Then on day to repair poked holes in the gutters that weren't there before. Two, the estimate had no discount offered which was unexpected. I reached out to Alexander and he said management would re-estimate. We never heard from your company again. Three, the original (undiscounted) estimate was $43,000 for copper ( 130 linear feet plus 90 downspout) or $200 a linear ft. $7,800 for aluminum. $200 a ft for copper is 5 times what we paid another company. Please stick to the truth in your replies.

They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They will earn your business. Very satisfactory work. Haven't rain yet but I will follow up with this review when that happens.

At this point, I'm disappointed in the lack of lasting solutions and follow-through on their warranty and workmanship. I was in a real bind, my window cleaner was a no show, on the day before I had guests coming into my Beach house for one month. I called a few companies but Kristina at Tradewind was the the only one to respond quickly. After explaining my situation, (I needed it done that day or early next morning.) Kristina, very kindly, referred me to another company, that was larger and had more crews, to top it off, she also offered to call them for me! She did and they were able to do it the next morning at 7:30 AM. The other company did a decent job and I was grateful. I had scheduled the windows at my own home to be washed the following week, with "Mr. No Show", needless to say, I canceled that. (He was not in an accident or ill, his cell phone died and he did not have my number.) I contacted Tradewind's Kristina again, Darren came and did our windows. I can not tell you how pleased I am and my husband who is a lot more particular then I am was very impressed. Tradewind Window Cleaning does a beautiful job and their prices are very fair. When you consider, what they provide, excellent, reliable, courteous service, licensed, bonded and insured, you are getting a real bargain. Don't use a fly-by-night service to save a few dollars on your most important asset. I highly recommend Darren and Kristina at Tradewind. read more

This was the first time I used Tradewind Window Cleaning. I made my choice due to the number of excellent reviews here. They were right. I could not have been more happy with my choice. The quality of service and professionalism was second to none. The price quote was better than most, and I feel I got every pennies worth. For the size of my house, and the number of windows (plus wardrobe doors), the entire job was completed in a timely manor. Not one drop spilled. I cannot recommend them more. Looked @ Tradewind reviews on line and chose to do our windows. They were very professional from the start. Setting up the date and sending reminders for confirmation. Darren & Mario were running a tad late, but courteously called to let me know. wore booties in the house to protect floors and carpets, laid down cloths to protec furniture and floors. Agreed to handle all windows on two story house without getting on roof. All requirements by Customer met. Tradewinds is a Customer Service focused business providing excellent service and courtesy. I needed all my outside windows, solar panels, gutters cleaned out and a very difficult sun room with loads of windows to be cleaned. Darren rang my doorbell @ 9:30 am. And didn't leave till 5:30 pm. I recently moved into a house that I don't believe the windows were ever cleaned! They were filthy with years worth of grime on the inside and out. We have expensive windows and the manufacturer suggested many specific ways to maintain them. We find Tradewind to be a reliable company. We receive emails confirming services requested; crew shows up on time and is respectful of property. They have great attention to detail. Darren has been here 3 times now. Tradewind's online bid process makes it really easy to find out exactly how much it would cost to get the windows cleaned in my condo, which was being prepped for sale.
