This company is amazing. We were in a tough spot. Just bought a new dryer and realized we had a clog in our vent. Dean responded quickly and went above and beyond in coming over same day to clear it out. Super friendly, and what I appreciated was the attention to detail and non rush service. Dean really wanted to make sure the job was done right. Needless to say we had an epic clog (see photo). I will use the them again in the future, thank you! read more

Capistrano Beach Steam Clean - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Clemente, California

Called Dean early this morning in a tad desperate need of help haha we have a puppy who's potty training and absolutely destroying our rugs. Dean showed up within the hour got our old rugs looking almost brand new and gave us some amazing advice on how to fully get the smell out without being charged insane prices having to do repeat washes. He also got our stairs looking amazing as well! He was very straight forward, a very hard worker and by far the fairest price we've ever received. We've had at least 6 different companies throughout the past decade we've lived here and have been price gouged by every single one. Deans an honest man, extremely knowledgeable about the trade and very kind to boot. We 100% recommend him and will only be using his services from here on out! read more

The team at Capistrano Beach Steam Clean gave us exceptional service. The pricing was reasonable and the job that they did was outstanding.

I had Dean and his team come out to clean my couch and my dryer vent. They were communicative and showed up on time. They did the job well, and even came back 2 days later when I was having an issue with my dryer. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in working order. I would use them again and would recommend them for any of your steam cleaning or vent cleaning needs. read more

Dean did a wonderful job on my stairs this morning. He was very responsive and I will be using him in the future for my upstairs master. Thank you!!! read more

We had the company out twice. The first time they cleaned badly soiled carpet (a family member has cats) and upholstered chairs. The second time they cleaned carpet. Both times, we found the company to be reliable, up front about what they could and couldn't do, and extremely hard-working. The did their patient best under less than ideal circumstances and we'd hire them again in a second! read more

Dean is a great professional, on time, cordial. I felt comfortable and trusted him in my home. He worked his ass off to make my white carpets that I haven't had professionally cleaned in two years look like new. Even the pet odor and stains are gone miraculously! I will make sure to co ti he a regular service to keep my home clean and looking it's best. Thanks Dean! read more

I called him yesterday to see if he could come out and clean out my dryer duct as my dryer was not working properly. The dryer repairman said there was nothing wrong with the dryer, but the duct was probably packed with lint. I called, and he came out within the hour. Since I was here alone, he moved out the dryer for me and took care of everything. Now it is like I have a new dryer. I couldn't believe all the packed lint he removed. We are lucky we did not have a fire. Highly recommend this business. read more

Dean and Bill were awesome. They were able To get a house that was filthy (spots stains) to immaculate. They preface by saying they'll try their best to take the stains out as much as they can and they didn't disappoint. I was so impressed by the work that I asked them To do my parents house as well. Would highly recommend especially for landlords or any homeowner who want trust worthy and dependable carpet cleaning. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Had these guys set up today after reading the positive reviews on Yelp. Dean shows up (on time!) and when I invite him into the house, the first words out of his mouth are, "yeah I don't even know what I am here to do". Pretty odd given he gave us a quote already, but I suspect this is how he might look to change the price quote as he spoke to my wife and not to me. I showed him the stairs and master bedroom and he says, "hey, we don't move furniture". When I asked him why he wouldn't have told my wife this he said, "I had an in depth conversation with her and I covered all of that." I told him that it strikes me as odd that he had an in-depth conversation about the furniture, quoted her a price for the job and then he shows up not knowing what he was here to do. He got pretty pissy at that point. Needless to say I didn't have him stick around. Very disappointing that I wasted my morning hanging around for him and that's how they show up. Perhaps it wasn't a big enough job. My suggestion is that you get your quote from him in writing with all the details so you can avoid wasting time like I did. read more

I was referred to Capistrano Beach Steam Clean by a friend & I am impressed!!! I called at 1045am and spoke with the owner, Dean, who said he could come by my house at 1130 to take a look & provide a quote. Dean & his partner arrived promptly & measured my house. Here is some floor history... 500sq feet of intricate tile with a ton of grout. The floors were installed over ten years ago & have never been professionally cleaned. It's a small condo & the kitchen, dinning room & living room are all connected with no walls dividing. Everywhere is a traffic zone & the light colored grout was pretty much black. Dean gave me a killer price, meaning less then what I was prepared to pay & quoted by other companies. I asked when he wanted to come clean and he gave me the perfect response, "how about I help you move this furniture & we'll do it now. I can be done in 1.5 hours." It was deal, we moved all the furniture, I took the kids to the pool & when I returned 2 hours later I walked into a new house. The tile has a nice shine, all the grit removed, the grout is a light sand color (I had no idea) & the house smells amazing!!! The owners live locally so it feels great to support a local business owner, they're professional and personable. I don't think you'll be disappointed with their work or attitudes. I highly recommend their services & I will defiantly be using the again :) read more

WOW!! I'm a repeat customer of Deans and I can tell you now that he is prompt, professional, and the best in the industry. Carpets are always fresh after he cleans them (and remain that way) and if I have a spot or a problem area from a spill, Dean makes himself available within 1 day - 2 days at most is the longest I've ever waited to get my carpets cleaned. He takes care of his customers, and I've found the pricing to be the absolute best among the other carpet cleaning companies. The fact that Dean has consistent high ratings tells you he's the best in the biz .... ( I absolutely disagree with Richard G.s comment- and from Richard's description of the vast number of rooms in his home -it looks like dean still gave him a huge discount!) anyways u guys can't go wrong with this company. Great team who get the job done and are on time! Worked with me on my schedule, took care of the office here at Dick Simon Yachts in Dana Point. The owner (Dean) knows his chemistry, and uses PH-balanced, environmentally friendly cleaning solvents. Good guys to talk to, and they're good at what they do. I'll be calling them up every time I need steam cleaning and upholstery cleaning in Orange County. Happy client! read more

Dean works with our real estate agent who recommended him to clean before we moved in. As someone else mentioned, he does talk more than he works and asked a bunch of personal questions about how much we paid for the house, how we were able to afford it and other stuff. He's a one man band (as far as I could tell) and very "In your face" with his communications; like someone that could very easily fly off the handle if you look at him wrong, and he's the "owner" of this business. I would NOT want to be a female alone with this guy as he has a major attitude. The work he did was mediocre. read more

These guys are amazing!! Not only did they save my butt when another company came out and tried to charge me almost 4 times what we had agreed on for a move out clean, Will got our nasty carpets clean enough to get our deposit back. Oh, and did I mention to that they were there at a moments notice....30 minutes!!! Totally saved us!! Would use them again but we are moving out of state. Totally reliable and won't rip you off!! read more

Dean does a quality job. His pricing is on point. Absolutely recommend this business!

I had a disgusting, smelly sectional couch that we received for free but was previously in a dog-owner's home then spent about 9 months in a dusty dirty garage. Needless to say, it was not a pretty sight however through the dingy black stains, dust, and spider-webs I could tell that the upholstery was overall in pretty good shape. I did my usual research calling about 12 names that I had gathered from CL and Yelp to find a knowledgeable, yet affordable company who was up for the job. Immediately after speaking with Dean, I could tell that he knew his stuff regarding cleaning and i scheduled an appt. Dean did a very thorough job in cleaning the upholstery on all sides of the sectional and plugged away for over an hour trying to get the stains out of the couch. When he was finished, the couch was very moist from the deep-cleaning and Dean told me to follow-up with him when it dried because that's when we'd be able to tell if the stains were out. After it had dried, the couch was far cleaner than it was before, however the moisture from the cleaner had brought up more grime from the cushions and thus still had stains :( The moment I told Dean this he immediately offered to come back and work some more magic on the sectional for me. And this time, he left the couch looking brand new!!!! Whereas before I had a hard time even breathing around this couch in the garage, now I sleep comfortably on it in my living room without fear of staining my clothes. read more
