I'll say that Squeegee Pro's did clean my windows nicely, but they damaged all my screens as they took them off by bending the surroundings and made a hole in one and didn't even bother to tell me about it until I brought it up. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold. read more

This company has the most amazing team of work. After leaving a message, Mark-Anthony who seems like a manager contacted me back for a quote on the same day although it was during their after business hour. The quote was reasonable, and their work was excellent. However, it rained for a couple of days after the service and the crew let me know that I could request for "touch-up". So Mark-Anthony came for an inspection and touch up service. He was so courteous and meticulous on touch up seevice. My windows are impeccably clean now, and I can't be happier with the result. It is so good to know this business has a high ethic and offers a quality service. Next time, I will be scheduling for exterior cleaning service. I highly recommend this business. read more

The team at Squeegee Pro did a great job. Jocelyn was great to help with scheduling and coordinating. Price was most competitive in OC, after sourcing quotes from 5 vendors. Keep that up Squeegee Pro. Originally, I had them scheduled to do 40 windows interior, exterior and also clean the gutters. After assessing the gutters on site on day of service and trying their best to clean them, they helped us determine that they needed repair. No charge for the assessment, much appreciated. All of the windows turned out great inside and out. They took COVID precautions and wore shoe coverings when inside. We have big vaulted ceilings and lots of odd windows at our house and they got to all of them with prestige. Additionally, they have a rain touch up policy if it rains within 7 days of service. I took them up on the service as, of course, rain appeared in the forecast within our post-service time period. ***one note, you must call within the 7 day period of the rain to schedule the touch up service. read more

Reading some of these reviews you'd think they must be good. Uh, no. Either the reviewers herein are not very discerning or don't know what excellent customer care and quality work is about. Pricing is very HIGH $$$ v. others. Quality: poor, used them a few times thinking "musta just had a bad crew" but each time they came to one of my properties something was damaged or improperly done including scratched windows, bent screen frames or damaged screens, got dirty water on my carpets, etc. Most crews were "sketchy" at best and not the kind of people I was comfortable leaving alone where any cash, jewelry or easily picked up valuables are accessible. Rarely has Yelp let me down but these folks are overpriced and don't have good employee training, or quality control after numerous encounters. There are less expensive and better providers in this category -- save yourself grief and use one of them. read more

We absolutely love Squeegee Pro. This was our first experience with them and they did a fabulous job. We signed up for a pressure wash and window cleaning and we couldn't be happier. We had a great experience using Squeegee Pro! We don't have a ton of windows in our home, but some of them are located in our vaulted ceiling area making it difficult to clean them regularly ourselves. Rosendo showed up promptly and worked very hard/professionally- even trying to get years old paint out of a window frame a contractor had left a long time ago. The windows were so clean as were the tracks and screens- everything looks so much better now. It was also really easy working with the office- Jocelyn sent email reminders of our appointment and also called to confirm. She even called to follow up following the appointment which I appreciated- sometimes I mean to leave a good review (or want to provide constructive criticism in some cases!) but get busy and then it's out of sight/out of mind, so getting a prompt for feedback right after was appreciated. Albert, Rosendo, and Zenon were excellent, and I cannot believe how quickly and how perfectly they did the inside and outside of the windows and house, as well as the gutters at our house! It was so fun to watch them from inside as they worked and to see the dirt roll out of the gutters!! We live in a manufactured home, and now when we look out our windows we can see without spots on the windows and filthy screens!! It could not have been easy for any of them to access our windows and house in some spots, and they did an amazing job. A bonus is to look out the kitchen window underneath the carport, and the carport SHINES, literally!!! It (and the house) looks brand new, and the carport hasn't been new since 2014 when we moved our 2008 home into The Groves in Irvine! Thank you so much! We have high windows that have never been washed before because on one side, they are only accessible from the roof. Everyone worked safely and yet so expeditiously!!! Oh, my word. I don't know how they can work at that pace all day long, especially in the heat that they had to contend with yesterday. Ours was the third of the four homes they did yesterday. There are a lot of things that Albert, Rosendo, and Zenon did that really impressed me, but having never used Squeegee Pro before, I wasn't sure that my initial requests would have been passed along to the others. i called Squeegee Pro because they were the most highly rated on Yelp. i was not disappointed. i needed 8 drains cleared and cleaned on a three-tory roof in the middle of a series of rainstorms and they were able to get the job done between downpours and ended up charging me 40% less than initially estimated! This company's pictures do not reflect the true level of cleanliness they applied at my home. First, they DO NOTwash screens, they hose them and let them air dry. The screens were still dirty, just not dusty. They do not wash windows, but brush them with water and do not Squeegee the outside windows leaving water marks that dry on the window and show in the sunlight. Lastly, the person on the inside used a "Wet" towel to wipe all four edges around each glass window after he squeegeed leaving a square of wet wipe marks on every single window. And there was bird poop left on my front window to boot. This company is very expensive and they are not sending professionals to do the job. When I called to complain I was given attitude. Then they went public and posted my my full name and address to the public (I'm an elderly woman) to try to intimidate me and told me the only way to remove my home address was for me to remove my review. The male owner said he would mail a refund if I took down my post. It's been three months and no check arrived. I do not want a refund anymore, I just want to post my personal experience without retaliation. read more
