that they threw in the trash. Didn't realize that I saw. I pulled it out. I must say that they did pay for them. There was something missing from the mantle in the living room that I didn't notice until a day or two after they left and I also realized that they broke a crystal martini glass. I don't know how they got all those 5 start ratings. I wouldn't have them back. One team I had for three years until they moved back to Mexico. I miss having a good team. read more

Only giving them 1 stars because they actually came when they said they would and because they cleaned the cabinets however, still left the previous owners trash. This was a move in cleaning in a very dirty house (previous owners did not clean) the original quote was for $350 and they said they would clean the walls and scrub the molding, sanitize etc, they said 3 people would come in and "clean" Turns out only one person came to clean the entire house. The day of I had to work so I could not be there. My father was there and he paid them $375 for a mediocre job that I still had to do on my day off. Literally, there was dirt on the walls that were easy to come off with a rag and some soap-pine Sol or whatever. There were spiders webs still all over the house. I have a 2 year old that touches everything so you can just imagine how clean I needed this house to be and they took advantage. Charged me an arm and a leg for a job that was not at all well done. Highly highly dissatisfied, do not recommend. Very unhappy customer. read more

Gladys cancelled on me twice in a row. The first time sending me a long text about car trouble. Fine, it happens. But then a few days later, she cancels on me again. The reviews of others are true, she is extremely UNRELIABLE. This is all for a quote. I can't imagine how many times she'd cancel my cleaning appointments. I hired Gladys Mejia to clean my daughter's home while she and her husband were on a 3 day trip. They have two little children and were very tired. Gladys arrived to see the house and give a quote. Unfortunately I don't like to write these types of reviews but in this situation it was necessary. This review took me about two months to write definitely long overdue. Back in mid January I was looking for a cleaning service to come do a great job at a deep clean for my home in February due to me being 8 months pregnant, and only being able to clean so much with bending. I found Mejia's cleaning and decided to reach out. At first, she was so fast at responding which was great she came out to give a quote and with the size of my home I assumed it was decent for a deep clean as I mentioned that is what I was looking for and made that clear. I explained to her that I wanted a GREAT DEEP CLEAN before my newborn child arrives so I would be at ease when she came home from the hospital, she assured me that EVERYTHING is deep cleaned cabinets are cleaned out and wiped down, deep cleaning in every area in the bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen. She emphasized everything would get a great deep clean, and not to worry but the only things that weren't included in the total were fridge, stove, and windows would be extra. Towards the end I did let her know as mentioned I was looking for the cleaning in February possibly closer towards the end she was okay with scheduling it for later. Gladys responded with an estimate right that night, for 350 then 450 with windows. This was January 15th I then responded a few days later we finally ended up scheduling for the 22nd of Feb. I never got a confirmation or follow up but I decided to follow up just to make sure and I assumed she was busy which is fine... when I did reach out she changed it to the 23rd which was also fine. LONG story short, I ended up going into labor the 21st and wasn't home for the 23rd, I let them know that and I asked my dad to let in gladys and her team to clean. I come back home from the hospital on the 24th... We have a few miscommunications regarding the extras I wanted to add on but Gladys said she would come back and clean if needed I told her it wasn't necessary. When I got back home I did a thorough check, and after coming home and giving birth and being a mom of a three year old and newborn AND paying 450 for a deep cleaning I expected a way better job. Anywhere that needed sweeping or a vacuum under the couches/beds/dressers still had a lot of dust same as I left it. my cabinets in my kitchen were not cleaned out and wiped down as promised, inside nor out. The floors were still not mopped correctly and counters in the kitchen were just quickly wiped nothing was moved for a deep clean. I was extremely disappointed.. I'll attach pictures of our conversation she offered to come back which was nice but the explanation just sounded ridiculous so with this service I didn't want someone to come back I just hired another cleaning service to do a better job. read more

Very happy with Gladis & her crew...Arrived on time, friendly & did a great giving my home a deep cleaning it needed.

Three ladies walked into my home determined to work; all of whom were very detail-oriented. Everything that I had requested to clean was done perfectly. I really valued how Gladys was very descriptive about the tasks and provided some input on how to make my messy patio even better. Her daughter was very kind over-the-phone and was very attentive to my needs before the cleaning had even begun. The peace-of-mind that she had provided was part of the reason I chose them to clean my place. The assistant's performance was also very efficient and thorough. Basically, from beginning to end, it was awesome. From all the planning/scheduling, to the dirty-work, and completion... everything was executed professionally. Definitely would choose them again for any cleaning in the future. Thank you very much. read more
