We had an awesome experience! We needed a few bedrooms and the stairs done in our rental house last month. Karl was able to do the job just a few days after I called for a quote. We were super happy with the finished product. He explained before he started which stains might be impossible to get rid of completely, but still managed to make them look way better. He was very friendly and he took the time to explaine every step of the process and about the eco-friendly products he was using. All around good experience & great value. read more

Karl is on top of customer service and knowing his craft. No short cuts with this company. He takes the time do it right the first time. He had the proper professional equipment. On a scale of 1-10, Level 20!!!! He used natural plant based products, no chemicals. He is very methodical in everything he does. He cleaned the carpets in our place with no wasted movements and attention to detail. He treated our home as If he owned it. Very reasonable priced. Also, major Plus... he cleans/sanitizes the equipment in between jobs so other customers' urine, dog Crap, and other contaminants found in their carpets don't get mixed in with yours. Karl contacted me promptly, fit me in next-day, and did an even better job than expected. He is courteous, pleasant and professional. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. My carpets were at least a year overdue and in some areas (stairs and hall) heavily soiled with stains from mud to vomit (no kidding - orange). They are all virtually invisible with the exception of a tiny stain from a bottle of spilled nail polish. I will definitely use Ocean Breeze again and highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for an affordable company with exceptional results and professionalism. Thanks Karl! read more
