He also cleaned the windows as a courtesy, which I really appreciated. There was a small hiccup with the time of service because we couldn't get the key, but George stayed very flexible and willing to come back within two hours to continue the job. INITIAL REVIEW: Absolute price gouging at $140/hr for house cleaning. I can't support these kinds of businesses where they exploit workers paying them minimum wage and then charge customers $140/hr. I've never been so dissatisfied in my entire life. The worst cleaning service overall. When I called and I spoke with George and I told him exactly what I needed which was a deep cleaning in my room and bathroom and the kitchen. I was told that they do deep cleaning on the walls windows etc. I had an exterminator in the day before and that I had been dealing with a carpet bug issue and that I needed everything sterilized. I was told they would be coming at 9am so I got up super early and they were not there so I text George and said that he texted me to see if they could come at 11. I didn't answer back so that meant no I needed them to come at 9. So waiting around until 12. 3 ladies came and as I was watching I realized that they were just using a dry mop to clean the walls etc. I called George to let him know that they needed to use an actual sterilizing solution like vinegar or something. He said that they didn't have anything like that so I gave them vinegar to clean. She just sprayed it on the walls and did a gentle wipe down. I then looked at my shower and OMG. It looked dirtier than it was before. The kitchen was not cleaned up at all and the floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. I was upset and George said that I had a clean house already so it didn't really need to be cleaned. First time ever that I was told that. I've had cleaning services multiple times and it was just one person cleaning. They did a better job than the 3 ladies. My roommates came home and they asked if the cleaning service came and I said yes and they were shocked because the house was not cleaned and they made more of a mess than cleaning. I spent the next 6 hours cleaning and I'm still not done cleaning. I expressed my concerns and I was told that they didn't do any deep cleaning unless I asked them for it to be done and that would be extra cost. NEVER EVER HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY. I got half of my money back and I have my attorney working on the remaining that I paid. The work was done George says but if it was actually done then why am I still cleaning??? read more

Showed up at a different time than scheduled. Clogged my kitchen sink and vaccum and didn't even mention it. I hired them for a move-out deep cleaning of a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Took them nearly 2 hrs to just complete each if the small bathrooms. (Less than 60 sqft) tub, shower w/o doors, toilet & sink, in each. I know I've done a Marine Corps style field day cleaning on them in the past within an hour and their results weren't even close. Sink hardware was barely wipe down let alone clean or polished. My kitchen sink disposal hasn't worked for a while, so I understand that wasn't their fault, but they clogged the sink and didn't even mention they had a problem with it. I requested they wash a few leftover dishes and they left a pot dirty on the counter. The sink was empty and left as if nothing was wrong with it. They brought their own vacuum cleaner for the floors. They informed me, about mid way through becuase the carpets were too old they wouldn't be able to finish vacuuming them. I told them that was fine since they were getting removed anyway. What I didn't know was at some point they decided to use my vacuum cleaner, (not a big deal), but they completely filled & clogged it up and didn't even think to empty it or ask how or where to empty it. Unfortunately I don't know the exact names of the actual persons cleaning that day, but I would not hire this company again based on this experience. Only giving them the two stars, because the apartment at least passed inspection and they did have to work around other crews working in the apartment. Just bad communication and lack of respect for other's property. Communication would have made it more acceptable. read more
