We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

Peak Production Energy was the first to respond and among the most competitive for cleaning our 21 solar panels. They had great availability and were easy to schedule with. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They noticed that we had two skylights next to our panels that were pretty dirty. Free of charged they cleaned those for us too! Very kind and knowledgeable group of guys. Left our panels and skylights spotless (pics attached). There were tons of spider webs under our panels which you could see from the ground. Our roof is now web-free! They also sprayed the ground off around where run off may have occurred so we didn't have any debris on the pavement. They offer pressure washing services and window washing too. We always love supporting local businesses! Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend giving them a try!

A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company.
