Today we had 2 of Leo's Sons come to clean our windows inside & out on our two story home. Leo and his Son's had cleaned several of my neighbors homes windows and they were very happy with their work. Both young men paid attention to detail and did a thorough cleaning and now my windows and screens are sparkling. We are going to have Leo & Son's clean our windows every 6 months. Job well done! Thank you. read more

In three words: Speed. Quality. Value. Longer story: Kevin Zavala and his partner (wish I caught his name) just left our home and it feels 2X brighter than when they arrived. The windows are so crystal clean and clear, they are reflecting every bit of outdoor light. We have French doors and windows so TONS of small panes, and they are uber fast and efficient. They also cleaned a glass pendant chandelier in the foyer that is 20' high and gathers dust -- it sparkles again, just in time for the holidays. Oh, and all this goodness for a competitive price. Highly recommend. read more

I can't recommend Capistrano WIndow Cleaning enough! I've used their services twice now and I'm so impressed. Leo and his crew were on time, fast and the results were fabulous. My windows and screens are now squeaky clean and they finished in only an hour and a half...AND they were less expensive than the other company I used in the past. Highly recommend! read more

We have used Capistrano window cleaning a few times and hired them again today to clean all our windows and screens. The techs all wear booties and go above & beyond in their work. Our windows are crystal clear, like an ice cube. The team goes above and beyond on quality, service and they are so quiet I barely knew they were here. read more

Kevin was responsive and provided us with same-day window cleaning service. They did an excellent job, and they were speedy, too. I would highly recommend them. read more

Overall, the service provided was efficient and their crew did a very good job cleaning the windows. I would have given a 5 star review, except that one of the crew stood on top of our AC unit while cleaning a small bathroom window, instead of utilizing a step ladder. That is not acceptable behavior, as he could have damaged the unit. read more

You cannot go wrong with this company: reasonable prices, fast, responsive and do a great job.

Leo and his team did an excellent job. In fact, I already recommended him to a friend one day after he finished our house. They arrived on time, were diligent, very responsive and worked very hard to earn our trust and our business. They were careful in my house an put down towels to make sure the carpet was protected. And they wore masks ( due to our concern re: Covid 19) as well as shoe coverings. My windows look transparent- and they were really dirty. I told Leo to put me down for our next cleaning next year. read more

Leo has been doing our windows for years in years. I love him he's fairly priced very professional and super kind.

We have been using Leo and his crew for many, many years and we are always so pleased with the results. We have a lot of window, some very high, including skylights and the windows and screens are always sparkling clean. Today I had to look carefully because it looked like a screen was missing, but it was just so clean it didn't stand out! We recommend Leo and his "window cleaning elves" to anyone looking for an honest, clean and quick crew! read more

I've used Leo Zavala's company, Capistrano Window Cleaning, several times and have always been very pleased. Most recently, his two workers cleaned 11 windows and 4 sliding glass doors in a one-story house and did a great job. One window needed special care because the screen was tight and they knew exactly what to do. And they cleaned the tracks too. I notice that the company has a good review on Angie's List as well. Leo's cell number is 949-370-5484. read more

LEO and his crew are very dependable. My friend recommended Leo/Capistrano Window Cleaning years ago. They care about their clients and the quality of their work. I cannot even fathom the veracity behind the one star review because it just doesn't make sense. read more

Very, very disaapointed. He did not finish the job yet promised to come back and complete the reamining 25% of windows. He did not return calls or text messages despite my repeated attempts. I will NEVER use this company again. Leo did me a disservice and deceived me and is obviously not a person to be trusted. read more

This family run business is top notch! I've had my windows cleaned several times. I should do it once a year, but I don't keep up with the maintenence like I should, so the windows are always big job when they come, but sparkling when they leave. Service includes cleaning out the tracks in the windowpanes as they work, and for a small charge they offered to fix my screens that had holes in them. Once they even fixed the screen arm (the edge of the screen was bent, they replace one side for me - did not even know that was possible, thought I had to buy a new screen). It is always worth the price and they are in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. They always clean up after themselves and are cautious with items around the windows, like the shutters and my plants. Just the best service for a great price. read more

Capistrano Window Cleaning is the best! Leo and his crew are always prompt, when they are on the job they are efficient, quiet, polite and thorough. Any furniture that has to be moved is carefully replaced. All windows and screens are cleaned, the tracks, window sills and hardware are also cleaned. If you need additional items such as mirror or glass cabinet doors, or chandeliers polished, they do very well. Capistrano also provides window screen repair and replacement service. I highly recommend this company. read more
