This is the second time we've used this company to clean out our long dryer vent. Mitch did an excellent job. He arrived on time, used the vacuum and long brushes to clean out lint from both ends. He was careful and cleaned up a small amount of lint debris that had gone into the garage. In addition to providing good service, we are impressed that Nuflo hires good people to do the work. Will use again. read more

Great job honest people my dryer is working so well right now. I will be using them again.

Setup another appointment with Michael the owner to have a technician come out next Monday, 8/31 to clean out my dryer vent. My plan is to get on a yearly cleaning to insure my vents are clear of lint and debris to mitigate any potential fire risk. For the best in dryer vent cleaning you can't go wrong with Nuflo. They provide top notch customer service. read more

Overdue for my review. I first called Nuflo in 2021 for my dryer vent cleaning and they did an excellent job. Unfortunately it's been years since my next cleaning and I had them come out again to do a cleaning. The entire process was incredibly smooth from scheduling to the actual cleaning itself! Lo and behold, the amount of lint and dust buildup was not acceptable however michael did a fantastic job in cleaning the entire dryer catcher and duct! Highly recommend Nuflo to ensure the dryer vents are cleaned for the safety of your home! read more

Great experience working with Nuflo to clean out our dryer vent. Michael provided friendly, professional and efficient service. We had a tight schedule on the day of service and appreciated his good communications and punctuality. While onsite, Michael provided clear explanation of the service and helped us understand the setup of the dryer venting at our home. He patiently answered questions and left the work area clean after completing the work. I also appreciated that he took the time to wear shoe covers to keep our carpets clean when entering our home. Overall, a great value (they have a discount for both new and repeat customers) for the service provided and we will be reaching out to Nuflo again in the future for our dryer vent maintenance. read more

We've owned our home since 1994, and had never had the dryer vent cleaned until the dryer was no longer doing a good job. D'oh! I looked to Yelp and found Nuflo Dryer Vent Cleaning. I reached out, and they quickly responded with both a fair quote and availability that same day! Tech Mike arrived on time, explained the process and was in and out in under an hour. He shared with me pics of before and after - such a difference!! He even saved us a few $$ as he was able to retrim/reuse our existing tube from the wall to the dryer. I wish all my service projects went as well as ours did with Nuflo. Highly recommended. read more

Very quick and easy to get a quote via email. Had to call to schedule an appointment, but process was simple and no issue finding a time slot that worked with my schedule. Although I don't have any objective metrics to determine how well the vent cleaning went, the Nuflo technician spent far more time than the previous company I had hired and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He even helped improve the duct routing from my dryer to help improve the airflow. I plan to continue using Nuflo in the future as they provide a high quality service which is worth the money. read more

NuFlo has been servicing the dryer vent and booster annually, and the consistency has been very good. The technicians arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and leave the area clean. The annual service provides reassurance that the vent system is clear and operating properly. Given the fire risk associated with lint buildup, the regular maintenance adds a level of safety and peace of mind. The booster is checked and serviced as part of the visit, which is important for maintaining proper airflow, especially in longer vent runs. Overall, the service is reliable and straightforward. The main value is preventative--reducing risk and ensuring the system continues to function as intended. read more

Have hired NuFlo a few times now to clean our dryer vent. Excellent service! Dryer dries loads so much faster, and the service tech was on time, polite and professional, thorough, and cleaned up perfectly after he was finished. Highly recommend. read more

When I called, a live person picked up the phone. She was very polite and took down my information. She gave me an over-the-phone quote. Our dryer hose was clogged (despite diligently cleaning the lint -trap every load.) We had a same-day visit, and I asked Michael if I could watch. He said, Yes. Do not crowd or pester the contractor. Also -- offer water and use of your toilet. Michael was polite and answered questions. He was here about an hour near the end of the day, cleaned up, and stuck to the quote. He gave me an old-school magnetic business card to stick to the dryer. Much appreciated. read more

Great service. Arrived on time and did a great job. That's about everything you can ask for from a contractor. I got the sense that the previous owner never did it based on the amount of lint that came out of it. Nice to have that piece of mind that the vent is clean for another while. read more

Great service. Best customer service. Great technicians. Fair prices. Great Company with caring individuals.

Just had our dryer vent cleaned for the first time since purchasing our home. Michael and Desire were really kind to answer all my random questions, very knowledgeable and patient with me. The cleaning seemed pretty thorough, lots of lint and dust/debris came out. We have yet to do a load but i'm pretty confident they got the job done. We will definitely keep their services and recommend them to family and friends! read more

They fully cleaned our vent. Our dryer went from poorly working to working like it's brand new. Thank you!

Michael came from the company to clean my dryer vent. He was nice and professional. He did a great job. He even tested the foil hose vent and noticed had holes in it and replaced it for me. That was Great ! He even cleaned behind the machines. I use them every year and highly highly recommend them. read more

Michael showed up on time. He went right to work and thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent. Our issue had been that for the past year it took 3-4 cycles to dry our sheets..towels..and clothes. After Mike cleaned the dryer vent, our clothes, etc dried in one normal cycle. Michael also gave us a few great tips on how to keep our dryer vent clean going forward. He also sent us before and after pictures of the dryer vent and a summary report of the completed service, including recommendations for how to properly maintain a clothes dryer vent and a handy list of other local home repair companies: Appliance, Roofing (if vent repair is needed), HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services. We highly recommend NuFlo Services, Inc. for dryer vent cleaning services!! read more

I needed a simple vent repair and a cleaning. Easy to book and came out next day. Michael was super friendly and did an excellent job. There was an old rats nest in our vent (gross!) and I'm so glad it's gone. Flat price for a cleaning was very reasonable. Will use Nuflo again! Thank you! read more

Thank you Michael for coming out and working with me. You were very professional and went above and beyond to complete the cleaning and help triage secondary issues. You worked with my schedule and did a great job cleaning up. I look forward to working with you again in the future! read more

We used Nuflo seven years ago as a precaution after someone we knew had a dryer fire. So glad we had them out. They found a bird nest in the exit vent to the outdoors! Seven years later our dryer that is 15+ years old is not drying after one cycle so I knew it was time to have Nuflo back out to assess the situation. Glad I have a reliable business I can contact. read more

I'm a repeat Nuflo customer. Chris just came and left. He texted 20 mins before arriving. Put on shoe covers. Was careful navigating stairs and walls. Laid down floor cover for his vacuum. He took before and after pictures and showed me what was snaked out, and it was A lot! Very courteous. I'd recommend them coming to clean your vents. read more

We recently moved into a condo and had to buy our first washer and dryer. While I was hooking up the dryer I happened to look in the duct and saw that it had a lot of lint in it. There was about 1" just sitting on the bottom inside of the duct. I tried to clean it myself, filling up my shop vac twice with lint in the process. I (wrongfully) assumed I got it sorted out. I ran a test load per the instructions that came with our new washer and dryer only for it to throw an error stating a 80% flow blockage. I knew it was right as the clothes were still a little damp after the drying cycle. I requested a bunch of quotes from numerous companies and Nuflo had the best price and the best customer service. Desiree was super helpful in getting us scheduled for the next day! Peter was our tech that came out and after an hour he had the duct fully cleaned out. He pulled out a TON of lint! I was so happy I hired them. I will gladly rehire them for the next duct cleaning. Thanks Nuflo! read more

We had our dryer vent cleaned today by Nuflo. We are a repeat customer. I almost booked another company this time bc thier price was so much lower than Nuflo's, but my husband reminded me how thorough Nuflo was the last time vs the guy before them who didn't really remove any lint to speak of but charged us anyway. You get what you pay for. We are happy with Nuflo's professional, competant service so will keep using them. Thanks, Nuflo! read more

Company did a great job. They were easy to work with. Very professional from phone call to service completed to billing. Thank you!

Had a great experience! Communication with the office and the service technician was excellent. Michael performed the cleaning and was happy to let me watch, all the while providing me with tips and tricks to help us maintain things in between annual services. He performed his tasks efficiently and cleaned up all of the areas well when completed. We will definitely be calling on Nuflo for our next cleaning service! Thanks! read more

Excellent on time and got the job done, removed a lot of stuff from the vent and explained what he did

We have been working with NuFlo for several years now. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris for a dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided! I can't say enough positive things about this company. From scheduling to service. My appointment window was from 8-10. Bryan texted me to say he was 25 minutes away and asked if that was okay. He arrived on time wearing a mask. Very professional and explained everything. We just moved into this home and had used a different company for our annual service at our last home. I will be using this new company and referring my friends. Bryan gets an A plus from me! Thank you! read more

Nuflo Dryer Vent Cleaning - Apparently the previous owner had never cleaned the dryer vent. So scary! - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me

For the past couple weeks while doing laundry, my clothes were still damp after running a full cycle in the dryer. I had an appliance technician check the dryer and he said the dryer was fine but that the dryer vent was full of lint. I sent out several quotes online through Yelp and I selected Nuflo because of the rating and the great reviews. I was originally scheduled for almost 2 weeks out but I opted to get on the waitlist and it was only a couple days after my initial call later when they came out. I love that the company sent me a reminder one hour before the start of the time window and my technician, Bryan, notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The whole process took a little over an hour and I have peace of mind (priceless). Bryan informed me that the dryer output flap was corroded and that I should have it replaced. He didn't have time to do it today but I will definitely call Nuflo to have that done. read more

Our newer dryer presented us with an error code that ended up being a ventilation related issue so we called our HOA who recommended Nuflo for vent cleaning (it's part of their annual fire prevention notices). Nuflo came out immediately and snaked then vacuumed our dryer vent which ran more than 12ft, sure enough there was about 50gallons of debris blocking up our dryer vent. At the end of the service the tech moved the dryer back its location nd cleaned his work area and ran the dryer to ensure the code disappeared. The dryer is MUCH more efficient now and doesn't take nearly as long to dry our clothes. Nuflow was very pleasant to work with, I'll hire them again in the future. read more
