This time 8/13 can't say the same , more people showed up compared to previous. Maybe owner has not trained staff enough or what - He gave me invoice stated how to pay and i asked are you finished and leaving ? He say yes- very soon. I then stated i noticed a lot of window with are smeared and have water spots - can you go around and do a Quality Control on all windows and i'll do the same. He said sure . One window has a calcium run from stucco it was pretty obvious he did not try to clean off - did not understand that - Keep in mind this house is 2 years old After my walk around i notice several scratches on different windows. Mentioned this - he said they don't use anything that could cause scratches on my LOW-E glass film . I understand his point and would not expect him to use anything that would cause scratches. But somehow they are there and weren't before he came . Frustration is definitely happening. Anyways , needless to say time to find another person . Disappointed note to owner - he should walk job inspect windows and place blue tape on scratches or issues - concerns - to avoid these type of problems with customers.

I wanted to exhibit my American pride with the flag colors in a unique way. I LOVED the result! He used high quality paint and primers. He completed high caliber work, including wood and fascia replacement, window repairs, and rafter repairs. He also restored my entire deck, after he pointed out how unsafe it was with all the rotting wood. Any of my employees could have fell through that deck if they walked on it in the wrong spot because the wood was so rotted. I had no idea it was that bad. I'm so thankful he took the extra time to make sure the deck was safe for my employees to walk on. I was surprised at the low price he charged for the deck. Andrew did not want to leave until the whole job was completed above and beyond, which I really appreciated. As icing on the cake, he also reconstructed my shingles on my shed for me when everything else was finished. He discovered live terminates in my rafters on my smaller business. We were able to get the termite guys out to kill the termites, which delayed the job by two weeks. He was very flexible and returned two weeks later to completely replace all my rafters due to termite damage. I was surprised he was able to replace them because I thought they were done for and it was going to cost an arm and a leg after I saw the extent of the damage. However, he gave me a great price and the end result is they look good as new. He completely restored my old board and batton home and businesses for me and I am very grateful. He had to go up on the roof quite a bit, but I was thankful that he was tied off using a harness system so I didn't have to worry about him up there. I was able to sleep well at night knowing he was following good safety precautions on such a large business. I signed up for his yearly pressure washing discounts for all 3 of my properties to maintain the paint jobs, as they came out looking amazing. I am very happy with my renewed properties. It did take a little longer than I originally expected, but we also didn't know the extent of damage on the buildings until he was able to point it out to us. Now that it's all done, I feel confident I won't have any more surprises because Andrew poured hard work over every square inch of the properties and repaired everything. He said the properties will be good to go for the next 20 years. I truly believe him after seeing the quality and effort he put into every step. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his work to my friends and family for their painting projects and restoration needs!

Peak Production Energy was the first to respond and among the most competitive for cleaning our 21 solar panels. They had great availability and were easy to schedule with. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They noticed that we had two skylights next to our panels that were pretty dirty. Free of charged they cleaned those for us too! Very kind and knowledgeable group of guys. Left our panels and skylights spotless (pics attached). There were tons of spider webs under our panels which you could see from the ground. Our roof is now web-free! They also sprayed the ground off around where run off may have occurred so we didn't have any debris on the pavement.
