Contacted Fuse in December about my Samsung oven not working correctly (but still working) and they responded quickly. I decided at the time not to get the service done because Covid numbers were high. Last week my oven stopped working at all. I contacted Fuse and they responded within minutes. I ask for an appointment for tomorrow, but they said they could come today if needed...twenty minutes later, Allan was here. Eric was the only one of the three techs that actually took out a tool and worked to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. He took care in my concerns and answered all my questions. He worked to get a replacement part and revisited the next day with the replacement part and when he determined the refrigerator needed the OEM inverter board, he got it in order immediately and then revisited my home the day it came in. Technically they could not come out until the next day but I had stocked my freezer full of food due to the current lockdown and they came out within hours of my call and fixed the problem. Aside from the ice cream, the food was saved and I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator. Our washer was leaking and fuse was the second company we contacted for a quote. They came out the next day and quoted the same as the other company had not knowing we had received a prior quote. My fridge was broken since November and my home warranty company sent out a different contractor at first that misdiagnosed the issue. Once Andrey came out in January, he correctly diagnosed the issue and tried to fix the fridge during the first visit. When he couldn't due to extra parts needed, he was quick to work with my warranty company to get the approvals to order the parts. I have a built-in Thermador refrigerator that retails for about $9k. We have a home warranty. All of a sudden, it stopped cooling.
