Dishonest, hired for deep clean, denied even though yelp gets your request and sends it to providers who provide a quote. Sent them home after 30 minutes still paid them most of the fee. Even if not a deep clean, their work was terrible. Do not hire. I chose them because it was cheapest for "deep clean", then saw the very mixed reviews. Should have not booked with them, not actually cheaper for a deep clean. Spend your time/money/effort elsewhere. read more

We booked a two person team for a post NYE party home cleaning and we are extremely happy with the level of service, ease of booking and responsiveness of management. They did a great job on the house - which was covered in confetti, used cups, and all kinds of party debris - it looked incredible after the cleaning team was done. They went above and beyond. We will be booking again for sure! read more

My renter moved out on short notice so I needed a cleaning service within 5 days. Global Cleaning responded promptly and were very transparent about their rates and services. After answering like 10 of my questions, I booked them for a Saturday. Their crew arrived early, were very nice and pleasant, and started immediately once they took a look around the house. They worked diligently and finished within the 5 hours promised. They were very detailed in their work, even trying to scrub out stains that I mentioned could've be removed! I enjoyed this business and their service very much and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a responsive, reliable, and affordable cleaning service. read more

Lana is the best! She is thorough and efficient - and the sweetest! Both my cat and dog loved her which is rare for "intruders with vacuums." Already scheduled my ongoing cleaning with her moving forward. Definitely recommend for quality and good price. read more

I needed a local company to do a real estate job. (Move in/move out- full day of work) Basically said it was too small for their interest. Wouldn't recommend anyone call them for any size job. read more

I used this company three times. I reached out to the owner to ask if the cleaners can follow specific instructions as with covid and being pregnant I have a strong preference in how my house is cleaned (i.e. no shoes in the house, wash hands when entering home etc...). The owner stated the instructions can be followed. He also stated initial cleaning is $250 even though I just hd my house cleaned by our previous house cleaners (I've hd house cleaners for 7 yes). I asked if there will be 1 or 2 cleaners he said 2. Reoccurring cleaning is $200 for 3-4 hrs of cleaning. On the day of the cleaning only 1 cleaner showed up and took a very long time to clean. They were thorough and followed my requested instructions which I appreciated. Second month of cleaning I asked for the same cleaner but requested two cleaners as he stated the service included. He said ok but sent a different crew came and they had to take the time to review the instructions. They followed the instructions and finished at about 4 hrs (I believe the same amount of time as the first time). The Third time I asked for the same lady from the first time but he said she only works alone.... I asked for the second crew and he tried to charge me $250 because they took 4 hrs to clean. I told him I'll reconsider the cleaning and he said he'll honor the $200. The cleaners came and cleaned in 3 hrs and 15 mins but didn't follow the all instructions and did not clean thoroughly. They also misplaced my rags used to clean and I had to take the time to figure out where it was. The owner denied that they used the rags but I was here watching them use my rags per my request. Unfortunately because they didn't follow instructions to put all dirty rags at the door, they wasted my time trying to look for the rags I have my cleaners use. I've had other cleaners do the same quality of work for $150. I thought I'd pay $200 for having a service follow instructions but apparently this company is over priced and doesn't follow instructions. I would not use them again read more

I contacted Global Cleaning to do a move in clean. I specifically requested windows (extra), tile/ grout, tubs and toilets, the oven to be clean, and general dust and wipe down. I also had them do our shampoo and steam of the carpets. I needed help with the cleaning since I am pregnant and am avoiding most cleaning products for the smell. Their cleaning crew arrived around 11:45am and the carpet cleaning crew would arrive near the end of their job. The original carpet crew's machine broke and they were quick to tell us. They got us a new crew, but that meant we had to go let the new crew in rather than it be back-to-back. Upon arrival, it was clean the cleaning crew did an exceptionally poor job. Our window sills had what looked like mold on them. The kitchen counters and microwave door were still sticky and had food bits on them. The laundry and patio doors were dirty. None of these required extra elbow grease because, to confirm they hadn't been cleaned, I wiped them down with a Clorox wipe, and that was able to clean them. When I sent pictures to the owner they were very apologetic and offered to send a crew the following day. It wouldn't work with my or my husbands work schedule so we requested some money off of the job which was granted. The job was $300 plus $50 for the windows. I requested $75-$100 off. I got $80 off. The carpet crew who arrived was timely and efficient. I just would not have them do my carpets again since booking their cleaning service was a letdown. read more

Updating per text exchange with the owner. This agreement was made under my husband's name, which was apparently not hard to find as he was texted shortly after I wrote this review. I understand that accidents happen, but this was incredibly inconvenient. There was so much broken glass in the garbage disposal that it had to be taken apart to resolve the issue. There was glass all over the kitchen, and it was not all cleaned up. We had to pay out of pocket for a temporary shelf since it took so long to find the replacement shelf. Aside from the broken glass issue, I personally had to re-clean the "clean" fridge as there was liquid all over due to jars being laid on their sides. Several areas of the house were not cleaned at all or were very poorly cleaned. The owner texted my husband that it was "unfair" of me to leave this review since it was an accident. I don't think it is unfair to write a truthful review. Accidents do happen, but we were still charged extra to clean the refrigerator, even though the glass was broken and liquid was spilled everywhere. We paid out of pocket for the temporary shelf and were not reimbursed. We were not offered any discount for all of this inconvenience. read more

I've hired Global Cleaning twice and have been greatly satisfied both times. Their house cleaners are very detail oriented and respectful of my home. I needed a VERY deep clean of my new home before moving in. I couldn't completely supervise and unfortunately there was some miscommunication about what needed to be done. When I let them know, they sent the team back and handled everything without question. We were looking for cleaners for our apartment to do a deep cleaning for our move out and they exceeded my expectations. They were very responsive and reliable. They provided a quote within minutes of sending a message (price is very fair - especially for how much work/cleaning that needed to be done) and we booked the appointment within days. They also take electronic payment (Zelle and Venmo) which is very convenient. We had 2 cleaners come (man and woman) and boy did they do an exceptional job. They made it look like new and I cannot believe how much time and effort they put into cleaning the condo (floor boards, closets, cabinets, drawers, bathroom, shower, sinks, kitchen, floors, oven, refrigerator, microwave, windows - inside and outside, living room, fireplace and also vacuumed). I would definitely refer and use them again! read more

I just moved into a home and it was absolutely FILTHY ! I was so stressed during my moving process, I decided to look on yelp for help . I will definitely hire them again. Love my new house now thanks to you guys Thank you guys for saving my day :) read more

I had Ozar and Sveta come out and clean our house before we moved in! There was dust everywhere and they did a fantastic job cleaning everything. They aren't overly expensive. I will definitely be getting them again. read more

I called for a last-minute move in cleaning. Global Cleaning was quick to respond. Great communication. Crew was on time. Introduced themselves. Very polite and came with all of their own supplies. I DO NOT recommend this cleaning company. I hired this company based on so many positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. The cleaners arrived 30 mins late. I left them to clean for 2.5 hours and I felt like they didn't get much done except for the windows. When I arrived, I found one of the cleaners in a different outfit, talking on the phone outside. I hired them for move in cleaning. The house was completely empty, so they should have wiped down and sanitized all the surfaces. The lady who mopped the floor didn't use any bleach or cleaning products. I bet she didn't even change out dirty water. There was some glue or hard residue stuck onto the kitchen countertop and they used a key or something to remove it and left a bunch of scuff marks. Luckily, they were able to buff it out. The cleaning supplies they brought with them was minimal. It was also extremely frustrating because I couldn't communicate with them unless they used a translator on their phone. Thank you, NEXT!! read more

Why didn't I think of hiring a housekeeper years ago?! Oh yeah, I did. I was just reluctant for the same reasons that most people are. Skeptical, fear of being stolen from, the discomfort of having a complete stranger in your home, etc. I decided recently to just go for it and after some due diligence I went w/ Global and I couldn't be happier with the results Everybody was prompt, professional, and they did an amazing job on my place. I opted for the deep cleaning option, and will continue to do so every month moving forward. I can't recommend them enough read more

Reached out for price estimates from several cleaners using Yelp's interface. Global Cleaning was one of the fastest to respond, had high ratings, and a reasonable price compared to the competition. They were very flexible with scheduling and communicative with arriving. The cleaner did a very thorough job working through my apartment and I'm really happy with the service. We usually use a cleaner about once per quarter to help get to the things we struggle to keep tidy. I just booked another appointment and was happy to see everything was just as smooth. Can't wait until Friday to have another shiny and nice smelling house! read more

Excellent services! They did their job very thoroughly. They immediately cleaned out the places I pointed out without showing any hesitation, or lacking in their job, and they clean everything very well, and carefully. I hired global cleaning to help clean out an old monk's RV, cause I want him to have a better living condition, told them exactly so, and they were willing to give me a small price drop, and a quality service for the monk. The monk said thank you, and he's happy! read more

Global Cleaning - Living room so clean!!! - Home Cleaning Near Me

I really can't say enough how worth it it is to book this cleaning service. This is my second time hiring them, the first being a couple years ago at a different apartment. Obviously the first visit was fantastic since I hired them again, so I'll just talk about my most recent cleaning. KC and Rita were the employees who cleaned my apartment. They showed up on time and were very kind and professional. They wore masks (for COVID safety) which was much appreciated. All I had to do was quickly show them which rooms I wanted cleaned and then they handled it from there. I was able to tune out and get other work done, without worrying about a thing. When they were all done, I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness. I have two cats and my sorta messy roommate just moved out so there were areas that had been a bit neglected, but they got it all. Oven, microwave, toilets, window interiors...everything was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh and clean. Honestly they went above and beyond, which is why I'm now signing up for monthly service with Global Cleaning. Their excellent service, plus how friendly and accommodating the owner was when setting up my appointment, made my experience just so worth it. Highly recommend. read more

Hired Global Cleaning for the first time to clean my home before Lunar New Year. Initially reached out to them last year for a quote through Yelp but ended up hiring another company due to being slightly cheaper. However, they didn't do that thorough of a cleaning job so this year I wanted to hire Global Cleaning. It was very easy to book them for cleaning. Maksym, the owner, is very responsive on Yelp and answered all of my questions. He is also very kind and understanding. My hot water wasn't working today, but he said to not worry about it. A single woman came to clean my home. She was here for 4.5 hours, which was a little longer than the estimate given, but she was working the entire time so I didn't mind. She did a very thorough job, was very polite and professional, and quiet. One of my cats who is scared of most things wasn't even that scared of her hahaha. I'd definitely hire her through Global Cleaning again! :) read more

I want to start by saying a lot of companies offer a discount to the service if you leave a review. This is not one of those situations. These guys were honestly the best cleaners I've ever dealt with, and I've been using a cleaning service for the last ten years in the Irvine area. They were responsive to book, showed up on time and didn't miss anything. It was a move out clean on a large house so it was a big job and the cleaning duo (husband and wife team) did not skip corners. Shelves, cabinet faces, glass, floors, appliances, bathrooms, etc - it all looked amazing. I wish I would have found this company sooner because I would have loved to use them for occupied cleans (the regular service I had been using didn't have availability for a move out clean which is why I found this company). This is one of those rare situations where I wish I had more recurring work to give them, just because they worked so hard. With the current labor market, people rarely try so hard to provide top notch service like these guys did. 11/10 recommend. Maksym (the lead contact) was also easy to communicate with during and after booking process. Thanks again - you guys were awesome. read more

Wow. Save yourself the time and trouble I sent a request in to get a cleaning and the owner responds with a flat rate. After texting back and forth and me asking questions, he adds $50 because of the sq footage I called the next day to book and asked about supplies and when I called the second time, the rep tells me they don't service my zip code After spending all my time asking questions and texting they tell me they don't service my area but what's worse, and why I'm writing this review, is that instead of apologizing they continually blamed it on Yelp and tech issues and then blamed me and said it's because I changed the project (which I didn't) and didn't take any responsibility for their mistake. When I showed him the screenshot where I submitted the right zip code, he still blamed me and said it was because I sent the project request in after hours! Can't imagine what it's like working with them read more

I will give this company and the cleaning team five stars. The owner was very responsive and worked with us on dates and times. The price was very good. Wonderful cleaning teams! They did an excellent job and were very courteous. We look forward to having them back

Beautiful JOB!!!! I wish I had found this company sooner. I had a recent move that needed to be completed very quickly. This company was responsive and provided detailed information and quote. I needed move out cleaning. They did get backed up in their day and need to change their arrival time. But they were clear in communicating. Two ladies arrived and went to work immediately. They did an absolutely amazing job. They cleaned all the areas I stressed that needed attention. They even attempted to remove oil that had been spilled on my carpeted stairs by the movers. My only regret is I did not get the two young ladies names as I would like to recognize them publicly. I would like to use their services in the future and have already recommended to friends. Thank you for making an incredibly stressful move easier. read more

We hired a different company for deep cleaning two weeks prior before to hiring Global Cleaning to do basic cleaning . How a person define a clean home will mean differently to the next person. Based on the job that was hired to do we were pleased. Even though our bottom floor just got remodeled this Fall, we definitely needed some good basic cleaning on top of our previous deep cleaning. This job was done on 2/5/21 :) . Would I recommend them, yes. It's worth a shot for the price, average cost was $50 per hour. They arrived at 3:45PM left at about 6:15 ish. Price quoted was $150. Hope my review helps the next busy person looking for house cleaning. read more

I had their service once. Everything was good from the start, I was quoted for $200 for my house and I paid an extra $100 for window cleaning. 3 people came to clean. It was okay until I inspected their work. I kindly asked the owner to let the cleaners know to reclean the floor and vacuum since I have dogs and I can still see the hair on the floor. I didn't mind reminding the owner because it was the first time so I understand. However, what upset me was I paid extra for the window cleaning service and yet, it wasn't done throughly. As well as the upholstery wasn't wipe down. I would assume it's common to clean leather furniture with deep cleaning. Due to covid, I gave them the benefit of the doubt was was going to have them clean the second time. However, they were unorganized with arranging cleaners. So after having to pay $300 for an average deep clean and having to wait for promises, I wont be using their service again. read more
