I've found my solar panel (and window) cleaners! Jake and team are super nice, transparent, reasonable, and do high quality work. It's a breath of fresh air working with Hardy Boys versus most small service businesses, contractors, trades. There was a small issue that occurred during the technicians' first visit, and Jake was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and done to our liking. It's going to be a wet winter with a strong El Niño -- we'll have Hardy Boys back in the spring! read more

Turn to Hardy Boys for your interior screen and exterior window cleaning and squeegee needs! Contact and communication was effortless and direct, and over a span of about 2.5 hours, Hardy Boys completed the window service for all eleven (11) of my windows, which are located up to three (3) storeys high. Definitely worth the value for the effort put in and would hire them again for any cleaning needs. read more

Jake communicates clearly, is very professional, and gets the job done right. He had an opening the very next day after I contacted him, which was a huge plus. His quote was also on the lower end compared to the other companies I contacted, making the decision even easier. He had three appointments ahead of mine that ended up taking longer than expected, but he proactively let me know he was running behind. I really appreciated the communication. He still arrived within the updated time frame he promised. Jake cleaned our 16 solar panels in about 30 minutes, took before-and-after photos, and cleaned up the area when he was finished. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The job was fast, but definitely not rushed--the panels looked great. The results were immediate. Our solar production increased from 2.6 kWh to 4.2 kWh, a 60%+ improvement just from having the panels cleaned. Before the cleaning, we were only producing around 3.5 kWh during peak hours, and the post-cleaning reading of 4.2 kWh was taken in the morning. I can't wait to see how much energy they'll produce this afternoon. Highly recommend Jake if you're looking for someone who's reliable, communicative, fairly priced, and delivers excellent results. read more

I hired this company to clean all the windows inside and out at a family home we were preparing to sell, and they did an excellent job. The two-man crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took great care while working inside the house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. The windows looked dramatically better afterward. What impressed me most was their honesty. A few of the older double-pane windows have failed seals, and they explained that no amount of cleaning could remove the cloudiness between the panes. They also found that several of the old window screens had deteriorated to the point where they couldn't be safely reinstalled and took the time to explain why. There was also a small misunderstanding about what I meant by the patio cover when we scheduled the job. Once they saw it, they actually offered to remove the extra charge because it wasn't what they had expected. Since they still took the time to clean it as best they could, I asked them to leave the charge on the invoice. From scheduling through completion, communication was excellent. I really appreciate businesses that do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat customers fairly. I'd definitely hire them again. read more

Very quick and clear response on a Saturday afternoon, and they were at my house to clean the windows (inside and out) and solar panels Monday afternoon! I've already handed out a few of the business cards they left behind to friends and work associates. Good value for money. They were also very respectful and wore booties over their shoes when working indoors. They also communicated thoroughly, not only through yelp but by text message and phone. Highly recommend using Hardy Boys to clean your windows and solar panels! read more

The team did fantastic work cleaning my panels--exactly what I needed. They were prompt, responsive, and eager to deliver great results. The pricing is very fair given their professional equipment, including deionized water to prevent spots from California's hard water. Also very convienient since they accepted CC. Excellent service overall, and I will definitely hire them again. read more

Very friendly team. They did a wonderful job. Our solar panels and windows were so dirty and they look brand new now. Their price was better than everyone else who responded to the inquiry and they did a better job than the guy last year who charged me $80 more. So I gave the $80 to the 4 guys who cleaned them so well. read more

My regular window cleaner was out of town this week when I really needed our windows cleaned. I looked on Yelp and saw that Hardy Brothers window cleaning had excellent reviews. Yelp has never let me down on restaurants in the past and it was such a pleasure to find out that Yelp worked equally as well in finding service professionals. When I reached out to Hardy Brothers they responded immediately. Cleaning was scheduled on a day that was convenient for me. The technician was so thorough not only with cleaning the windows but the tracks as well. My windows have never looked better and it was a big plus that the technician was friendly with my four dogs, both big and small. I am certain that I have found my "new regular" window cleaners. read more
