Called this business last week and got my washer inspected since it was not spinning & rinsing. Fee ($59.99) to have the washer inspected was waived if I decided to go through with the repairs. I decided to go with the repairs and I was expecting to have the washer fixed next week. In actuality, the parts arrived within two days and I just had the washer fixed. Great experience! I messaged Fuse Saturday night and received a response within an hour from Dean. I messaged back early Sunday morning and got a technician scheduled for Monday within the hour. We were having issues with the moisture sensor on our dryer and reddish marks being left on our clothes after drying. Eric came out and was quickly able to diagnose our problem and even showed us what was causing the red marks and explained why our clothes were taking hours to dry. When we bought our new house, we were told that the icemaker in the Samsung refrigerator that came with the house didn't work and that the owner had tried to fix it a couple of times with no luck. Rather than drop a bunch of money on a new fridge or a separate icemaker, I figured it was worth a shot to see if I could find someone to fix it. I put out a request for quote and Fuse was one of the first to get back to me, and the only one to mention what the issue could be, so we set up an appointment. Andrey came out the next morning and went to work immediately trying to figure out what it was. I was impressed at how thoroughly he went through every single potential issue and how he kept me updated throughout the process. When it wasn't anything obvious, he did some further research on his phone first, then started checking the wiring in the back of the fridge and finally the door. It was at that point that he found the culprit: a broken wire that wasn't allowing the icemaker to dispense. He initially said we would need a new door but, after not seeing any available, he thought further and figured out a workaround that allowed the icemaker to work. The cost for the fix was lower than I had anticipated and we once again have ice! I'm pretty sure most repair techs would have given up, but Andrey thought outside of the box and solved our issue. I will definitely call Fuse again if I have another appliance issue! read more

He took his time to walk us through every diagnostic step that her performed, the next possible steps, pro-actively contacted the vendor of our appliance to inquire about our liability and their ability to send out the parts, all the time while providing us updates (instead of us having to contact Eric to get such updates). We cannot unlock our Chamber oven door after self cleaning mode. Eric came to the rescue after fail attempt by another appliance company. He showed up on time with mask, booties, and all the proper equipment for the service. Without any doubt whatsoever, Fuse is the absolute best in terms of fixing an appliance of anybody I've ever seen in OC and I've had to endure two or three other companies trying to fix my dishwasher prior to calling Fuse. Fuse finally fixed it, showed up in a very clean and professional manner, explained everything in layman's terms, didn't try to "upsell me" on things I didn't need or want, and they even pointed out some minor things on my dishwasher that other companies didn't that needed minor adjustment, which they thankfully did. Their prices are very reasonable and I actually found myself tipping the guy because I liked him and his company so much. I was beginning to lose hope in the appliance repair industry because the two other companies prior to Fuse were terrible, and that's putting it mildly. I am hopeful that my other appliances stay as healthy as they seem to be and I don't have to call Fuse as a habit - but if I have to - without any hesitation I will call them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them with great enthusiasm. All-around excellent service! My LG washer wasn't working and I was stuck with a machine filled with clothes and water. I checked out Yelp and amongst the five top-rated businesses, Fuse responded first. I explained my situation with their customer service rep at 1:30 today and within two hours Eric showed up and fixed my 10 year-old washing machine. He had the part I needed, but called his boss to confirm it was the very best one for my machine. Eric was thorough, explaining everything as he went. In addition he noticed alot of lint around my dryer and he checked my old hose. It was cracked and the lint was flying out. He supplied a new, better quality hose for a moderate price. Usually when an appliance repair person comes out it's a gamble to see if who you've selected is going to be both knowledgeable and reasonable. Well, I was a winner in both areas! Eric was the best! Compressor was out - it was still under warranty so I only had to pay labor throughout the whole process and Fuse was lower priced than 3 other quotes I obtained.
