Pacific Comfort installed our HVAC system over a year ago, and the system has continued to perform very well. After living with the installation for some time, I realized the outdoor condenser had been installed close enough to the existing hose bib that it made attaching a standard garden hose and servicing the faucet unnecessarily difficult. I updated my review to reflect that concern because I felt it was a legitimate serviceability issue. Ernest responded promptly and offered to relocate the condenser at no charge. They worked around my tenant's schedule and had the issue addressed almost immediately. Kevin and his apprentice, Andrew, arrived on time and were both courteous and professional. Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns and explain how the system was originally installed with enough service length in the refrigerant lines and wiring to safely accommodate a minor relocation without compromising the system. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the reasoning behind the repair instead of simply saying it would be okay. Kevin carefully repositioned the condenser, and the result completely resolved the issue. I can now easily attach a standard garden hose, there is adequate room to service the hose bib with normal hand tools, and the installation still looks clean and professional. I also want to recognize Andrew. Although he was there as an apprentice, he was professional, attentive, and worked well alongside Kevin throughout the job. The original installation has performed flawlessly, and when I brought up a legitimate concern over a year later, Pacific Comfort stood behind their work and resolved it promptly. I Initially had issues on April of this year i researched a few days until i saw this company on YELp, i was trying to avoid bigbox company, i wanted to work with local installers with great reputation,they work with lennox and ots one of the best systems out there, ended up getting AC pro which was lennox made and the system looks great, AC really cold, maybe not the most quite but my old 16 y/o system was a bit more loud, price i couldnt say because when i was given the quote it felt right from what i was reading so I think price is very competitive, they were very acvomodating with install dates, Kevin did my install and he was flawless. 10 yr warranty on the system too. Furnace fan kept going after it reached temperature. Asked for price to come and take a look and rough cost for the job. Got quoted $300-400. I later found out on my own that the problem is with the circuit board. Allen again for a price for now a diagnosed repair, ie part and labor. Got quoted $700. So I asked how much for labor he said $200. The. I said I know the part costs $70-100 so why so high, he goes it's $295 for part and $ 400 for labor. ... wait but you just told me it's 200 for labor. Obviously I'm going with someone else. Seems like a scam just to price gouge. I'm being nice and giving 2 stars just for being promp in picking up the phone but you should really shop around and know prices before you go with these people. read more

Eric and his team are basically members of the family, at this point. They replaced and rebuilt my entire dual AC system from the ground up, including new ductwork. Eric replaced two old inefficient systems from the 90's with brand new high SEER rating systems to cool our house down just in time for my newborn daughter to be born.
