When the technician arrived, he proceeded to offer 3 different price options, STARTING at $150, they also offered a mid and a full service price. Excuse me? What a scam! With their good-better-best bait and switch scheme. When this made me upset, he explained that they came all the way from Long Beach so their charge has to cover the drive. This guy had NO IDEA he was being dispatched by a fictitious business name company that is *supposedly* based in San Clemente. We ended up paying $206 for the *better* service, aka: with shampoo and not just steam. Needless to say, I'll never hire them again. Unethical sales practices FOR SURE. I just didn't feel like fighting anymore over $50, so the easiest route was to get my carpet cleaned and move on. Buyer beware!
