Overall the service was very good. The glass on my windows looks amazing! I would give them 5 stars but this is the only service I've used that did not clean the interior sills well. Other companies have vacuumed and wiped them clean. read more

The guys came out cleaned our windows and when it came to our screen porch with our eeze breeze they didn't clean the windows appropriately. Didn't have a solution they needed. They put the eez breeze back together or so I thought, and everything is non functioning. No wonder they didn't call back to schedule coming back out to come with the right solution to clean the screens. They just dipped. I will never use again and find them to be a shady business and if I find out my screens are bent or ruined I will file a lawsuit against this company. read more

Pinks window services did not do what they said they were going to do. Super overpriced with workers that are not qualified and customers are just a number. They window cleaning tools left streak marks on every other window. One of there workers left trash all over our home inside and outside. Pick up your trash next time pink. read more

The person who came to do my windows said he couldn't do my bedroom windows because I had screens and he didn't have a ladder tall enough reach the 3rd floor of my building. I told him that I previously had my windows done for years (the owner retired) and the service guys never needed a ladder. The screens could be accessed through the window. The guy who showed up didn't do a final check. I discovered one bedroom where you would never know the windows were just cleaned. A few weeks later I noticed more areas that were not checked. Every time I see them, I'm pissed. Their ad on Instagram was great but their service fell very short. I would not recommend them. read more

Do not trust this business. The workers left without reinstalling screens or doing a final walkthrough with me. Hours later, I discovered five windows were not cleaned inside. I called the owner, who promised to send someone back out--no one ever came. The following day, I found even more issues and called again. Instead of taking responsibility, she gave excuses about retraining her staff. Then on 5/20, she called to suggest I hire another company--her words, not mine. That was her solution: hand off the job rather than fix her own mess. In other words, she admitted they don't do quality work. She also asked me not to leave a negative review, saying it would "hurt her small business." Let's be clear: she had no intention of making it right. She dismissed my concerns and pushed the job off. That is not how a legitimate business operates. I will never hire this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. Completely unprofessional. No accountability. Pink's crew did all we had requested and then some! They were hard-working efficient and non-obtrusive, both when working outdoors and indoors. They were careful with our very old windows and let us know when a bit of water had come through one of them from the outside. Very reasonable in price as well. We've hired plenty of window cleaning services through the years mostly through word-of-mouth. In the past, companies did a good job but never consistently - you never knew who was going to show up and each technician had different cleaning standards regardless of representing the same service company. With that said, I was very impressed with Pinks , two technicians showed up , splitting the workload in half. When the job was done , they offered to do a walk-through reviewing the work, and I will say it was consistently great regardless of two different technicians, working the job. Plus , our home's windows vary in condition and age. We own a mid-century modern home there's lots of floor to ceiling glass, more then half of the glass is original ( 60 yrs+ ) though the glass is in great condition for its age, it still shows its age at certain angles and time of day . Regardless of the different condition of glass . The cleaning service was very consistent. With Pink's we received a quick estimate , once we approved the estimate we received two available time-slots, including the very next day and the day after. The guys showed up with pink booties on their shoes, very respectful and attentive to the inside of my home as well as the outside. They carefully moved small outdoor pots that were close to the windows and then placed them back when done. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. read more
