Another 5 star experience with Jon. Windows are so clean my family thought the glass was removed! Really easy to do business with. Fast. Friendly. Detail oriented. Thanks Jon! read more

I am very impressed with Skyline Window Cleaning. I reached out to a few window cleaning companies to inquire about washing exterior windows, screen and solar panels for myself and a few of my neighbors. Jon, owner of Skyline Window Cleaning, was the only person who did not attempt to nickel and dime me. He provided a very competitive quote, which also applied to my neighbors. We scheduled an appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday after 2PM. Jon and Heather arrived early. They both worked very hard, while completing all seven homes by 7PM. My neighbors along with myself are very please with the job well done. My windows are crystal clear and my screens no longer have that "dusty" smell. Jon and Heather even came back to my house to clean a couple of windows, which I noticed had water spots on it. Skyline Window Cleaning gets my highest recommendation! read more

Scheduled an appointment on Friday for Monday. Company responded via text for an arrival between 2-2:30pm. We each confirmed the date and time. Monday came around but Skyline Window did not. Contacted them at 2:30 no response contacted again at 3:30, no response. At 4:00 sent them a text stating disappointment and not appreciating the lack of communication. Therefore, I would not recommend this company for hire. Mark - Lake Forest read more

Jon and Heather did an excellent job Will have them back to deal with our hard water spots too read more

It was a pleasure working with Jon and Heather, who did a fantastic job of cleaning the many windows in our home as well our gutters! They are nice, honest, hard-working, and thorough in their work. Prices are reasonable and very fair for the work performed. We will highly recommend them to friends and family and just told our neighbor about them. She plans on giving them a call soon. Thanks, Jon and Heather, and know we will continue to reach out to you for our home and business needs! read more

I contacted Jon at Skyline on the recommendation of two independent sources. While he was not able to answer the phone when I called, I received a call back much sooner than I anticipated I would. Made an appointment, they came when they said they would and did a great job on my many windows, inside and out! I was very pleased with Jon and Heather and would use them again gladly!! read more

Skyline just left my house and now I have sparkling clean windows. They gave me an arrival time and were spot on. Jon gave me a price range over the phone and when he looked over my house the final price was at the low end of the range. Great news as I always assume the final price will be the highest possible. He worked on my house with a team of two other people and they were done with my 3300 square feet in under two hours. The windows sparkle the screens are clean and even my tracts are clean. To top it all off the team was sweet to my dog who alternated between barking at them with jumping on them and licking. Very nice and professional people. Before they came my husband didn't think we needed our windows cleaned. Now he says we need to have them come back every year. read more

My 80 year old parents used this company for window cleaning and screen repair. The issue was not with the quality of the cleaning, what they did was take the screens for repairs and never returned them. Many call were made and promises to return the screens which never occurred. Please stay away from using this company if you want an ethical business working at your home. Windows are the eyes to your soul and in your home, it's just plain good feng shui to keep 'em clean. John & Heather were not only honest, affordable and efficient- my windows look amazing! No mess left, no water drips anywhere. Heather even cleaned a mirror she passed by on the way out. Whoa! What service! Thanks guys!!! I've already recommended them to my fellow Realtors as a top notch window cleaner is hard to find. read more

Have used Jon a few times for window and gutter cleaning. He has always been great to work with.

I have to say how impressed we were with the services that Jon provided, from the window cleaning to the tint removal ( of 15 years ) and also the screen repairs that he provided. He was prompt & professional from the first call to the completion of the job, I will say that he earned my business and future referrals. Thank you for a job well done Jon. read more

Very happy with Skyline Window Cleaning. Jon and Heather are professional, VERY efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend!!! I hired Skyline Window Cleaning recently to install Christmas Lights on my 2 story home. I was impressed with the prompt and accommodating scheduling and the very reasonable/competitive bid! Jon and Heather paid great attention to detail installing the lights on our tricky roof line. Their work was professional and thorough, and they were so pleasant to work with! I plan to lock them in for next holiday season, and I anticipate hiring Skyline for window washing in the months to come as well! read more

Responded quickly and arrived according to schedule. Was priced alright. Did an okay job. I was hoping they would be more attentive to the details, but we didn't see that. read more

We originally chose Skyline Window Cleaning due to their high Yelp ratings and excellent reviews. After having requested their services twice in the past year, we have found that Jon and Heather are both energetic, hard workers and we really appreciate their attention to detail and their integrity. Their prices are very competitive and now that we have discovered that they do screen replacements, we are having them replace three of them for us next week. We highly recommend their services! read more

I was referred by fellow community residents and I cannot say enough positive comments about Jon and his business. He was extremely busy when I was in need of window cleaning prior to our home sale listing, and worked us into his schedule right away. Very customer service oriented and efficient with a very pleasant personality. Would highly recommend his business! read more

Makes me sad to post this. We had a GREAT experience with these folks before. This time unfortunately we had a reschedule/no show and then a second no show. Hope all is well with them (COVID times are tough) because they did great work, but can't get past reaching out to them multiple times with no response. Looking for new window cleaners ... read more

Cleaned our windows today and they have never looked so good. Very hard working couple. Will definitely use them again.

We have tried many, many window cleaners thru the years, BUT, I must say that Jon & Heather are by far the best window company we have ever dealt with. They are very professional, courteous, and their work is OUTSTANDING. The price by far was much better than the others that I received bids from. Jon gave me a minimum to maximum over the phone. After they were done, he requested the minimum, which is very rare. Most people request the maximum quoted. And of course, we gave them the maximum quoted and I must say it was well deserved. I will be putting them on my calendar to clean our windows on a regular basis. I could not recommend them more. read more

John and Heather provide great service at a great price! Very professional and I am loving my new view! Clean windows make all the difference and Skyline has definitely won me over. Will use them again for sure. They also replaced some screens and fixed frames for a lower price than the mobile screen companies I got quotes from. I don't ever make reviews on Yelp but since I chose them based on their Yelp profile I thought a review will help others to make a good decision. Thank you Skyline! read more

Company responded quickly to my email in regards to an estimate. Quick, professional, and left our windows sparkling! Happy customer!

As new homeowners, my boyfriend and I completely overlooked the fact that we have a whole house of windows to wash, instead of an apartment taking care of it for us. With a referral from a family friend, we called skyline to clean our windows for us. WOW! It honestly was like night and day when they were finished. I honestly didn't think my windows were THAT dirty but man what a difference a wash makes. The cleaning itself was spotless and very professional. I would highly recommend skyline to my family and friends. read more

I would trust this company with keys to my house! By far one of the best cleaning services I have ever used. Always on time, extremely hard working, and attentive to detail. Jon and Heather make a great team! And to put the nail in the coffin, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED! Hah, imagine that. Almost too good to be true. Thanks guys! read more

Spoke to Jon Shepherd 7/25 and arranged to see him and his crew 7/26 am. Arrived on time and worked with a crew of 3. Exceptionally clean and careful. Windows and sills are spotless. I found Jon here on Yelp while looking for someone to take care of our business. The Edwards in Newport Beach is quite a big task and Jon and team stepped up to the plate. Jon was very communicative and did great work on what ended up being close to 500 different window panes. They got everything done in less than 24 hours from start of the job. While there were some high windows and mirrors that were a bit streaky or spotty off the bat, Jon offered to come back out and fix them free of charge to make sure we were satisfied. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule within 2-3 days to come back to correct any issues we noticed. Jon was extremely professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will be sure to call again in the future. read more

Contacted this company and set up Monday for our windows. Jon, the owner sent many emails regarding the project. Arrival time was to be 3-3:30. By 5:30 my husband and I were pretty upset. Not even a call. Was hoping to find a reliable window washer to use for years............guess not! read more

We hired Skyline to clean and re-screen all our windows. We couldn't be happier with the result. They go the extra mile to ensure everything is done to perfection. They even cleaned a big standing mirror and our shower doors. They are very quick and efficient. We will definitely use them again in the spring! read more

We needed our windows cleaned after two weeks of termite/dry rot restoration work and painting our home. John called letting us know when he would be there. Excellent service from start to finish. Jon was friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Very reasonably priced and very prompt with both arranging an appointment and arriving on time. It had been a long time since my mom's gutters were cleaned and he was very thorough and did a great job. He was also, very careful to clean up and remove all of the debris and he even hosed down everything and my mom's property was left cleaner than when he arrived.
