Bill does a fantastic job. Do yourself a favor and have your windows cleaned by someone who's an expert at it. The windows will look better and the job likely will even be done faster than someone who "also does windows." Not only does Bill do a great job, but he's friendly and easy to deal with too. read more

"I use Enterprise twice a year. My next scheduled appointment was for Friday 8-9 AM. Today, less than 24 hours prior to my appointment I received the following text: "This is Bill your window cleaner. I'm afraid I will need to reschedule your window cleaning for tomorrow. I forgot I have a doctor's appointment. Hopefully we can reschedule in the next week or two?" I asked if next Thursday worked and Bill responded: Unfortunately that won't work. I am open anytime after June 15th" I responded --We scheduled this 6 months ago. Why do I have to wait that long. Bill responded: "The only time I could get into my doctor's was tomorrow" Does anyone see an I'm sorry?--I would like to apologize? Let me make it up to you and fit you into my schedule? NO!!!! Well, why would anyone do business with a company like this? read more

Great, Great, Great experience today with Bill and his fine company! We recently moved from the Bay Area, and completed backyard hardscape and landscape work the past month...lovely, but gritty work that left our windows and screens extremely dirty. Bill and his son washed my 19 windows and screens today. Best job ever. I'm on the 2nd floor of a condo with slanting bathroom windows that don't open - and most window pros didn't know how to clean them. Bill did them all. Since there are two working, it went quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely ask them back to keep my many windows sparkly as they are today. They are professional, responsive, text the appointments and when they are on their way...they are the best! read more

Enterprise Window Cleaning to the Rescue! We recently hosted a wedding reception in our home and had another window cleaning service scheduled to clean our windows two days prior to the reception. They never showed up, so I went online to find another window cleaning service at the last minute. Bill Muriella, the owner, came to our rescue! His cheery attitude is as crystal shining as the terrific job he does cleaning windows and very efficiently! We needed to have a screen door repaired and he also did a perfect job on that screen replacement. We have used several different window services and Bill is a solo act; we appreciated the fact that we didn't have several people in and out of our home and he was not at all intrusive. And, he gets the job done pronto! Thanks, again, Bill! read more
