On June 18, they arrived about two hours late and were then not allowed access to my neighborhood. I understand that things happen, but they had already been running behind, and I was charged my credit card on file for a fuel fee even though the situation was not something I caused or could control. They also did not attempt to service my bins. I contacted the company and requested a refund. I was told, "Our team will review the option to apply as a credit or refund and will follow up shortly." I was also told they were backed up. It has now been eight weeks with no follow-up, no refund or credit, and no bin cleaning since May 21. The lack of communication and the continued billing despite inconsistent service were ultimately too frustrating, and I decided to cancel. I shouldn't have to constantly monitor my credit card and service dates to make sure I'm being charged correctly and actually receiving the service I'm paying for.

He is very professional. He came out the next day to measure my property, looked at repairs needed, and provided me with a reasonable quote. He did a fantastic job painting the whole exterior of my house. He pressure washed before painting and used quality paint. He even helped me choose the best color. I was so thankful that Andrew pointed out the rotting wood around my window trim. He took the time to repair the wood before painting the trim. He did a thorough job replacing the new rafter, as the previous one had extensive water damage. The new rafter matches the other rafter tails in alignment, rounded end, and type of wood. Lastly, he replaced some of the roof shingles and restored the back fascia board. I am very satisfied and happy with all of the work Andrew completed on my house. So I reached out to Jamie and inquired if he does this and if he service my area and if he can prepare a report after. After informing him of my needs, his initial quote was between 500-1000. After a few questions and scheduling, his proposal came out as 1,*** plus. I asked about it and he mentioned that he could lower it to 1k and that there's even a free driveway cleanup. I paid the deposit thinking this was the case. So, when the agreed date and time came about, he didn't arrive on the agreed time. I had to reach out to him multiple times to inquire. He mentioned that he will arrive at 10-1030am. Then it became 12. Then he arrived at 1:30pm. Since he didn't arrive on the agreed time, he had to come back the following day to finish the work. He was able to finish 90 % according to him. I was also not around to talk to him before work because of my appointments. I had to send him a long detailed message with pictures of certain things about the roof cleaning. During the first day, i was able to catch him on the back end and I was able to inquire on the situation. He mentioned that there were some broken tiles , loose tiles. I asked if he fixes those stuff, he mentioned he didn't and he could recommend someone. Also, he mentioned the following day that he would arrive around 11 Day 2. It's already 1:30pm and no word still. i reached out and he replied with an eta of 2:10pm. He started around past 2pm. At around 0430 he sent a video of the roof top. At around past 6pm, i checked via camera, and saw that his truck is no longer there and that he left, I reached out to inquire and he mentioned that he is finished and that he is writing his report. This was wednesday. My credit card was automatically charged... amounting to the original price. Which was fine, I just wished he didn't say one thing and not push through with it. ..... The following day, he mentioned that he will send it that night Thursday. I didn't receive it Thursday. Rather it was sent late Friday around past 10pm. Things I liked: The roof was clean based on his pre/ during/ post photo. Proposals/ payment done online via credit card. The report was nicely done and comprehensive. Pricing was fair but i asked and he mentioned something and he didn't push through with it. It's perfectly fine to say no. Things I wished we could have done different: We initially agreed for the service to be done in a day but this was not the case. I would have preferred that I was informed if he wouldn't be able to make it at a certain time just because I have appointments that were rearranged to be able to facilitate his schedule. Maybe, advising a realistic time frame for reports rather than saying one thing and it being another. Maybe saying "i can send it in 3-4 business days". I appreciate the pressure washing of the driveway but, i would have wished they've done this on the last day rather than day 1. After the 2nd day, I had to clean and wash the driveway as well as the sides of the house/side fence, and the eaves/windows as there were dirt stains and grime present. In anycase, I do appreciate his help and his service. I wish him well. Of course your experience might vary.

The Pressure Washing Guys are masters at what they do. Our rooftop and house were filthy. I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.
