Teddy Perez is a beast! He worked so hard in the heat to wash our roof tile & clean our gutters in San Juan Capistrano. Not only did he do great work but he's also very nice. It was easy to make an appointment & the team at Brett's Home Services always answered all my emails. We will be hiring them again for other services after El Niño has come & gone. read more

This was the first time I have had Brett's do interior and exterior window washing. They communicated well especially the day of service, asking if they could arrive early. That worked for me and they did a great job. About 2 weeks after they completed the work I noticed one of the windows was streaked. It is not a window that is in my daily view so I had no idea if it was related to their work. I sent a text and photos. They came out the next day and washed the outside of the window for no charge. And that is what I call excellent service. I will recommend them to friends and will use their service again. read more

Brett was very attentive INITIALLY... they came and cleaned our 12 outdoor glass panels and did a great job .. we initially talked of a monthly service contract and he would lower price a bit .. Bo follow up and we reached out via email and I even left message on business phone .. no response ... interesting that as soon as service was done he pushed hard for the review ... ( hence the 5 stars) ... we are done .. very poor communication... read more

Needed a great "house boiling), starting with in depth windows washing. Also, took them up on another service they offered and that was the power spray of the roof ( some parts needed mold and excess debris removed). Woman came out the next day and did an entire walk through), we went over pricing and availability. Everything line up perfectly as the crew arrived in 1 week (my choice). Entire 2 story house and every window, roof, and screens completed, reinstalled in perfect order. Brett's Home Services workers were exacting, customer service pros. Obviously, I was happy with the service and recommend them!! read more
