Got the Regular Cleaning, and it did the job. They did text the morning of and try to push it out an hour, but I pushed back. Gulnara was very nice. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and 2 patios. Good surface level clean in bathrooms and kitchen. Patios were rough, and she did some sweeping. Some of the walls were a bit spotty, and the patios still need some work, but I probably need to request the deep clean next time, which I will. For the regular cleaning for the above, it was the best price I saw at $200, and they had a quick turnaround on getting to me to do the cleaning in just a few days. read more

I scheduled a "deep clean" for a tenant move-in and specifically confirmed it would cover the entire interior of the home. The house was already in very good condition and completely empty, so I expected a thorough, detailed cleaning. However, only one cleaner was assigned to the job, and while she completed a basic surface clean, several key areas were missed. Baseboards and windows were not addressed, and there were still cobwebs in corners. After the service, I was also informed that the garage was not included, which had not been clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for a true deep clean. I ended up having to finish a number of items myself. I would not recommend this service to anyone specifically looking for a comprehensive deep cleaning. Honestly, I don't know HOW they got so many reviews...and so many GOOD reviews. I explained I needed deep cleaning for an after-construction home. I want to make SURE they understand the need and scope. I send photos-they reassure me they "understand":. I feel confident I am being honest and transparent about my expectations, so I book a second cleaning for a rental home we are moving out of. Simpler. Well, they sent one woman with a mop and a bucket to deep clean a 2600 sq ft home. There was sticky tape residue on the floors that I wanted them to pay particular attention too. She didnt get that right. They send her back another day, with some kind of "Goo Off" for getting those tape areas. She tells me they didnt give her the right cleaning supplies initially. I mean- I could not have been more clear. And I expect a cleaning crew, not some woman dragging a mop and a bucket. Oh, and I get a text on the second day, "where is she supposed to park" the driveway is full. I respond...how about the street?? If they were a truck with a team of cleaner adn supplies-yeah I get the driveway request but.......you get it. Needless to say-I cancle the second cleaning with them. They did knock off a little bit from the price. But job-not satisfactory. Oh- and I am Still finding sticky areas that I need to clean with acetone. read more

Overall good and agreeable service, but due to a few details that need tightening up would give 3.75 if I could. I would say that I think that day is likely not super representative of this provider's quality but I think we got unlucky with the particular cleaner on that day. Good price and fairly efficient, though with the particular cleaner we got that day she seemed in too much of a rush at the cost of overlooking a lot of obvious places for cleaning (but which had been stated as included in cleaning during quote process). Understandable and even laudable to want to get things done quickly, but the job does need to be done properly? Because of that there were quite a few things we had to ask to be re-done or pointed out obvious places she missed. To be fair to the cleaner, she very enthusiastically went to work resolving any concerns we had or re-doing where she'd overlooked things. There seemed to be some issues with overall attention to detail bc our cleaner forgot to bring vacuum, used clorox wipes and other caustic, strong-smelling cleaning products when we'd requested child-safe (my head hurt from the overwhelming smell of cleaning product that filled the home). Our home is all hardwood floors and our experience is that vacuuming followed by mop is necessary for proper cleaning. The cleaner mopped twice instead since she forgot vacuum, which I felt a bit bad about, but at a certain point it just moves the dust around. The cleaner also took off her top right away and was wearing just a sports top - not super revealing but just speaking personally I felt a bit uncomfortable being alone with her like that. I usually handle scheduling and review of these kinds of services all myself, but in this case I asked wife to do the look-over at the end bc of my discomfort. I understand that while exerting oneself it can get quite hot (it was a very warm day!), and the cleaner seemed very focused on getting started quickly and worked hard and quick, but the optics of situation could be problematic so I felt uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a scam. They completely misrepresented their services. I hired them to clean a small 200 sq ft space before move-in, and they somehow left it worse than before, muddy and messy. Totally unprofessional and not worth anything. They did a decent job, but I don't think I will hire again namely because it was difficult to communicate with the cleaners. I was given a rate of 250 for 3 hours and I made it clear that 3 hours was my limit. They did not work very efficiently. We paid the deposit a few days before and the rest of fee after the work is done. Global Cleaning sent Lana to our place and she arrived to our apartment roughly 15 minutes after our scheduled time, because it's a little bit difficult to locate. BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!! I had requested a move in cleaning from this company and specifically noted oven cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and pet odor removal in my request as this was mostly what I needed the cleaning for. The company received the request, reviewed it, and quoted $150 with an additional charge of $50 for the oven ONLY. It sounded fine and I went with their company even if their reviews aren't great. Well, apparently those bad reviews are right because they failed to do what the request was for. There was no upholstery cleaning OR pet odor removal. When I inquired with the owner, he simply said "sorry" or I could pay more for it. But the request was for specifically that? DO NOT go with them!! The owner is not transparent at all with pricing and at the end will not complete their end of the transaction, instead resorting of asking more for their paying customer. Trust the bad reviews! After going back and forth with me and then my boyfriend, we compromised on having his girls come back and do the cleaning with "no extra" charge on the cabinets Our cleaning was, ehh. Some pros but more cons. Our half bath was excellent. Our guest bath was okay since there was still a lot of calcium build-up on it, which they said is "too old." Our master bedroom shower was MEDIOCRE. My boyfriend said it doesn't even look like it was touched. We had to get our own cleaning stuff to clean it. Floors around the whole house were counter TOPS were wiped down, BUT the cabinets are like 50/50. Some were wiped, and others were not. The edges/bottom of the counter tops were not. We would grab the edges, and it would be sticky. My boyfriend reached out to the ower as soon as we saw the house to see if they could come back and touch up the areas since we claim to have a 24 hours policy, but he just offered a discount next time. Sorry, but there won't be a next time ‍ rather find another company who isn't a headache to deal with and is ethical when it comes to their word. read more

They responded to a quote that I asked for. At first, due to their inability to speak English properly the manager miss quoted the job. They were able to come out next day but the 2 people that showed up asked my wife what we were quoted. After my wife responded to them, based on my conversation with the manager, they became extremely rude. The manager reached out to me and insisted we paid an extra $100. The cleaners started cleaning but my wife felt extremely uncomfortable as she was working from home and couldn't leave. After preparing raw chicken on the counter that I assumed was clean, I found dirt on the Lysol wipe I used to clean up the chicken juice. The wipe was unexpectedly dirty from not chicken juice. I sent pictures to the manager and he became very offended and told me "there is no way they failed to clean the counters or anything else as it's on their check list". The manager never offered to send anyone out or attempted to make things right in any way at all. Today we found dirty areas throughout the house. I now suspect that due to their irritation they skipped a number of items and failed to use cleaning products throughout the house. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of money. This is extremely frustrating as our boys just came home from a summer vacation. We really wanted a clean house for them to start the school year.
