Once again, I've used this company multiple times to clean my stairs. He's always very prompt. Respectful of the property and does a quick job. Spot clean and freshener. Pointed out some fading in the carpet, which was appreciated. I always use this as a refresh, especially after the holidays and Pet sitting. I highly recommend. Reasonably priced which I appreciate in and out in probably less than 30 minutes. Usually leaves booties to protect the shoes. Dries quick too. read more

I wouldn't give Eddie ANY Stars! The first time he had an appointment with me he canceled because he didn't feel well. The second time: he hurt his back and sent someone else. They did a terrible job,...it took 10minutes to power wash my patio. He charged me $50 more than the first time AND it was terrible. I found someone else and will be using them in the future.(I had to add a star to get this posted) read more

I had a scheduled appointment, they did not show up because driver had got into an accident. I was not followed up properly on next steps to take, driver did not communicate with me and was unprofessional with response. I wished they could have offered me a new appointment or discount. This experience was an inconvenience. read more

I originally used a company that I thought was a household name to come clean my two-story home. I will not disclose that name, but I have left them a review. Thanks to my wife. We've got four cats, and I really was hoping the company I hired would at least fix the problem based off of their pricing. It was very high, so I figured I was getting when I paid for. We went on vacation. Over the weekend, we came back after is hopes to a clean home, stain & Cat P Free. The stains & scent, 95% resurfaced!!! I found Greenside and saw all of their positive reviews, knowing I was going to pay double I had to make the right decision. Eddie and his crew came out and did an amazing efficient job. All products were health conscious. In this day and age to me, that is very important. I didn't realize They specialize in air ducts and Tile restoration. They ended up making the whole house brand new as if it was ready to put on the market. If you're looking for an actual job done right, your house needs a major makeover, and or looking to put your house on the market. These are the guys to go with, hands down. All I wanted was someone that actually cares and has passion for what they do. The cat smell is gone, and they saved me from purchasing all new carpet!!! thank you Greenside!!! read more

Like others.m, I've used them as a repeat customer for different things. Started with carpet steam cleaning, then did tile grout cleaning, then dryer vent cleaning. All were professionally done. He was very communicative, on time, and professional during each service. The only thing was that the prospect of having to get these services every couple of years steered me away from having tile and carpeted floors at all. So we went with vinyl flooring. But for our rentals, which have these materials, we will continue to work with Greenside as their rates are very competitive. Thanks!! read more

Great company! Great work! I requested couch cleaning from a different company and they did a horrible job at getting rid of dog urine smell. Eddie and his company came a few days later and saved my couches. Bye bye pee smell! I was very impressed with their professionalism and how well they work. Highly recommend them. Great great work! read more

Best of the best service. Fast and reliable. Greatly appreciated of how nice my carpet looked, brand new and fresh . Highly recommend

I have been utilizing them for residence and all our rental properties as well. Eddie is who we always go with and he does a fantastic job!! Myself and wife has always had good experience with them. They are reliable, efficient and not to mention very trustworthy as well. We had one of our houses cleaned inside out for the carpet and we didn't even have to be there. Eddie is very good at following instructions and making sure to keep you looped in and updated. Highly recommend utilizing Eddie on your next project. read more

* Eddie cleaned our carpets and was very professional and did an excellent job, I would highly recommend him.

We had an unfortunate red wine incident that left our couch looking tie-dye. Eddie came to the house and did a full treatment to the entire couch and our outdoor patio furniture. He was thorough, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the treatments and their effectiveness. Two weeks later we had another unfortunate incident on the same couch and Eddie came back to the rescue. Once again he did a Grade-A job and to my surprise he let it go under their 30-Day Guarantee. Wow! These guys are rockstars, highly recommend, they have a customer for life. read more

These guys are great. We looked forever for a couch cleaner that didn't cost half the cost of the couch. We found them and they come every other month, for such a fair price! Highly recommend them to anyone!! read more

Eddie came in and cleaned our couch. Was on time, quick and did a great job! Solid pricing on a very large L couch too.

Wow what a great company! I cant say enough positive things about this company. Eddie came out to help clean our couches. One of friends was over with their dogs and one of them peed on the couch. The smell was too strong for everyday cleaning supplies. Eddie came out and not only do the couches smell better, they look better than ever! What a great experience! I highly recommend Eddie and this company. read more

Used them for first time yesterday for carpet, stairs, and furniture. The technician Eddie was prompt, courteous, and very professional, giving good advice and referrals for other needed work. Our neighbor was also impressed, and will be using them soon as well. read more

Greenside came and did my 2700 sqft 95% carpet rental move out. They were very professional, thorough, fast and very reasonable in price. I was very impressed by the whole company and service. Eddie did a good job of explaining it all to me when he was done. Highly recommended company. read more

I was extremely impressed with how well the carpets looked and smelled. My entire house smells so fresh and clean from the two areas Eddie and Frank cleaned. I'm already contemplating having them come back to do the rest of my house-but I'm about to have a baby so I might have to wait until after his arrival. I have already recommended them to family, friends and neighbors. Excellent work, no hidden fees or upcharges for "larger than standard rooms" like some other companies. They will be getting my business again FOR SURE! UPDATE: I had them come back out to do my upstairs and I am SO pleased with their punctuality and their work! Their prices are awesome and I've already scheduled them to come back and clean and seal my tile and clean my sectional couch! I've been raving about them so when my neighbor saw their van, she asked about their prices and she's having them come out also! I CANNOT sing enough praises for Eddie and Frank at Greenside!!! read more

I called Greenside because of an ad in the paper. I needed my tile and grout cleaned. Eddie came and demonstrated his method of cleaning. Super polite and accommodating. So thankful Eddie was able to come for an emergency carpet cleaning. A stain that I thought would never lift was gone as if it was never there, the room was left clean and fresh. He was on time, friendly and fast. I would be happy to refer them to anyone I know. read more

I called five different companies and chose Greenside for a few reasons: 1) they quoted a price and said no hidden fees; 2) price was very reasonable and 3) they said they'd come at my preferred time and gave me a two hour window (but then said They'd do everything they could to come at my preferred time)... as opposed to Stanley steamer who would only give me a six hour Window, was kind of rude and I didn't trust their price... oh and I was scheduling my appointment 6 weeks in advance... On the day of service, Eddie and Robert showed up exactly on time (my preferred time). They were professional, did their jobs well, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want... they did their job well, in a reasonable amount of time and didn't make any mess. They were awesome This company knows how to run a business geared toward customer service - I HIGHLY recommend Them!!!! read more

Amazing!!! Carpets look new again!! I have Eddie come regularly to maintain how good it looks! I have a one bedroom apartment with two dogs so you can only imagine the mess they make! I've been using Greenside for a few months now and I love them! He makes it look like I have no dogs! Eddie isn't pushy about upselling... I called a competitor and they told me I needed all this extra stuff when I had just moved into my apartment. Eddie was honest and gave me exactly what I expected and more! I highly recommend Greenside to all my friends and neighbors! read more

This company is first and foremost the best cleaning service in the area. I called them to clean my 7 piece microfiber sectional couch, my area rug and the crappy carpet they install when you rent an apartment and pay outrageous rent. The reason why I had them clean the carpet was because I must have tracked grease from my work boots onto my area rug and the carpet and we all know that the apartment companies will find any reason to keep your deposit. Greenside was prompt, very courteous and professional. Will recommend to friends and family and will use them again. read more

Eddie and his partner John came all the way out to Temecula to clean my carpets. I was referred to them by my friend Mareli and she raved about their service. They showed up on time did a quick walk thru and started by making sure all wall corners and furniture were protected. It was refreshing to see that there was absolutely no up-sell and the price I was quoted stood. They got out all the dirt and did a wonderful job getting all the spots off my 18 year old carpet which now looks new again! Thanks Eddie and John! read more

Amazing! I have had cleaners before and this company is wonderful. On time, friendly, professionally dressed. Price was more than fair and Eddie really gave me my money's worth. I am going to have them come back and do my hardwood floors. if anyone needs carpet cleaning, sofa cleaned, this company is who you should pick. Sincerest thank you! Maria W.-Lake Forest read more

I initially was referred to Greenside Clean via Thumbtack to clean my mattress and I am very pleased with the company, Eddie and quality of the work. Eddie was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up having him clean some carpets while he was in my home since I was so pleased with his work. I had previously called a company to clean my mattress and as soon as they arrived I had a bad feeling. Not only did he try to up sell me and double the original price quoted the person that arrived was unprofessional. Greenside sent me a quote prior to arrival and that is the amount of money that was charged. I chose to add additional services that were charged at a fair price. I will be recommending Greenside to all friends, family and neighbors!!! read more

I am so glad I found Greenside Clean on Thumbtack. They were extremely professional and also highly effective! I've had my rugs cleaned professionally many times but was never 100% satisfied. I thought they were as clean as they could get them. But I was wrong. Eddie and Frank did a beautiful job. I'm so excited to get them back and do my leather couch. They were punctual, polite and very affordable. I have no hesitation in recommending them for carpet cleaning! read more

I had a great experience this morning with "Eddie" from Greenside. He was on-time, courteous, bright-eyed, affable, articulate and very, very knowledgeable and experienced in giving you the best carpet care possible. Eddie brought in the best cleaning equipment you could want with a powerful, truck mounted hot water/extraction machine, and he very meticulously went through the house and did an absolutely wonderful job.......and for a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to get Greenside's professional "certified" expertise, and I highly recommend that you request Eddie to come visit your home. There's no "BS" with this carpet cleaning outfit, that's for sure!! read more
