I can't believe I cannot give this company more stars! Darren and Dennis came to my house after being toilet papered and a lot of it was wet toilet paper thrown all over my house. They were so professional and kind! They spent hours restoring my home! Dennis took it upon himself to patiently pull the tp from a tree, definitely was not part of the job! As a single mom, I am beyond grateful for the care shown to me and my home! Thank you!!! Dana read more

Darren from Tradewind arrived on time and communicated really well since I didn't hear the doorbell but then he called me on the phone. He got right to work. He was up on the roof but I barely heard him. He cleaned the gutters, assessed my gutter covers, then sent snapshots on my phone of the finished work. Everything went smoothly and he did a great job. His wife set up the appointment, confirmed via email, then followed-up the day before. She called me afterwards to arrange payment. I love supporting local businesses. We used Tradewind for the second year in a row and they did a great job again. They pay attention to the details, not only tackling the windows, but also alerting us where our screens need to be fixed and going the extra mile on the hardest-to-reach panes to get rid of the sap spots. Darren is a very thorough and meticulous cleaner. He cleans every single window carefully. I have 3 solar tubes in the ceiling for the longest time. Darren took them off with special care, and then cleaned all the dirt and small insects remains enclosed in it.
