They removed my window screens, washed my exterior walls, cleaned my extra dirty balconies, and steamed my courtyard pavers then put everything back in its place. We had our house washed on Jan. 16, 2025. John Y. was one of the first owners to reply to my request for a quote on Yelp. John is very respectful, helpful, and communicative. We had to change the date of the project a couple of times because of scheduling conflicts, and he was very accommodating. I asked for several quotes from nearby businesses and to me, his was the fairest. We had the following services done: Roof power washing, gutter cleaning & downspout flushing, house exterior walls power washing, exterior windows & screens washing, backyard patio pressure washing, backyard canopy power washing, and power washing of the surrounding concrete. Chris and Jacob arrived in the morning and worked nonstop to get the job done. They did a great job washing off all the muck and cobwebs on our patio and were able to remove some stubborn stains from the concrete in the driveway, sidewalk, and backyard. How about not power washing in my neighborhood at midnight when I have to get up at 3 am to go to work!!!!

I requested a quote for a power wash of my concrete tile roof & received the quote the same day via text as they were able to quote using Google Earth. I wasn't quite ready to move forward as we had a room addition to do 1st. After the addition, I scheduled them to come out. They were ready to go but needed to inspect the roof 1st. Their tech got on the roof & after showed me pics of several dozen cracked tiles. They gave me the option to go ahead & wash it or to come back after my tiles were replaced. They sent me the pics via text. This was much appreciated so I told them I'd get the tiles replaced. I also wanted to avoid them standing on the roof so more tiles wouldn't crack. They gave me an option to chemically treat the roof followed by hosing it down for a few hundred bucks more. I ended up going with that option. Before starting, they reinspected the roof & said it was in way better shape than before the tiles were replaced. They did an amazing job - my roof is just under 40 years old & has prob never been cleaned. There was green algae growing on it & it was gone after they finished. They also pressure washed the house, skylights, windows, & concrete around the house as my roof leaked a lot of red slurry as a result of the power wash (but there was a class action lawsuit against my roof manufacturer so I knew this would happen). It took them about 7 hours from start to finish (single story 2500SF) They cleaned up and were very professional overall - from Emily who took my call, quote, & scheduling to the crew of 2 who did the work. From the time of the 1st quote to when they actually washed my roof was 7 months, and it had nothing to do with them delaying anything... I had an addition to do & get tiles replaced in between so the delays were all because of me. But they checked in every now & then to see if I was ready to pull the trigger. The fact that they told me they wouldn't mess w/my broken roof even though they lost a few hours (or possibly a whole day) says a lot about their integrity & business ethics. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service & would use them again in the future. read more

They were professional, courteous and experienced. They were passionate and thorough about their job. They cleaned our roof, gutters, outside windows and walls, balcony floor, backyard tiles, patio furniture, and even the slippers and buckets that got dirty in the yard! That's how thorough they were! Didn't have a great experience with Jetstream. I was excited to work with them based on their reviews. They actually provided me the most expensive quote of all the quotes I got, but their process seemed very thorough. Directly from the quote: "High-pressure power washing and steam cleaning of the paver driveway and front walkway areas using hot-water and 250 °F steam cleaning. Chemical washing and application of industrial grade alkaline cleaner and degreaser to help loosen any oil or grease staining." This seemed way more thorough than a standard power wash. They were also set to seal my concrete the following day. On cleaning day, it was not 250 degree water or steamed, no chemicals or cleaners were used. In the end none of the minor staining (even water based paint) came out and the driveway looked no cleaner than when I pressure wash with my personal pressure washer. In addition, maybe because it was a newer guy being trained? (not sure as there was one guy operating the pressure washer and someone else just watching him)... the passes with the pressure washer did not overlap and left me with a checkerboard pattern of dirty/clean on my driveway. I can see on my cameras at home the pattern on my driveway follows the passes they made with the cleaner. I was still hoping at this point they would take care of it and they'd said they'd come back to clean it the next day and then push the sealing back 1 day, which was fine. The following day, they then said they can't come back until the following week. Since this affects our driveway, we've got cars parked outside, the entire area roped off, we moved all our furniture inside to be out of the way, this was just a big waste of our time and keeping our driveway out of commission for an extra 5 days because they did a bad job cleaning it on day 1 isn't right to us. In the end we canceled the remainder of the job and will go with another company who will hopefully provide a more representative quote of their actual work and make things right when they go wrong not at the expense of the customer. Was hoping for a better experience since this company was more expensive and had great reviews, but in the end the job seemed rushed and wasn't done right so it made sense to discontinue working with the company. I spoke to Vanessa to schedule a roof cleaning for my 40+ year old house. I thought my roof was Spanish clay tile but after their crew reviewed the satellite imagery, they said it was just concrete tiles in a Spanish tile style which was a huge relief. Loved how they came out and took care of all my troublesome spiderwebs that covered the exterior of my entire house. The before photos would make you think I lived in a Haunted house year-round. I can't believe what a huge difference the powerwashing did. I have never seen the color as bright white before. It breathed new life to the exterior of my house and surroundings.
