For the past couple weeks while doing laundry, my clothes were still damp after running a full cycle in the dryer. I had an appliance technician check the dryer and he said the dryer was fine but that the dryer vent was full of lint. I was originally scheduled for almost 2 weeks out but I opted to get on the waitlist and it was only a couple days after my initial call later when they came out. I love that the company sent me a reminder one hour before the start of the time window and my technician, Bryan, notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The whole process took a little over an hour and I have peace of mind (priceless). Bryan informed me that the dryer output flap was corroded and that I should have it replaced. Our newer dryer presented us with an error code that ended up being a ventilation related issue so we called our HOA who recommended Nuflo for vent cleaning (it's part of their annual fire prevention notices). Nuflo came out immediately and snaked then vacuumed our dryer vent which ran more than 12ft, sure enough there was about 50gallons of debris blocking up our dryer vent. At the end of the service the tech moved the dryer back its location nd cleaned his work area and ran the dryer to ensure the code disappeared. The dryer is MUCH more efficient now and doesn't take nearly as long to dry our clothes. Nuflow was very pleasant to work with, I'll hire them again in the future. read more
