Technicon arrived with 2 hours of my initial call. Very friendly and helpful. He came over to fix the wash machine, I asked him if he could also look at my ice maker that has been broken for over a year (3 different services came out and could not fix it), he immediately diagnosed the issue (a cut wire that happens all the time with my type of refrigerator) and will be back in a couple of days to repair it. Highly recommend!!! read more

My AC quit and Fuse came out the same day and diagnosed it but had to order a couple of parts, they came back the next morning and fixed the problem. Professional, on time, fixed at a reasonable cost, I would use them again for any AC issues read more

I used Fuse for a last minute repair when my home warranty company failed to truly repair my furnace. This was when it had been 42 degrees in the evenings. The technician was nice and clean and explained everything that he did as well as additional repairs I needed. They followed up and asked if I had questions. read more

Responsive, courteous and up front with costs. They were able to schedule me next day and were even early.

Alan was honest and even though he couldn't fix the best of issue (because he didn't have the part) he recommended that I go with someone else who may have the part I needed. He even gave me the specs which I felt was going beyond the call. And he arrived on time, was clean (wore his booties in the house) and was polite and courteous. I will absolutely recommend him and Fuse. read more

I was very pleased with the service that I received from this company. They couldn't of been any more helpful than they were. They were extremely polite and couldn't of explained the problem any better. I definitely will call them again if needed. read more

This is the best experience I had with appliance repairs. Most outfits would just want to come out to give you diagnostic and then upsell bunch of services. Fuse was the first to reply my request and tried to help me hone in the problem over messaging. After getting responses from others, I felt Fuse was on top of their game, and they make the appointment process very easy. Eric was the technician who showed up and was he knowledgeable. He communicates very well and we learned a lot from him. We even asked problems we have with other appliances and he was very eager to help. After the diagnostic, he told us what the problems are and how much it would cost. On one of the problem, he even told us how we can fix it ourselves if we want. He even gave us tips on how to do the maintenance ourselves. Man, this guy is really genuine in helping out. It's like your brother-in-law. I elected to have them do both the repairs on the oven and refrigerator. He was able to secure the parts in couple days and again, the appointment process was so efficient. After the repair, my invoice was sent right into my email. I don't know what else to say about this business. This place is definitely a keeper. A happy homeowner. read more

Allen did an amazing and thorough job in servicing my split units, adding price of pipe to that drain, and fixing a hole in the drain pipe. He was courteous and clean...putting on an taking off shoe covered every time he entered my home. read more

My washing machine died at the spin cycle and I was frantically looking for a reliable repair company. Fuse was very responsive and was able to schedule a technician in a timely manner. Andrey was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine and drain the water. He had to order a part and schedule another return, but the repair was completed in less than a week. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I am glad I chose Fuse, and will consider them again. read more

Issue was fixed and explained what happened and what he did to fix it. Thank you Eric! read more

AC thermostat broke right at July 4 weekend. Mayday quickly answered my inquiry and came over the next day. Allan was easy to talk to and was able to resolve our issue immediately. Highly recommend esp for emergencies! read more

Great service, quick response! Thank you Eric for fixing my dishwasher, he was very professional, patient and nice, and the price was reasonable. He diagnosed the drain motor the first time, ordered the part, came back two days later to replace the motor, and made sure the machine was running properly. By the way, this time it was a wine glass that broke in the machine, and the glass got stuck in the motor causing the drain failure. A reminder to everyone to be careful with glassware in the dishwasher, after all, a broken glass is expensive. read more

Great service! Not only do they have great reviews but I ended up going with them because they were quick to reply, came out the next day and their initial consultation fee was reasonable. They came out and gave me a quote, however, I appreciated that the technician suggested an alternative option, which was to not use the softener tray. Eric mentioned that it would probably drain and fix my problem, unless the issue was with my water pressure (or something like that). I tried it hoping I wouldn't have to pay to fix it, but after a load it still didn't drain. I texted them and they ordered my parts and scheduled my appointment as soon as they arrived. IT'S FIXED! I can have soft clothes again :) read more

I needed emergency help with my fridge and Fuse responded almost immediately, late at night, to arrange a next-day appointment. The technician, Allan, was in contact with me in the morning and even offered to come earlier than the appointed time. When he arrived, he was courteous, quick to get to work, very knowledgeable, and so helpful. He explained everything about the fridge and what was going on with it and fixed it right then and there. Andrey arrived at the scheduled time to check out the orangish flames on on gas stove. Turns out it was just moisture build up by housekeeping during cleaning. He was very honest and didn't have to do any work on the small burners. I was prepared for the worst and thought I needed parts replaced. Andrey took the time to clean the main burner a bit and gave me tips on how to care for it. He also answered my questions about other appliances in the house since they also fix and maintain a/c units as well. He didn't upsell anything as he said the appliance is in excellent condition. How often do you hear that?! Honesty and friendliness are rare qualities in this industry. I would definitely recommend Andrey and Fuse. read more

Honestly in this day and age to have an appliance repair company who does all of the right things. 1. Responds to your online inquiry, even on a Sunday. 2. Shows up on time and actually calls the 15 minutes prior to arrival. 3. Explains what is wrong and provides you an estimate. 4. Gets the part when he says he will and installs it, again at the price quoted. Eric from Fuse was all of that and more. I have hardwood floors and he put down protection. He took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly after install. Was clean, wore booties, gloves, and a face mask the whole time. Highly recommend. read more

Omg this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had! Fast, easy full explanation step by step what can be done, what is the most cost efficient way. OK I'm a person who has no idea how it works and because hubby mostly working I was worried that they will use my lack of knowledge and try to get more money out of me but No! They actually helped me save money i was thinking of completely changing the heating unit which would have cost me way more. But specialist gave me options and confidently stated that it is very good long lasting item which I should just repair. After speaking to hub we agreed. Wow team worked fast at most convenient time for us which is very hard to find nowadays. Great job guys! My A team if any of my appliances needs repair ! Very satisfied! Thank you read more

AC stopped blowing cold air. Started looking for quotes after 10pm. Fuse was able to get a technician out at 9am the next morning. Andrey was awesome and super trustworthy. Quickly got the job done and got my dryer up and running again! Highly recommend!

Leave it to an AC to break during a heatwave. I sat here watching the heat going up about a degree a minute. I called down the five star yelp list, quickly losing hope as I was repeatedly told that it would be several days before someone could get here. Fuse was able to send Andrey within several hours of my call. I'm back to feeling the AC! Thank God. Five star service for sure at an very fair price read more
