This company is so amazing. We had stains that we thought would never come out, then when John was finished they were gone! I don't know how he did it or what he used but he's a magician when it comes to getting out stains! No but seriously amazing work and really fast. We have used a lot of carpet cleaners in the past and all they ever seem to do is get the stains to seep deeper into the carpet just waiting to resurface, which they always do. Also most carpet cleaners leave the floor so soaking wet you can't even go back into your house for hours. After he was done we could just walk right back in no problem. Apparently, a guy claiming to be an employee of John's Carpet & Upholstery Care came to my house to clean my sofa. This guy flooded my wood floor instantly. Within ten minutes, I threw him out before he can do anymore damage. My husband and I spent time drying the floor. Anyway, I got a call from John today , saying he's the owner of the company and that he does the work himself and does not hire employee. It looks like someone has either had access to John's phone and took the opportunity to snag a client. Apparently, I did not hire the legitimate John for the service. Zero respect for customers' time. Spoke to Richard to set up an appointment for a Monday. Texted with info as requested then never heard back to confirm. Re-texted him Monday morning and he asked me to re-send the info and that they would be there that afternoon. Got a call an hour before the appointment that they couldn't make it and rescheduled for Wednesday. Waited around ALL day, cleared the spaces, and NOTHING. Finally reached him after calling numerous times and he promised I'd be the first appointment the next day. Waited around, had neighbors move cars, and NOTHING. NO SHOW. They don't answer calls or reply to texts once you're "on the books". Will never try and use again. I think any good reviews must be from friends to try and revive a bad business. read more
