John did a fantastic job removing the stain caused by a red wine incident. He spent nearly four hours on his hands and knees using techniques that I didn't know existed. I highly recommend him. read more

Got my couch and rugs cleaned. Very thorough and excellent job getting a lot of old grime off. Highly recommend

I forgot how great my house looks when it's THIS clean! Honestly, I haven't seen my showers, tile, and carpets this clean since they were brand new. We COULD NOT be happier! If you're needing to get that type of clean that you just can't quite get by yourself, Stain Stalkers needs to be your next call. And for the money, it's worth it to have every room refreshed like this. read more

Very happy to have found John. He was professional, communicative, thorough, fairly priced and able to fit us in to his schedule on short notice. He cleaned 3 bedroom carpets, 3 area rugs and 2 tile showers/bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. We will definitely be using him again in the future. read more

John was absolutely awesome! We had a white couch that had been through the wringer with 3 little kids spilling non stop on it and in under 2 hours he had it looking brand new! There were stains that I did not think had a chance of coming out but he worked his magic! He was punctual, extremely customer service oriented and I will definitely be using him again! You can't go wrong if you call John for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs! Great service and great value! read more

We recently had our carpets cleaned and John did an amazing job! it was super easy to book online, and the carpets came out looking fantastic and were dry in no time. The previous company we used (major franchise) left them very wet and Johns equipment was so much better and stronger. I was very impressed. He did his best to get rid of a few stubborn pet stains too. He is very knowledgeable and professional! Definitely recommend. read more

After reading Debra F glowing review I decided to give John's Carpet cleaning a try. They certainly lived up to the endorsement. Joe was a punctual courteous young man and most importantly he did a great job. There was a blackened traffic pattern that seemed impossible to lift up. The last company that I used did not succeed. I was very happy with the results after Joe was finished cleaning my carpets. I will definitely use them again. read more

Awesome guys, came out and cleaned stains out of the carpet that Stanley steamers couldn't do for years. They came and charged a competitive price for more than quality work. Don't even think about it, i went with my gut and I was right, these guys are better than their competition!! If you can even call the other guys competition. I know who I'm calling every time I need the carpets cleaned. read more

John did an amazing job cleaning my couches. John has been cleaning my carpets and furniture for years. He recently moved back to CA and started Stain Stalkers Carpet & Tile. As soon as I heard he was back in town I booked him right away. He drove all the way to Costa Mesa from Oceanside for me and kept me updated on his arrival time based on traffic. Your furniture and carpet will be almost completely dry by the time John leaves as he spends a ton of time on water extraction. John is professional and friendly, you won't regret booking his services. read more

This company is so amazing. We had stains that we thought would never come out, then when John was finished they were gone! I don't know how he did it or what he used but he's a magician when it comes to getting out stains! No but seriously amazing work and really fast. We have used a lot of carpet cleaners in the past and all they ever seem to do is get the stains to seep deeper into the carpet just waiting to resurface, which they always do. Also most carpet cleaners leave the floor so soaking wet you can't even go back into your house for hours. After he was done we could just walk right back in no problem. In other words I would highly recommend this company for all your floor cleaning needs. They are amazingly fast and outstandingly efficient. read more

Apparently, a guy claiming to be an employee of John's Carpet & Upholstery Care came to my house to clean my sofa. This guy flooded my wood floor instantly. Within ten minutes, I threw him out before he can do anymore damage. My husband and I spent time drying the floor. Anyway, I got a call from John today , saying he's the owner of the company and that he does the work himself and does not hire employee. It looks like someone has either had access to John's phone and took the opportunity to snag a client. Apparently, I did not hire the legitimate John for the service. It looks like we were both damaged by this impostor. As such, I take back the bad review I gave John's Carpet & Upholstery Care. I will consider hiring him next time I need work done. read more

John and his team did an awesome job. I called John because he was local to SC and like to support locals! I spoke with him a week before he came and was very easy to work with and very attentive. We booked a day and time and even got a text to verify the appointment. On the day of the cleaning, I got another text that he was on his way.. The cleaning he and his team did are exactly what was needed, they did not try to over sell me or try to push me on doing more..just asked politely. (Not like other companies - who bait and switch) Overall he and his team did a great job cleaning my furniture and left the place better than they found it and gave me great instructions on how long to let the place air out and dry. Very Satisified!! read more

John and team were professional, thorough and great to work with! They were helpful in prepping the areas and careful not to let the hoses damage any of the corners in our home. They were also on time and stuck perfectly to their quoted price. A+ work and would highly recommend John's Carpet & Upholstery to my friends and family read more

This company came highly recommended on reviews and after talking with several companies, their prices were middle of the road. Sounded good. Joe showed up right on time and was very very nice. He worked hard on the areas I needed help with. These were tough stains. This company wants to make sure their customers are happy. They can back and did a touch up on the tougher areas. Again right on time and could not have been nicer. I'd definitely call them again. Thank you John and Joe! read more

We have a new rescue dog that enjoys marking our carpet on a regular basis. As you can imagine this is quite frustrating for us. There's nothing worse than a carpet that doesn't smell fresh. I called John and he was able to get to us the very next day. He and his guy came in, on time, and did what needed to be done. I don't know what he used but the smell is gone and we are happy! Thanks John for your service and professionalism! read more

John was incredible to work with. I called on Monday afternoon, he gave me a quote right on the phone, and then said he had a cancelation the very next morning and could come by. He was there on time, cleaned everything to perfection (even did some extra stuff on our area rug) and was out in record time. What a great service and easy to work with guy. Stop looking around and just go with John! What a great guy, does exceptional work. John, and his right hand man Ricky, cleaned our white linen couch, two shag area rugs and a wool Persian Rug perfectly. We've had quality issues with cleaners in the past and chose John based on his Yelp ratings. We won't use anyone but him in the future! read more

John did an excellent job and used really high end equipment. They took every precaution in setting up their equipment. They even put corner guards on all walls so the vacuum and water tubes didn't run on anything. We had some stains that we weren't sure would come out but they did They guarantee their work and I will be using them again every year. Thank you much for the great service guys! read more

Super professional team! I will hire them again for future jobs. They were extremely careful to not scratch the walls or damage anything. Our carpet was very dirty and they left it looking great. Zero respect for customers' time. Spoke to Richard to set up an appointment for a Monday. Texted with info as requested then never heard back to confirm. Re-texted him Monday morning and he asked me to re-send the info and that they would be there that afternoon. Got a call an hour before the appointment that they couldn't make it and rescheduled for Wednesday. Waited around ALL day, cleared the spaces, and NOTHING. Finally reached him after calling numerous times and he promised I'd be the first appointment the next day. Waited around, had neighbors move cars, and NOTHING. NO SHOW. They don't answer calls or reply to texts once you're "on the books". Will never try and use again. I think any good reviews must be from friends to try and revive a bad business. read more

John and his crew did an outstanding job on our bathroom floor tiles and our granite kitchen countertops! Looks even better than when we first moved in more than 15 years ago! They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up, swept floors, etc., when they departed. I would not hesitate to use them again! They accommodated our schedule so I wouldn't need to take time off from work, which was much appreciated. If you hire him, you won't be disappointed! read more
