Edit: I found at least 3 of my window blinds are damaged after this clean, I attached pictures below. Also please take a look at previous low star reviews, it will give you a whole picture of this owner, that he lies constantly and try to blame everything on his customers. I highly doubt those 5 star reviews are not legit. My lesson learned is that save some drama from this shady business and there are many decent cleaning services out there It's unbelievable the owner commented with such a hostile tone, that not towards tackling the problem but towards tackling the people who raises problem. Let me try to address those 1 by 1. 1. For photos they are taken the day of cleaning, attached a new photo, this time with taken time visible, the owner just trying everything to bring down his customer who pointed out the problems 2. The yelling part is ridiculous, it was not a smooth conversation, yes, because the cleaners did not speak good English, although the owner promised they do, yet another promise the owner did not keep, the cleaners were treated politely and patiently, but I have to speak out directly that I was not satisfied with the result they did to them face to face, sorry I might hurt the feelings, the owner definitely overpromised a tons of things just try to get more business. 3. My house is regularly cleaned by another cleaning service, it was well maintained, no need for any deep clean, not many furnitures, it's pretty easy to clean, and I never had complain with previous cleaners , and because of timing problem this time I give oc cleaning a try, and they really did a bad bad job. The 1.5 hour estimation was confirmed when they were onsite! yet the owner blamed me that I lied about my house condition?! They cleaned my house for 3 hours, but still I found quite some places not covered, after many times I pointed out some obvious issues but easy to fix work, and found they were too lazy to fix them, I just gave up, paid them and let them leave, it was much worse than the work my usual go to cleaning service can do for 2 hours read more

Needed a Deep Clean/Move In service recently. Josef was great with the clear communication (no hidden costs) of what to expect and how long it would take. We moved into a new house and hired OC house cleaning to deep clean before we moved in. When we arrived shortly after on move in day, we noticed several areas were not cleaned, including obvious dirt on the upper edges of kitchen cabinets, splattered orange stains on the upper kitchen walls, and most concerningly, what looked like blood splatters on the master bathroom walls. The previous owner unfortunately died of Covid-19 shortly after arrival to the hospital (1 year prior), and it is haunting to think the splatter on the bathroom walls is coughed up blood that was not cleaned. I called and spoke with a woman who asked me to send photos of the areas I was concerned with. I texted them all of the attached photos except for the bathroom stains which we noticed later, and received the following attached messages in response. In it, the owner states "for me, it looks like 5 minutes job for 1 person. Which is about $4 value." I absolutely would not recommend this company if you are looking for peace of mind and a true deep clean, and any accountability. read more

I recently used OC cleanings to clean 3 bathrooms and vacuum/mop the floors. First of all, the business owner only communicates via text and that's a bit frustrating. One of the cleaners did not want to bend down and clean under beds, corners or hard to reach areas. It appeared that her and her vacuum were at my house for a leisurely drive-by. When I brought this up to the owner to reach a compromise, he threatened me that his partners are demanding full payment and ignored the problem at hand. After the cleaners left, I detail reviewed my bathrooms and here are all the issues: 1. Windows, screens and window tracks were not cleaned in the bathrooms 2. The grout below the toilet and the bath tub was not cleaned. 3. Medicine cabinet was not cleaned. 4. Streaks were left on the tile. 5. Hair catch basket in the shower was not cleaned out. 6. Trash can was not wiped down. 7. Cabinet exterior was not wiped. For an hour of this company's time, you realistically need to follow that up with 20 mins of your own for a quality cleaning. There are better cleaning companies out there that will not leave you with rework, frustration and a half-clean home. As you can see in the owner's comments below, he's talking about psychological trauma to his employees. If you get psychological trauma from not doing good work, that is a learning lesson. I have been using this service for about 5 months now and am very pleased. Everyone, from scheduling to the cleaners I've interacted with have been very professional and courteous. It's been very easy to schedule cleanings and I really like Niki who comes to clean my apartment. Even my shy cat doesn't hide when she comes to cleans. She just has the best vibe/energy. I have a baby who is pretty sensitive to sound while he sleeps, but I can put him down for a nap while she is here cleaning with no issue. So glad to have found a cleaner I like and trust! I reached out to the four most reviewed cleaning services in my hood. These guys were one of them and they ended up being the best priced, too. They're licensed, bonded and insured. They also have a website. All of that made me comfortable with selecting them. You have the ability to select every week, every other week or monthly services. I was hoping for once every three weeks, but oh well. You can pay by credit card, but there's a processing fee. They were on time for our first scheduled cleaning and did a great job! I had Marek come by the house for a move-out deep clean and he was right on time. He took all day, and worked the entire time. I would leave the house, come back and sneak up on him and he'd be working hard. The house was spotless by the time he finished. The price was reasonable (I received numerous quotes), and he did a great job! Would absolutely hire again! Secondly, I hired their carpet cleaner as well. The price was $120 for two rooms and a rug. The master had about 15 cat vomit stains that were under the bed (I had no idea), so they were there for years. By the time he was done, the stains were 98% gone. You could see a hint if you already knew to look for them, but otherwise, I don't think you'd see them if you tried to look. I'm extremely happy with both services! read more

We set up an appointment for 2 days later and Normund arrived a few minutes early! Very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to clean my house. Moved furniture to clean the window sills and blinds and did such an amazing job! He scrubbed the calcium buildup in the bath tub and my faucet is shiny again! I highly recommend this company and will be reaching out to them again when needed!! They also take Venmo payment which is so convenient!
