Great work. Fair price. I am going to have him back every 4 mos. Did windows and gutters

I needed a provider to power wash my roof to clean off the algae/moss/mold so that I could get renewed for homeowners insurance. Eddie offered a fair price and did an amazing job on my 2500sq ft home in Orange. The experience was excellent from start to finish with great professional communication and consistent updates. Eddie even provided photos before and after that I could submit to the insurance provider. He even washed off my solar panels while he was up there. The property was left very clean after the job was done. I would highly recommend Eddie for anyone looking for a power washing service. read more

I received a recommendation from my friend to have Eddie clean my solar panels and rain gutters. By far, this was the best recommendation. The service was impeccable from the quote, the scheduling, communication, and arrival. His attention to detail was over the top. He also unplugged my downspouts, cleaned the entire roof of pine needles and debris. My solar panels are shiny clean, gutters cleaned and washed, and downspouts ready for the winter rain. I highly recommend Eddie for your next service. He's the best! read more

Eddie's Cleaning Concepts - Super clean and shiny! - Pressure Washers Near Me

We were looking to have our roof power washed in preparation for getting our home painted and solar panel installation. When I reached out for a quote Eddie was prompt in responding. He was professional and did and fantastic job. There was years of build up and moss on the roof. I'm pretty sure none of the previous owners of the home ever had the roof cleaned since it was built. Wow, the result was nothing short of amazing. His crew also cleaned up about the debris that landed on the ground from the cleaning. Also note that I found his price fair and will definitely use his services again in the future. I appreciate people that take pride in their work. read more

Super friendly crew and will go out of there way to clean your home. I've been using them for years and they always do a great job.

We asked Eddie to come back a few months ago as he also does pressure washing of walk ways, patio area/sitting walls, and our roof tiles. In addition, he does sealing of slate tiles on our walk ways. Awesome job on all of the above, as usual. He's just a nice honest guy you like to do business with. read more

We recently bought a house with 30 solar panels and build up on portions of the roof tile that needed to be cleaned. We hired Eddie's Cleaning Concepts and couldn't be happier with the job they did. I knew right away from meeting them that they had their process down and a lot of experience. He answered all my questions and the team carefully prepped everything to get to work. My solar panels look great and were immediately performing better. The build up on the roof tile is gone. It was all reasonably priced and done very efficiently within a couple hours. We'll definitely work with them again in the future. read more

Home Windows now look like they are brand new. Clean and clear. Eddie was on time, and job was done quickly. Good price.

So very grateful for Eddie!!! Last minute we had someone else have to cancel on us and Eddie rearranged his schedule to be able to fit us in and saved us!! He and another crew member came in and totally changed the look of our home!! They power cleaned the house, cleaned the windows and high pressure washed our driveway and steps/porch... Eddie was very professional - excellent at communicating - both when he was working on rearranging his schedule and then once the day came to have the work done. They were on time, perhaps even a little early, and I knew they were on their way because he sent a text... They were careful of our plants and our lawn which was important because we were having pictures taken hours after he left. I have to say that the house looks so clean, it is almost as if it was freshly painted! And the sidewalk and porch are amazing - I didn't realize how much time had altered them until they were clean again... Windows and screens look amazing - it is as if a light fog had been lifted!! His pricing was very reasonable to, based on my quotes from other companies... Would definitely use them again!! read more

I received a letter from our HOA requiring our dirty chimney exteriors to be cleaned. Reached out to several cleaning companies to get an idea of scope of work and costs involved. Eddie was not only the first to respond but very easy to work with throughout the process. He contacted me when an earlier opening came up so was able to get it done even faster than scheduled. Even though the project was smaller in scope (just a couple chimneys on the roof of a 2-floor house), they pulled out all the stops to do the work right, and cleaned the areas surrounding the chimneys as well as some windows I asked about on the day-of. I am amazed at how clean they were able to get the chimneys, they almost look like they were freshly painted. They even went out of their way to clean the concrete side yards on the way out. Much respect for their professionalism and what a great job they did. Eddie is an awesome guy and I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more
