This is the best experience I had with appliance repairs. Most outfits would just want to come out to give you diagnostic and then upsell bunch of services. Fuse was the first to reply my request and tried to help me hone in the problem over messaging. After getting responses from others, I felt Fuse was on top of their game, and they make the appointment process very easy. Eric was the technician who showed up and was he knowledgeable. He communicates very well and we learned a lot from him. We even asked problems we have with other appliances and he was very eager to help. After the diagnostic, he told us what the problems are and how much it would cost. On one of the problem, he even told us how we can fix it ourselves if we want. They came out and gave me a quote, however, I appreciated that the technician suggested an alternative option, which was to not use the softener tray. He was very honest and didn't have to do any work on the small burners. I was prepared for the worst and thought I needed parts replaced.
