MARTY arrived on time, and is very good at his craft. I highly recommend 24 7 CARPET CLEANING !!! VERY fair pricing for professional work. You will be pleased with the results. We asked Marty about a couple of dining chairs, and he recommended something other than his service. He was concerned he would not be able to get the stain out satisfactorily. read more

Marty is incredible!!! Not only does he use the highest quality cleaning machines and materials, he gets the job done both quickly and perfectly. We had horrible messes from a dear kitty who had lymphoma, and I can't believe he got all that petrified poop out of the carpets in places where she loved to hide but that we couldn't access (e.g., under the bed). Look no further: 24 7 is the company you want to use! read more

Thanks Marty for getting our chairs cleaned! He was honest about what he couldn't and could do and about details up front- which is rare around here in upholstery cleaning companies. We will be using him again! read more

I need to have a clean home. When I realized our new home was not professionally cleaned like we had been told, I quickly got quotes for floor cleaning from a few places. Marty was quick to respond and I was able to schedule an appointment that week. He cleaned three bathrooms, two hallways, a living room, dining room and kitchen in 90 minutes! The pictures don't do his work justice. I'm finally able to relax in our new home knowing that it's actually clean! read more

Marty is a very good and responsible professional in carpet cleaning. His price is fear and his job is excellent. He loves what he does. I had appointment for carpet cleaning, I took day off at my work and waited. After they came and estimated a job, I get upset because the price was doubled vs my expectations. I rejected this company. I start call around the San Clemente area and happily found Marty's business. He came in two hours the same day and made 7 room's house clean and shiny again. I will strong recommend this business to my friends and to anyone who needs a job with good quality&price. Olga read more

Best carpet/upholstery cleaner I've EVER dealt with in my life! Let's start with he came within 24 hours and he had the quickest response to my message on Yelp. He honored the price he quoted and did more than asked. On time, professional, and just a nice guy. The part that stands out the most is we had an area rug that I previously had cleaned (by another company) , I sent it out to get cleaned it came back still looking terrible . I just figured The rug was not cleanable. But to my surprise he got every single spot out and the rug looks brand new! He definitely knows what he's doing and he is reasonably priced. I would trust him with ANY future projects. Thanks Marty! read more

Marty was exceptional. Attention to detail on a challenging carpet. Thanks Marty. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with Marty and 24 7 Carpet Cleaning service. He came out and cleaned our carpets approximately two months ago. The carpets were horrible and had tons of pet stains. Marty worked his butt off and was able to get all the stains out. Two months later the carpets look just as good as the day he cleaned them. The carpet is almost 15 years old and he made the look brand new. I will define you use Marty again and highly recommend him. read more

Construction for 3 months left tons of dirt outside and dogs tracked it inside. Carpet was super dirty. Marty got all dirt and stains out, and I am very pleased. read more

Super quick response time. What able to come out in less than an hours notice! He is a lifesaver, our new house smelled horrible (like dog) and the carpet was filthy. He made it look like new and smells great! Thank you so much...and a great price read more

Our dog decided to use our throw rug as a her personal bathroom in the middle of the night. We woke up to a huge, nasty mess in our living room. I must have called 10 different businesses, and Marty was the only one who actually answered the call. I explained it was kind of urgent, and he made it work. He came out the same day and did a great job getting the carpet clean. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend you do the same. read more

Marty was awesome. We had an "emergency" pet situation on our area rugs on a Sunday and he got here one hour after I called him. He didn't charge me any exorbitant Sunday rates as another company had quoted. While he was here he even did an awesome job on our couch as a last minute request from me! He was so professional, friendly and effective. I can't rave enough about him. Thank you Marty! read more

24 7 Carpet Cleaning offers efficient, friendly and great service. Very happy with my clean carpets!

I contacted Marty about 4-5 months ago to come tackle some pet urine stains in our upstairs hallway and he did a great job! Our dog was very disgruntled after being left with a dog sitter for a week, and he left several urine stains and an awful dog pee smell to let us know. Marty expertly took care of the stains and smell and was so quick and efficient. I contacted him again to come do all the carpet this time around, and he was so easy to schedule and coordinate with. He does an awesome job, at a reasonable price point, and is very professional. Highly recommend and will use him again in the future!! read more

Marty did a fantastic job on the heavy peed on carpet!!!' He was sweating and took extra time to Do the job well. Reasonably Priced also! read more

Marty is the best! I called him to clean a very stained white carpet and he somehow, miraculously, got it clean. He took as long as was needed, doing double and triple takes over heavily soiled areas till they submitted and let go of their filth. Marty was also easily reached by phone and quickly available, working with my tight schedule. I will be calling him back in the future and recommend him highly. read more

After pretty much being scammed by another company, I was afraid to hire without reading reviews first. Marty has so many good reviews and after talking with him on the phone I felt confident that he would do what he said he would do. He didn't!! He went so far beyond my expectations in work and attitude! If you are reading this I want you to know that it is the first 5 star review I have written and if more stars were available Marty would get those too! Definitely and highly recommend this company! read more

Great service at a great price!! Marty was very professional and the carpets looked great.

I am absolutely blown away with how incredible the carpet looks after over 5 years of dog stains, dirt, & coffee spills as well as the prior tenants before us! Marty is extremely friendly & knows what he's doing. The products he used were perfect for my parrots (the littlest smell can hurt them) & my pup. His pricing is honest & realistic even with all the experience & knowledge he has. When it's time to rearrange the other rooms, I will DEFINITELY be calling Marty back! The photos are before & right after the cleaning (when it was still drying). read more

Awesome service. Very responsive and timely. Did a lot of research and fair price. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Marty has been cleaning my carpets for over 7 years. I trust no one else!! Some companies use cheap products and equipment that may look good initially but the stain soon returns. NOT with Marty and 24/7 Carpet Care, your carpet is truly clean and no residue left on the carpet!!! He is honest, on-time, and very cost efficient!!! We had at one time 3 dogs, 2 adults, 2 young adults, 1 teenager, and 2 toddlers, so you can imagine how bad our carpets would get, after Marty they looked brand new. He cleaned my area rugs and upholstered chairs also. I am posting pictures after his last visit, I am too embarrassed to post the before....but it was bad!! read more

Marty from 24/7 Carpet Cleaning came to my home this morning and, once again, did a fantastic job! This is the 3rd time I have used Marty and he is punctual, professional, easy to communicate with, fairly priced, and leaves my carpet looking beautiful and smelling fresh. He has even gotten a couple of difficult pet stains and children's vomit out of my carpet. I originally found him when both of my sons were ill and vomited on the carpet and I needed someone here right away. Marty was willing to come out the next day in an emergency situation. I am very thankful that I found Marty and recommend him highly! Thank you Marty for another great job! read more
