Our Air Conditioner unit went out. Our thermostat seemed to be working fine, the outsoor unit was fune and no fuses were tripped, and the Zonefirst splitter seemed to receiving the command fine. It was a confusing situation. We called a first expert, who told us there was an issue with our Carrier system, and since he's not familiar with this particular thermostat, he couldn't help us. We then called Honorable Air. We called and described the issue, letting the recipient know we needed someone familiar with Carrier systems, and gave them the make/model of our system. They informed us that someone would come out and help us on Monday between 9-12 AM. Jeremy came and helped us out. It turned out to be a condenser pan filled with water. He helped us drain the water and troubleshoot the source, and it only cost us $230 for an hour if time and some minimal labor. Very satisfied with his help! read more

Out of all the companies, Jesse was the ONLY ONE who required asbestos removal and explained the installation process thoroughly. This speaks volumes about the difference between companies focusing on volume vs quality within their work. During the installation, Jesse paid attention to my concerns and addressed them without me asking. Last, they adjusted the final cost based on work not done and replaced items not included in the original bid. If you're looking for an HVAC company with integrity and care, I can't recommend them enough. I am VERY IMPRESSED with Jesse and his team!!! They are honest, helpful, efficient and they had the most competitive pricing! I had 3 mid to larger-sized companies try to overcharge me for my AC needs. Honorable Air came to my rescue and solved my roof leak by sealing the ducts. The prior roofing company had dislodged them, and the HOA didn't hire an AC company to put them back on correctly. I also have old ducts, but I couldn't afford to redo them, so they sealed everything the same day, and it solved the roof leak. I called again when my AC stopped cooling. Other companies gave quotes at $22K, $18K, and $16K without blinking an eye and without providing much insight. Honorable Air came and reviewed my older unit and told me things were working, but just not cooling. They serviced he unit on the spot and shared a reasonable quote for a new AC unit should it stop cooling again. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions about the type of units and reasons why to use one vs another, so I had peace of mind. Being a single mom, it was very helpful to have someone explain everything and feel how they genuinely care about their customers, too. Once again, they solved my issue, and when it's time to buy a new AC in the future, they will have my business! "Honorable" is truly the word to describe this fabulous company! They are my new go-to and trusted HVAC company from now on. I had previously been convinced by another company to sign up for their monthly service program, and after the routine maintenance service as part of my membership, I was told I needed nearly $3000 in new parts for my brand-new HVAC systems. Red flags and alarm bells were going off for me. Seemed highly suspicious and like a money-grab. I was driving through my neighborhood wondering who I should call for a second opinion when I drove by Honorable Air's work van at a neighbor's house. I gave them a call, and within a day, they came out for a complimentary inspection of both my units. After a thorough inspection, the guys informed me there is nothing wrong with my units, and the parts in question were in "excellent" shape. No need for $3000 worth of repairs. A happy funny nice guy named Jeremy came to check out what I thought smelled like gas near my furnace this morning. He went up to the attic and spent quite a bit of time checking and double-checking to make sure and he found no leaks no issues. And he told me so! Can you imagine? Anyone else would have tried to sell me a new furnace to replace my old one. He gave me advice on calling to have the gas company do a full check if I'm still worried.
