End of week comes and no quote so we figure we wait for over the weekend to reach out We call on Monday and they say they will have end of day - nothing We call Tuesday and they say they will have a end of day again - nothing We call Wednesday and rep says they will have someone call us but we decide to just text the person who came out. They said they emailed us but of course we never received so we asked what email they sent it to and silence . Ghosted us. So we wait until evening time and ask if they need the email address again and they say yeah and will email when they get home. Guess what? No email, no text , no call Thursday - Nothing . These guys did a great job on my HVAC system. Reasonable quote. It was off season and I let them know I was getting competing quotes. I had them out to service my refrigerator recently, the repair tech was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly. The pricing for the repair was high though. I left a 3 star review over this initially. The company called me up and explained that though the part is cheap the cost comes from the additional liability from working on equipment that can leak which I can understand. The refrigerator is on the 2nd story and a leak could be a major issue. They offered a small discount for the inconvenience but could not go too low due to the liability. They let me know how I could fix it myself and offered phone assistance if I got stuck. This was a good solution to me and I'm happy to adjust my review. She called the technician and then finally called me back to say they have to order the part and it will be several days before they can get it to fix it.
