We recently moved to Walnut Creek and were looking for a local window cleaning company. After getting a few estimates, we decided to try Blue Coast Window Cleaning and are glad we did. I called Tom the owner: +1 (949) 940-6560 This appears to be a family-run business, and it shows in the level of care and customer service. They arrived on time, were professional throughout the job, and paid attention to details that other companies often overlook. Our windows, screens, and tracks all came out looking great. The difference in natural light was noticeable immediately. It's always nice to support a local family business that takes pride in its work. We'll definitely be using Blue Coast again. We have used this company for at least four years. Never have had an issue until this last time about four weeks ago. They came out to clean our windows and after they left, we noticed some pretty significant scratches in at least three of the windows. I sent photos of the scratches to the owner Tom, who told me that he would figure out what was happening or what the guys had done. He sent me a message a couple of days later and said that he knew what it happened and that he would get back to me and let me know. Still have not heard from him. I will not be using them again. I do not need that kind of damage done to my windows. Especially when they are windows that look out at my view! Like I said, we've used them for years before and I've never had a problem. But this time we were very disappointed. Not sure how this could be fixed. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hired this company for a professional window cleaning, and the results were incredibly disappointing. This is my second time give them a chance and business, and not happy in both times! Each time I payed $400 and I will share the pics,,and you see if still wants to give them a business! The Manager or Boss who his name is Tom,, He is not even responsible to your phone calls or txt massages to take care of the issues! So rude and not professional at all! I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking quality window cleaning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

We've used Blue Coast twice in the last few years to clean all of our windows. We first used them when we moved into our new home and now we used them again when we completed a large backyard remodeling project that left most of our windows very filthy. They do a fantastic job - both inside and out! And they do it for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend you reaching out to them....... read more

Our neighbors recommended Blue Coast Window Cleaning. We booked an appointment which was through texts and very easy. Robert arrived promptly yesterday for our entire house window cleaning plus solar panels. We have 2 dogs and well they like to produce window art on the glass doors and sliders. After Robert was done, the windows, glass doors and glass sliders were crystal clear. My wife and i were very happy and will definitely use this company again. The solar panels were also done and needed that cleaning! read more

Fair price, excellent quality. I highly recommend this company for home window cleaning.

Tom and his team offer excellent customer service and their work is impeccable. This is our second time using their service and they only get better every time. This home is 4800 sq ft with French windows. Several companies do not like to clean French windows so their price and expertise was essential. Of course we plan to use this amazing service again. read more

I needed windows and screens cleaned asap for Listing photo shoot. Tom returned my call promptly and was able to schedule the whole house window cleaning within a couple of days. He arrived on time and made quick work of the two story property that had very dirty windows. His price was very fair and the Seller was very impressed with how clean the windows were. Tom's efforts made all the difference in my listing photos. I will call again for the next one! read more

Tom and Patrick did an amazing job cleaning my windows. My windows had not been cleaned in a few years and now they sparkle inside and out. The tracks and screens also look great. They were very responsive and provide a great service for a fair price. I would recommend Blue Coast to anyone looking for superior window cleaning. read more

The owner TOM are extremely unprofessional and incompetent!! They came and and cleaned my windows in a huge hurry. They left water spots on the windows and ripped the rubber trim on my windows inside and out. I took pictures and politely asked them to fix it and Tom was defensive, ignored me and refused to clean up the mess they left behind. If your on the coast use Laguna window washing in Laguna Beach. They charge less and are very respectful. Use ANYONE but blue coast for your windows. read more

Just had my windows cleaned this morning by two very courteous and professional guys. They were quick and efficient and did a fantastic job. I think price very fair. They are the third Window washer I've used and the only ones willing to get to some windows in my house that are difficult to get to. I could not be more pleased and could not recommend them more! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He is highly unprofessional, late for appts and inconsiderate. The first time Tom came out he was over an hour an half late and didn't even have the courtesy to call me or apologize. He then asked me to write a yelp review when he was done, but I told him if I did, I'd have to be honest regarding his lateness, so I said I'd write it after he came out the next time. He came to clean my windows about a month ago and did an 'OK' job. However....due to power washing our house (for painting) I needed him to come back again last week to do the 'outside windows and screens' again (and of course I was going to pay him again) His appt was at 8:30 which was confirmed via text. When he didn't arrive by 9, nor call me, I called him and he said he 'thought' appt was at 10:30. ??what? I said please look at our texts above. it was "8:30." I had to leave by 10. So he said, " I can do them without you there". He never mentioned that I'd HAVE to be there to get the screens out as they were from the inside...and in addition, after he cleaned the 4 front windows, he texted that our 'back gates were both locked, so he couldn't do the back'! I texted him back within a few minutes that the side gate was 'open', he just had to pull harder, and he texts me back that he's "already in San Clemente and can't come back". what? That's 35 minutes away! and he just left our house 5- 10 minutes. Dishonest. Then he said he'd see if he could get 'another guy to come out.' but I didn't hear back all day, so I texted to ask if someone was coming and he texted me "No, we can't help you with your window project" and to "find someone local". OMG Seriously? I had made this appt over a month ago and we were having family gathering for Fathers day. No one else was available within 24 hrs. And then to make matters worse, I texted him last Monday, to see if he was available during the week (why, I have no idea after he totally flaked out on me!) He texted he'd 'respond after work', but DID NOT respond, sent him one last text and asked if there was a reason he didn't want to wash my windows, to please just let me know why, instead of saying he'd 'respond' and then not respond. I waited a few more days to write this review just to give him the benefit of the doubt. So rude and unprofessional. And left me hanging for with dirty windows. For me customer service is just as important as the job. read more

This team was incredible! I was out of time to list my house for sale and the windows were dull with filth. I called Blue Coast Window Cleaning and the owner picked up. Not only did he schedule my window cleaning for that very day, he texted me a bit later that an opening came up due to a sudden cancellation and could he arrive at my home an hour earlier. The next minute he was at my doorstep. An hour later the windows sparkled inside and out! Every room let in radiant sunlight, and the listing agent's photographer took the the most beautiful pictures of the rooms and views the next day. Once officially listed, the house sold in one day. It was the views the buyer fell in love with. Thank you, Blue Coast, for cleaning my windows to make good things happen! read more

I have had many window cleaners through the years. I have found the best! Blue coast window came highly recommended on the Next Door local neighborhood site. Tom takes window cleaning seriously and it shows quite clearly (pun intended) in the windows. His pricing is very reasonable too. Living by the water has its advantages but the windows tend to get dirty much faster. On top of this, we had some major construction done on our home and the windows have never been dirtier. Tom the owner came with his team and did such an incredible job paying attention to the smallest details.Tom also is super professional in all his communication. I so appreciate that. So refreshing to work with such a pro who really cares ! Thank you Tom and Blue Coast Window Cleaning! read more
