The windows look great, but be forewarned Gilbert's service does NOT include cleaning the TRACKS. After the job was complete and I questioned this, Gilbert me they don't do that- even though I stated back to him the price included the tracks and screens and I saw it on his website. Gilbert cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and the screens, including the sliding door to my balcony and even the hard to reach window near my roof in less than 2 hours. AMAZING!!!
