BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!! I had requested a move in cleaning from this company and specifically noted oven cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and pet odor removal in my request as this was mostly what I needed the cleaning for. The company received the request, reviewed it, and quoted $150 with an additional charge of $50 for the oven ONLY. It sounded fine and I went with their company even if their reviews aren't great. Well, apparently those bad reviews are right because they failed to do what the request was for. There was no upholstery cleaning OR pet odor removal. When I inquired with the owner, he simply said "sorry" or I could pay more for it. But the request was for specifically that? DO NOT go with them!! The owner is not transparent at all with pricing and at the end will not complete their end of the transaction, instead resorting of asking more for their paying customer. Trust the bad reviews! I wish I would've! read more

They responded to a quote that I asked for. At first, due to their inability to speak English properly the manager miss quoted the job. They were able to come out next day but the 2 people that showed up asked my wife what we were quoted. After my wife responded to them, based on my conversation with the manager, they became extremely rude. The manager reached out to me and insisted we paid an extra $100. The cleaners started cleaning but my wife felt extremely uncomfortable as she was working from home and couldn't leave. After preparing raw chicken on the counter that I assumed was clean, I found dirt on the Lysol wipe I used to clean up the chicken juice. The wipe was unexpectedly dirty from not chicken juice. I sent pictures to the manager and he became very offended and told me "there is no way they failed to clean the counters or anything else as it's on their check list". The manager never offered to send anyone out or attempted to make things right in any way at all. Today we found dirty areas throughout the house. I now suspect that due to their irritation they skipped a number of items and failed to use cleaning products throughout the house. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of money. This is extremely frustrating as our boys just came home from a summer vacation. We really wanted a clean house for them to start the school year. I would not ever suggest for anyone to use this company. read more

Easy to reach out to and very responsive. We did a deep cleaning for the first time and the results were great. Pricing was fair and everything was organized and clean. Window (interior and exterior first floor only) was extra but it was definitely a good job read more

Great to communicate with and pricing is super competitive. Aya did a fantastic job and worked really quick. Would definitely work with Global Cleaning again! read more

Great service! Our cleaner Aya did a great job. The estimated time was underestimated, but she came back another day to finish the job! Responses were very prompt. Thank you! read more

Prompt and reasonably priced. Cleaner did a thorough job. Would recommend and plan to use again in the future.

I needed a a 1400 sq ft vacant house cleaned after we moved out. Global Cleaning sent two people to do the job. They focused on deep clean of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which came out really nicely. No more lime scale in the showers and toilets and the stove and oven were like new. In the two hours they were there, the ceiling fans were dusted, inside windows were wiped down, and floors were swept and mopped. They worked efficiently and diligently and even offered to help me move the last of our belongings out of the house. For $200 for 2 hours, this was a great value and I would call them up again. The owner was very communicative. read more

I reached out mid week and was able to schedule for Saturday morning. They arrived early, and offered to begin if I was ready. Absolutely! They were able to clean our 1000 sq ft condo in just under two hours(two employees). Slight language barrier that we easily navigated using a quick translator. They were even friendly to my fur babies. Will be using them monthly going forward read more

Anna did an amazing job, very efficient, hard working and reliable! We will continue using this service.

Work was completed quickly and done very well. I most probably use this service again.

They had a very quick response to my request which made the process easy! We usually do our own home cleaning so we took a gamble and it paid off. Great service and great pricing for our home. I will definitely continue to use their cleaning services. read more

Had a cleaning done by global cleaning yesterday and I am very happy with the service they provided. From the start they reached out to me with a very reasonable quote for a deep cleaning extremely quick and had availability the very next day and accommodated a time that worked best for me.They arrived on time and asked what I wanted them to focus on. I wish I could give them a higher rating than five stars. I basically had a hoarders guest bedroom and a Uber filthy bathroom. After I called these cats in? They're both looking cleaner than when I moved in. You won't be disappointed. I basically sent out for quotes in the middle of the night and they were here the next day at noon. I can't speak highly enough for how amazing and blown away I am by their work. read more

I've used the company over the years and had some outstanding cleanings. Unfortunately the consistency is not there. Requested a deep clean the last time hoping to get a cleaning of a certain standard, which was not met. Maybe they would be ok for regular cleaning, just not deep cleaning. Will not be using again. Global Cleaning has gained another very satisfied customer! The cleaners came right on schedule (actually a bit earlier, which was even better) and worked on 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen/living room area all in the span of about ~4 hours or so. My boyfriend and I are moving out this week and wanted to deep clean the home prior to leaving. Vasily and Eliana (forgive me if I spelled their names wrong) did such a great job and left each room looking/smelling fresh and brand new. They cleaned the inside of our refrigerator and even organized all the contents inside, cleaned inside every pantry cabinet, all surfaces, vacuumed all carpeted floors and rugs, and more! Thank you so much Global Cleaners, and if I ever need another home cleaning service I will be sure to come to you all :) 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for reliable, efficient cleaning services for their home! read more

Got a quote from them along with other cleaners that service this area, for my brand new listing coming soon. They were fast to respond, gave me a deal, came early but always responsive and communicative. They were faster than I thought they'd be to clean the unit. It smells so good and clean! My client was satisfied. Just be specific for what exactly you need cleaned. It's extra for the freezer and balcony and blinds. But easy to pay. They accept Zelle. Thanks guys! read more

My husband and I work full time and have a small family so most days we are just surviving which means we definitely don't have time to keep up with deep cleaning. Global Cleaning is the first company we've ever hired to clean our home, we have them come by every two weeks and we honestly can't complain. If I need specific area tended to or perhaps they missed a spot I just let them know and they make sure to clean it to our standards. English isn't their first language but they understand some words and we've managed to use Google translate to communicate. The team is always on time and asks us to inspect the cleaning after they are done to ensure there isn't any issues. My experience with the owner has also been pleasant. He is responsive and provides updates on when we can expect the team to arrive on our scheduled days. read more

They missed a few minor things but overall did a great job cleaning our house. Thank you. read more

This was our first time hiring cleaners, so we don't have anything to compare to, but overall happy with the service that was provided, especially since the rate was quite good compared to other cleaning companies. The manager was very responsive through Yelp and text and was very kind and flexible given our unique situation with the delay in closing our house. We were moving into a new house and had requested a deep clean of the whole house including cleaning of the fridge, oven, interior windows, and garage cabinets. I had made an error with the number of bedrooms in the Yelp quote but had provided a Redfin link to obtain the most accurate quote based on the full house details on Redfin, so I was surprised the cleaners only mentioned two bedrooms to be cleaned when I had expected the full house to be cleaned. However, since the house had previously been professionally cleaned by the previous owners, the manager and cleaners were nice enough to agree to at least clean the floors of all the bedrooms. I was most impressed by the cleaning of the fridge. The exterior was so disgusting, I thought it was beyond repair and was planning on purchasing a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that all the gross marks were cleaned off. One of the cleaners also showed me all the grease stains that he removed from the oven, so I appreciated that the oven was truly cleaned. The only things I noticed that could have been cleaned a little better were some of the interior windows and window sills (the window sills maybe weren't included in the cleaning), the stairs (didn't seem to be vacuumed since I saw some particles on the stairs), the master closet, and underneath the sinks. In the beginning, I pointed out some areas I wanted cleaned better (such as the inside of the fridge), so they tried their best to clean. In the end, they quickly asked us to look through the house to see if anything was not cleaned to satisfaction. Since they had already packed the cleaning supplies and had already spent about 5 hours cleaning, I didn't bother asking for more cleaning since they already worked so hard. Overall satisfied with the cleaning service and able to live in our new house with peace of mind that most of the dirty areas were cleaned. read more

*** DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY *** Cleaning crew arrived 1 hour late. They took shoes off, but place inside the house instead of leaving outside. Their expression and body language showing exhaustion. I'm glad I work from home and could check their job. Nothing impressed me. It was a pretty much a dusting off type of cleaning. After breaking one of our portraits (please see attached pic), I decided to ask them to stop and leave. On they way out didn't even care about taking the trash bags they had already by tue door to be dumped in the trash (please see attached pic). Also left some trash behind the toilet in one of the bathrooms (please see attached pic). We made a mistake not getting some other references and only get based on some reviews. read more

I raised a request for move-in cleaning service. Guy was prompt, but was not thorough as some other services. In general all other services sent a broken down cost for all the services so that it's clear on what is included and what is not. But this service did not. Let's give benefit of doubt and say they stick to the request raised by me and do not try to up sell. Second issue was misrepresentation. The guy responding to me kept saying my team will come, my team is on the way. Now in which world team consists of 1 single person. Let's give another benefit of doubt and say he was counting himself as part of the team. Cleaning should be thorough, as that is what you are charging for. He had to send the "team" back to clean again, and this was after I shared videos of dirt. I would not recommend this service. Attaching one sample image to this review Update: one person from your team is called team member. You don't have to take the name, but can use words like member. Unbelievably terrible experience with this company. 1. They rescheduled twice in a space of 24 hours 2. They were 40 minutes late 3. Their cleaners showed up without masks and basic cleaning equipment (garbage bags or vacuum) 4. They refused to clean our small study (100 sq ft) because technically they counted it as an extra bedroom (I was informed of this after they left) 5. They refused to clean our small balcony (60 sq ft) even though they agreed to include it during the initial quoting messages 6. Quality was abysmal -- see attached images. Global Cleaning - Left the floor dirty - Home Cleaning Near Me

Global Cleaning was great to work with. Maksym is very communicative and I had Lana as my cleaner for my house. She is super sweet and very hardworking! She asked me what areas I wanted her to concentrate on in our home and she performed above and beyond. Would definitely hire them again for future cleaning services. read more

DO NOT USE GLOBAL CLEANING because the owner, Maksym is unethical, damaged my home & because of numerous communication issues! After discussing my project (a cleaning gift to family members) and getting a quote, Maks showed up & dropped off two women who could NOT speak basic, minimal English. And this is where the problems started! We tried to communicate with them using the Google Translate app, but that didn't go well, and we were unable to reach Maks to translate for us. The two women who did the cleaning were nice and did an okay job, but, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND or SPEAK ENGLISH, they used a product to clean our hardwood floors that we asked them NOT to use, permanently damaging our hardwood floors, (to the point that they need to be replaced). We reached out to Maks during & immediately after the cleaning, asking him to " make it right." Instead, Maks chose to make excuses, claimed that the homeowners, instructed his cleaners to use a damaging product on the hardwood (which no one would do!) and then chose to ignore written requests that he fix it. It's been 2 years and Maks has still ignored every request to try to fix this. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED, never even discounted his service...he did NOTHING aside from LIE in attempts to blame the homeowner. Though Maksym has reached out several times to offer cleaning specials. I CANNOT RECOMMEND any service that operates with zero integrity! DON'T USE GLOBAL CLEANING! Edited to add: Since Maksym B - the owner of Global cleaning replied claiming there is no history of discussion, I've attached our Yelp quote as we found his cleaning company thru Yelp. I've also attached 2 of the numerous texts exchanged about this issue. I'f be even happier, Maks, if you'd respond to our attempts to contact you (personally & legally) as you've ignored and dodged every attempt. And WHY am I posting after (almost) 2 years? Because I was giving you time to show some professional integrity, you came out to look at the floors once after being contacted about the problem, stayed approximately 5 minutes, said nothing then left & proceeded to ignore the issue as if it never happened (just like you're doing in your reply below!) And yes, GLOBAL CLEANING caused THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage to our floors!! It is YOU who needs to delete your unnecessary reply. You continue to deflect blame but I have more all the receipts needed to backup everything in this review. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company to clean, the service was horrible. First of all they were an hr late. I scheduled a deep cleaning and mind you my home was completely empty since we were barely moving in, so no appliances or anything to clean. I specifically asked for baseboards, cabinets, walls, cabintets and kitchen to be cleaned aside from the basic. The owner stated yes they would do that but they didn't. They didn't even clean the most basic of stuff. There were spider webs and dirt behind all 3 toilets. The baseboards were filthy. They hadn't been touched at all. There was so much dust and dirt in the cabinets and on top. There was dust on all the light fixtures. The floors were still dirty. I took a wipe to these and they were black. The window sills were filthy. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. I chose this company due to the good reviews and I was so disappointed in the job they did. The owner had nothing but excuses as to why they didn't do stuff but it was the most basic of stuff that wasn't cleaned aside from the deep cleaning stuff. The shower and bathtubs were still dirty, I also took a wipe to them and the dirt came off. The owner offered them to come back and redo it but why would I want them to come out if they didn't do it right the first time and they only thing I got back was $50 (it took 2 days for him to send it) when I paid $80/hr for basically nothing. It looks like nothing was cleaned but the inside of the toilets. My biggest regret was not going with another company for my cleaning needs. The owner said the couple (a woman and tall man) that came out was the best crew he had and they had a lot of experience. If they did have so much experience then I wouldn't have to micromanage them, this is their job and they should know how to clean. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated that I basically gave them free money to do nothing. Please look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. Very unprofessional and do not know what they're doing. They're basically scammers disguised as cleaners. Reply to owner: No the areas that should've been cleaned were the very basic of things that should've been cleaned and weren't. I never demanded a full refund I asked for a partial because honestly it didn't look like they cleaned at all. My mistake was not being the one there to check the work. My house is big but I told you the size of the house before you sent someone and assured me you could do what I asked. The home was empty so they only had to focus on the home. Yes, the house was old but that's no excuse for missing dirt that's clearly right in your face that can be wiped off with a Clorox wipe. It's always an excuse but not taking responsibility for the horrible job the team did. A child could've cleaned better than those 2 did. Again I warn anyone to look elsewhere for cleaning services. The pictures I posted were just the top of the iceburg. There was much more that wasn't done. They were in my home for 4 hrs and not one room was cleaned properly. read more

They did an okay job, however, the manager is trying to up charge at every opportunity. Asked me to pay $50 extra because it was taking longer, then asked for $50 more because they allegedly did additional items I did not request. Claimed they did the fridge/oven when both were still dirty. Very inappropriate & uncomfortable. Ultimately our landlord wanted to bring in additional people to clean. Very disappointing. read more

Horrible. As you can see by the after pictures this is nowhere near clean. The toilets and tubs were cleaned. Everything else was a joke. The house also smells musty now, not like cleaning products as you would expect. Did they even use soap?! I can't tell. This took 2 people 3 hrs for a 2 bdrm 2 bath house. I finally told them to skip the master bedroom all together since it was taking so long and not clean! The cabinets and counters in the whole house (bathrooms and kitchen) were newly installed 1 week proor. So clean to begin with, and the dishwasher and fridge freshly cleaned prior to their arrival with no dishes in the sink. So I have no idea what took so long to look this bad! The bathroom trash was emptied, but the full kitchen and bedroom trash was not. I will not use again and would not recommend. read more

appointment cleaning in this company for the first time. I thought that good reviews on the company and the price is justified. But it seems all the positive reviews are bought here. I have two carpets in liveng that needed to be cleaned. After cleaning, I walk on food crumbs and hair, they just forgot to vacuum the carpet. That thing doesn't look like a professional vacuum cleaner. In the kitchen, there are white stains in the sink from the middle. There is no smell of freshness in the house after cleaning, only a terrible smell of household chemicals. If you have children, I do not recommend this cleaning company. The guy wiped all the surfaces with one rag, the kitchen. This is very unprofessional. I don't want to think that they also wash the toilet and the kitchen with one rag. It's disgusting. I hired this company to clean my home because we are a busy working family and do not have the time to deep clean. We asked them several times to please clean our walls , any wall they can clean, we asked to be clean. We have a 2 bed room, 1 1/2 bath, which isn't much to deep clean properly. I get home I can tell the walls were not cleaned at all, I grabbed simple wipes and wiped down my walls and easily cleaned them. The job they did was something I could have done myself. They just threw blankets on my daughters bed. There was still speckles on my floor which shows it wasn't properly mopped or swept . My kitchen counter still had things done them. My dining room table was not even touched , wiped down, nothing. My couch was not even straightened up. I will highly recommend to steer clear from this company. read more
