I am disappointed by the move-in cleaning job. I was quoted for a deep clean and then charged extra for windows ($50), blinds ($40) and oven ($30). I wish it was more clear on the pricing. I am not sure what cleaning solution was used for the wood floors but it left behind a chalky residue on the floors and I had to reclean the the floors twice. Here is a photo of the first reclean and second reclean I did the next morning. I have been looking for a deep clean for my two bedroom apartment for a while. From the get-go, this business was up front, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and on top of my requests. I had two separate locations on the same day, and the owner was great about coordinating that, including meeting the needs of my time crunch. Though I didn't interact with the workers at one location, I got really good feedback. And I have to say - the workers who came to do a deep cleaning of my home were incredibly detailed and very, very hardworking. Overall the cleaning that did get done was done very well. Was easy to pay with Zelle as the person that texts was quick and responsive. However my issues revolves around the service that was sent not speaking and English and only Russian. This wouldn't have been too bad an issue if I had known to expect that ahead of time but there was no warning so it was difficult to communicate and was only able to really get part of the house clean because of it. Also have to be specific when asking for deep cleaning as they understand what exactly you are gonna need done. Overall would recommend but would advise to make sure that the language barrier won't be an issue before setting an appointment. read more

I had high hopes when we hired Global Cleaning based on all of the stellar reviews. Let me start by saying the man that came was very nice. However, we are quite disappointed with the job that was done. When we booked our cleaning, we were told bedding would be replaced, dishes would be done, all bathroom surfaces would be cleaned, etc. Unfortunately, the dishes were not done, meaning the sink was not cleaned. Large parts of the floors were not vacuumed (still cobwebs and dust). The bedding was replaced only after I had to ask twice for it to be done. And the shower walls look like they were not even touched. Is our place cleaner than before? Yes. But the point of us hiring a cleaning company was to have our house cleaner than we could get it ourselves. I feel like we paid someone to come in and simply do the things we do on a weekly basis. They brought cockroaches into my house with their equipment & they super overcharged me. I recently had my house remodeled and there was a lot of dust from construction. I had global cleaning come clean my house. When they were cleaning my son said dad look there's cockroaches coming out from the cleaners stuff. Sure enough there was all kinds of cockroaches coming out of their equipment and running all over the place in our house. I immediately told them to take their equipment outside and had them use my supplies instead. The damage was already done. They infested my house with cockroaches and I had to get it fumigated. I used their service on August 15th. Very disappointed. I have a 649 SQ ft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The cleaner did the bare minimum. She didn't mop the bathroom or kitchen floor. I had to ask her to reclean the tub. Just because it doesn't look dirty doesn't mean you shouldn't clean it. I basically paid $150 for light dusting and my carpet vacuumed. They also use an all purpose cleaner on your wooden furniture so you need to provide wood cleaner for them. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, he offered me a discounted rate if I choose to use them again.
