They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

The entire system indeed, needed replacement! Capistrano Air came in at an honest quote and it was quite a bit less than a prior company's estimate, yet Capo. Air would be providing us with top-of-the- line equipment! Installation was scheduled and took place in less than a week. Shane and his crew were punctual, immediately set to work on removing the old, large heating system and outdoor unit, and worked tirelessly all day! We were constantly informed of each step - where the routing of tubing within the garage would be placed with attachment to the outside unit, and where its' location had to be, etc.. At completion, the system was tested, along with our Venstar thermostat - all functioned perfectly, and the property was left in impeccable condition! I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Kept me apprised of progress when tech would arrive. Explained everything, gave me hints of how to keep my drains clean. I will use this vendor for all my plumbing and heating needs. I'm glad to know a company like this exists and I appreciate the Yelp reviews that led me to hire them. I second the other recent reviews, all of which give this company 5 stars!!!!! I have to add that it is a blessing not to feel that your plumber enters your home with a high base fee, and is there solely to make money. This company charges a base fee of $89 and applies it to the work done. This is so different from the plumber I formerly used who charged $145 just to put his toe inside my door. This review is for the technician that came out, Sal. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. Explained everything thoroughly about what he was doing and why. While fixing the AC unit, he was extremely thorough and tested everything completely to make sure the job was done correctly. I would even say he went out of his way to make the job was done correctly and up to the highest standards. If I ever need service again, I would definitely want him back. With that being said, the compressor in my AC went out and he said would have to order it. The unit is an off brand so it would take a couple days for the part to be delivered. He texted me everyday with updates and estimated arrival which I really appreciated. I feel the prices were a bit on the high side for the parts, especially for the capacitor which other reviews have also mentioned. If not for Sal, I would've definitely went with another company. read more

Stay away from this plumbing service! Absolutely dismal experience. The technician arrived, barely glanced at the faucet which was leaking, and decided to charge a whopping $1.2K without even touching the faucet. He didn't take anything apart to try to find the root cause of the issue. He Just stood there at the bathroom door and told me that the whole wall with that shower faucet needs to be reworked. Basically this technician did nothing but expecting payments, not to mention the $98 diagnostic fee (yes they charged you $98 diagnostic fee without touching anything) Later my friend referred a technician, who fixed the issue with a total cost of $200 ($160 labor cost + $40 material cost). Avoid this service at all costs. Lack of integrity and Honesty. It's clear they're out to swindle customers by inflating issues and overcharging. Save your money and find a more honest and competent plumber elsewhere read more

We encountered a pipe leak in our condo recently, which not only affected our unit, but our neighbor's, as well. After an inspection with another company that was sent out by the HOA, we opted to call Just Right to actually service the pipe leak. And, we were so glad we did! We've used their services for HVAC before, and knew they would do just as good of a job for our plumbing needs. Drew and his team quickly and properly attended to our plumbing issues, and even helped us solve a pressure issue we've had for 15+ years that we'd just never bothered to inspect and/or fix. It wasn't a walk in the park for them, but they were resilient in investigating, problem solving and fixing all of our plumbing issues. Our air conditioning system went out a few months ago. After getting this several quotes for a new installation, we were shocked by the prices that we were quoted. That was until Just Right Services paid us a visit. We now have the most amazing air conditioning system ever. On the day of installation Daniel showed up and prepared everything for the crew of three. They were done in five hours and cleaned up after themselves. They moved furniture around and were the nicest crew I could've ever wanted. The following day I was having trouble with the thermostat and called Mitchell who had been to our house before and he walked me through how to work the thermostat. He even volunteered to come by in the future and help me put in a new filter and move the furniture to get to it. I could not be happier with this air conditioning service. read more

The staff, James on the phone is courteous, detail oriented and asked all the needed questions to prepare for the air conditioning service appointment we need. The appointment was made within few minutes and a confirmation text message arrived before I hang up the phone. On the appointment day, the technician Leo, arrived on time, and explain the service procedures thoroughly, he not only solved the capacitor problem we have and also provide possible maintenance awareness we need to pay attention for, in order to keep the unit working smoothly without unnecessary breakdowns. I called Just Right Services and Drew answered the phone. He is very detailed and customer-focused beyond belief, and even called other locations to find the exact match of my current thermostat. We found out that this particular thermostat was discontinued. So, I purchased one on Amazon. But I couldn't set it up correctly, I called again Drew. He once again proved that customers are his priority. Nick was dispatched and diagnosed, and the heater is working in just a few minutes. I can't say enough good things about Just Right Services and specifically Robert. I had toilets that were fairly new installed by my bathroom remodeler that had been rocking. I had Robert come out to fix them. When he moved the upstairs toilet he noticed that my prior contractor had done such a shoddy job and something that put my property at risk. Robert was as upset with that contractor as if it was his own home. He bought the part we needed to repair it and spent hours making sure it was perfect. Just Right also came out a few weeks before to fix an AC overflow valve that was backed up and the service was great. Robert showed up on time and advised what it would cost to diagnose my AC issue. Seemed reasonable (less than $90) and within 10 mins he advised my thermostat was bad. Since I had installed the suspect thermostat 10 yrs ago, I decided to replace myself. Had Robert add Freon to unit and it is running like new. He is professional in his demeanor and suggested ideas I never considered to keep my AC unit working properly. Just Right Services was highly recommended by my son. I had a water heater that rusted out and was leaking. They sent a great service tech who was very prompt. He explained everything well and was able to switch out the old one and install a new one right away. I had one issue after with water sediment in my kitchen faucet and he came back later that afternoon to fix it for me. He was super polite, curteous and meticulous. Called in for a diagnostic on our AC unit. That same day, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. I called the office and requested to have both issues looked at. Turns out the original technician did not have plumbing experience. James, who took my phone call, worked eagerly to switch schedules around to accommodate my request. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Just Right Services in fixing my home HVAC problem. They responded right away and Nicholas (Nick), the technician did a great job troubleshooting the problem and explained clearly the issues and solution. At the same time he was able to go out and get the correct replacement blower motor and repaired a refrigerant leak in the compressor. Drew was amazing. Being handy myself this is the first time I have ever had to use a service man and after today's experience I am so glad we found Just Right Services. His communication regarding the appointment time and the required service was clear. He ran a new wire between the forced air unit and the AC condenser which shorted out. Another great experience. I had Drew of Just Right Services inspect and maintain three of my units in my house. Very efficient and thorough as usual. He made some great recommendations going forward of how to improve comfort while reducing our electric bill. They scheduled a visit as quickly as possible. Next day. Zach arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the situation, found a wire that was compromised, and changed it out. Has the service up and running again in 2 hrs. Suggested an upgrade for the system that will hopefully get us 3-5 more years out of this old system. Great service, and excellent work! read more

From the jump, Walt was able to inspect and pin point any potential issues and was ultimately able to diagnose the problem and provide his honest recommendations. We decided to go with a whole house repipe due to the number of valves we needed replaced and the age of the current pipes. Walt was able to provide a fair estimate and I decided to roll with AllClear that same afternoon and booked the appointment for the following week. The following Monday, Solomon and Danny showed up to do the repipe. After a walkthrough and providing me with the game plan, Solomon and Danny got to work. We were given an estimate of 3-4 days, but after powering through a ~12 hour day, they were able to complete it in 1! As a licensed C-20 contractor, I fully understand that companies need to cover labor, overhead, and operating costs, but the total price presented was far beyond what I believe is reasonable for this type of repair. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of a clear and detailed explanation for the charges. Customers deserve transparency when they are being asked to pay several hundred dollars for a repair involving an inexpensive part. The pricing felt excessive, and the value provided did not justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to obtain multiple estimates and request a complete breakdown of charges before authorizing any work.
