When we bought our new house, we were told that the icemaker in the Samsung refrigerator that came with the house didn't work and that the owner had tried to fix it a couple of times with no luck. Rather than drop a bunch of money on a new fridge or a separate icemaker, I figured it was worth a shot to see if I could find someone to fix it. I put out a request for quote and Fuse was one of the first to get back to me, and the only one to mention what the issue could be, so we set up an appointment. Andrey came out the next morning and went to work immediately trying to figure out what it was. I was impressed at how thoroughly he went through every single potential issue and how he kept me updated throughout the process. When it wasn't anything obvious, he did some further research on his phone first, then started checking the wiring in the back of the fridge and finally the door. It was at that point that he found the culprit: a broken wire that wasn't allowing the icemaker to dispense. He initially said we would need a new door but, after not seeing any available, he thought further and figured out a workaround that allowed the icemaker to work. The cost for the fix was lower than I had anticipated and we once again have ice! I'm pretty sure most repair techs would have given up, but Andrey thought outside of the box and solved our issue. I will definitely call Fuse again if I have another appliance issue! read more

Came over to fix the broken ice machine in fridge. Ice machine was fixed and working perfectly now

Eric from Fuse came out and repaired my LG refrigerator. Compressor was out - it was still under warranty so I only had to pay labor throughout the whole process and Fuse was lower priced than 3 other quotes I obtained. We realized the fridge wasn't cooling on a Friday morning, Eric diagnosed it on Friday afternoon, and installed the new compressor by noon Saturday. So we were without a fridge for a mere 36 hours...not bad at all!!!!! Thank you Eric and thank you Fuse...we will use you again for any and all appliance repair. read more

I have an antique furnace (from 1989) and was having issue with the gas feed. Andrey came out and checked it and left to find the part. He inquired at five different web locations settling on a local store with a close-but-not-matching part. He was able to make it work with extra fittings and now I don't have to wear a knitted cap in the house. Very determined, very resourceful person. Highly recommended. read more

Great communication, knowledge, and help! We had Eric service our dripping frig. So capable and professional. He diagnosed it on the first visit, ordered the part, and returned a week later to fix. He also asked if any other appliances were having issues and totally checked out our washer...twice! While the washer is yet to be resolved, he left with advice and the reminder to contact him should we not have resolution. Highly recommend! read more

Contacted Fuse in December about my Samsung oven not working correctly (but still working) and they responded quickly. I decided at the time not to get the service done because Covid numbers were high. Last week my oven stopped working at all. I contacted Fuse and they responded within minutes. I ask for an appointment for tomorrow, but they said they could come today if needed...twenty minutes later, Allan was here. With Mask, gloves, and booties on he got right to work to diagnose the problem. Due to my oven warranty coverage, they will have to do the work another day. Thank you Fuse for making my family feel safe with your employee in my house. read more

Our air conditioner failed on Friday evening. Fuse responded within a few minutes of messaging and Allan was able to come out first thing on Saturday morning. Although it was bad news for my 40 year old air conditioner, I felt like Allan knew what he was doing and was fair and honest about what my options were. read more

Fuse was terrific! We talked to Dean about a problem we had with our air conditioning in 2 different houses. Dean sent a repair man out within 2 hours. Alan showed up and was very professional, knowledgeable, and took care of both of our problems in less than an hour. We will definitely recommend Fuse to anyone that has a air conditioner problem. read more

Awesome service. Super quick to respond and set up an appt. Eric came by and found the issue with our ice maker in a few minutes. He gave us a quote w/ Yelp discount and we scheduled another app for the repair to solder the wiring. I ended up having to reschedule and Eric was super friendly and understanding. 10/10 read more

Max was responsive, helpful and on time, did a great and quick job definitely would recommend his services.

First one able to come out to fix our AC. They came out the day after Labor Day. Allan quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were able to work with me with regards to reasonable pricing during the heat wave. Thank you. read more

Super service. These guys went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our aging wall heater. They showed up when promised and did a great job. Hats off to Eric for going above and beyond the call. read more

Fast response time and was able to come out same day. Very quickly identified the exact problem and immediately had our a/c back up and running again. Fairly price. Thank you! read more

Eric from Fuse Appliance repair was the third refrigerator repairman who came out within one week, to look at our kitchen aid built-in. Eric was the only one of the three techs that actually took out a tool and worked to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. He took care in my concerns and answered all my questions. He worked to get a replacement part and revisited the next day with the replacement part and when he determined the refrigerator needed the OEM inverter board, he got it in order immediately and then revisited my home the day it came in. Eric and Fuse's responsiveness, communication and follow up have been excellent. Thank you Fuse, and Eric, for your help!!! read more

Our air conditioner went out yesterday, the day before Labor Day when it was over 96 degrees. Fuse HVAC was the only company that said they could come out on Labor Day to service it. Allan arrived on time and had the part needed to fix it immediately! We were so grateful to have the air conditioner working again as it was 87 degrees inside the house last night and 85 today. Many thanks to Fuse HVAC! read more

Allan came out to our home to give a second opinion through our home warranty. The previous company that came out was not nearly as knowledgeable about our dishwasher issue as Allen. He was on time, thorough, and honest. He diagnosed the problem and sent a report to our warranty company immediately. I will ask for Allan by name next time we need any assistance! read more

I called Fuse when my AC suddenly stopped running. Dean was super helpful and sent someone out same day. Allan was professional and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend Fuse to family, friend's and anyone searching on Yelp. Thank you so much Fuse! read more

Eric is the best. He diagnosed our old leaky fridge and repaired it quickly. Fuse was also available for follow up questions, in that they had Eric reach out to lend his expertise. Great customer service, respectful to your home and appliances, as well as COVID safety measures. read more

They responded immediately and was able to send a technician out the next day on a Saturday. Allen was professional and delivered a great service on our dryer (it turned out it needed a bit of maintenance work, not to be fixed). The price of the service is a bit pricey though. read more

Allan was fantastic! Quick! He was able to tell us what was broken with our washing machine within few minutes. Allan communicated with us throughout the time of part ordering to provide timeline and expectations . He was prompt to come back and fix our washing machine as soon as parts arrived, same day. We are extremely happy and would recommend Allan! Our washing machine works perfect now. read more

Allan repaired my dishwasher and ice maker. Everyone I spoke to is friendly, communicative, and reliable.

Fast and reliable service from Allan. He was very knowledgeable and only did the required replacement parts instead of changing the entire unit. Highly recommend Fuse HVAC for any HVAC repairs. read more

Quick and quality service, a happy customer! Andrey was professional and knowledgeable, thanks so much!

Great job by the team at Fuse! Super easy to work with and very reliable. Had a issue with wiring on a nest unit. Fuse was able to fix and checked my AC and Furnace. Even changed out the filter for free. read more

Great service by Allan. Precise and reliable. He fixed everything very quickly and even cleaned the dryer. Sarah from customer service really responsive! Great read more

Alan arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I was skeptical at first when I saw HVAC in the company name thinking they couldn't service high end appliances (Wolf and Viking). I'm so glad I took a chance and called them. Very fairly priced compared to others. Fuse is now my appliance repair company from here on out! Thank you Alan! read more

I've used Fuse before for two separate refrigerator issues; this time I reached out for assistance with an old HVAC. They were quick to reach out and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Alan and Eric were both very knowledgeable, and were truly looking out me. The current unit has too much power for the space it's in, so they recommended a replacement of a smaller unit, even though they could've easily recommended the same size unit (and charge more). This type of professionalism is to be commended. Fuse is my go-to, I highly recommend them! read more

Very satisfied. Fuse responded to my request for a quote right away with a real person not just an automated text. They came out the next day and fixed the icemaker in our LG fridge. Andrey was very professional and figured out the problem quickly. He followed up with a call the next day to make sure everything was still good. We will definitely use Fuse again for any other appliance repairs. read more

Allan showed up on time... he explained everything in details , and able to diagnose the root cause and fix it with less than half , thanks Allan read more

Andre and Eric arrived on time and in full gear! Face mask, full body coverall, booties and gloves. They diagnosed the issue with my subzero refrigerator (the temperature was high and not decreasing), patiently answered al my questions and fixed it! Now it is a 20 year old subzero and who knows how much more life it has left. However for now the fridge is working properly. They have given us a peace of mind, which is extra precious during this pandemic. Thank you so much! We will definitely reach out to you guys for other appliance repair needs. read more

Beyond excellent. Technically they could not come out until the next day but I had stocked my freezer full of food due to the current lockdown and they came out within hours of my call and fixed the problem. Aside from the ice cream, the food was saved and I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator. Plus, I was on a conference call when Andrey arrived and he waited patiently until I was done to start the work. Could not recommend this company more. He arrived in a mask and gloves, as well, and was careful to not touch any food. From my call to the work being completed was less than 3 hours. They took excellent care of me from start to finish! read more

Our washer was leaking and fuse was the second company we contacted for a quote. They came out the next day and quoted the same as the other company had not knowing we had received a prior quote. After determining to use Fuse, the repair job was scheduled in the next couple of days due to waiting for parts. It was a labor intensive job and Eric handled it great. He was on time, professional, worked super hard. After getting in there, he saw that he could repair a part instead of fully replacing it saving us 200.00 dollars. Eric and Fuse were completely ethical, honest, speedy and very easy to do business with. Highly recommend! read more

Very happy with Fuse and Eric. He came fast for my older refrigerator and was super helpful and informative. Definitely would use again.

My fridge was broken since November and my home warranty company sent out a different contractor at first that misdiagnosed the issue. Once Andrey came out in January, he correctly diagnosed the issue and tried to fix the fridge during the first visit. When he couldn't due to extra parts needed, he was quick to work with my warranty company to get the approvals to order the parts. He was able to quickly repair the fridge and even followed up the next couple days to make sure it was working properly. He was very patient in answering my questions and explaining what the issue was. He made the process very easy and did a great job, I would highly recommend. read more

Good service and details are explained! Allan arrived on time and checked multiple places to identify the issue, though $418 to replace the capacitor and contactator is a bit pricy. read more

Great Service. Quick response & I will call them next time I need repairs. Eric is the best technician!!!

I have a built-in Thermador refrigerator that retails for about $9k. We have a home warranty. All of a sudden, it stopped cooling. After having 4 different companies and six different technicians, none of them were able to fix it. That's when FUSE HVAC and Allen showed up. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, continuously communicate with me, and fix the fridge. He spent at least 2 hours taking everything apart, testing everything, replacing the right parts, and now it works like new. I was practically about to give up on this unit, until he came and fixed it. Four other companies could not figure it out. Allen from FUSE got it done. Friendly, experienced, honest, and professional. A+ all the way and I highly recommend them for your repairs. read more
