Honestly I'm surprised I haven't left a review for this company before! I could have sworn I had. I called Aga needing a last minute cleaning a few years ago- I had just been nominated to host either Thanksgiving or Christmas at my house as we learned family was coming into town for the holidays and surprising us- just what everyone needs for the holidays. Aga herself and a team came to my house which is pretty big job 5200sqft. My house was absolutely glowing afterwards. Throughout the years we'd use her service whenever we came up to this house as we were renovating our other one getting it ready to rent. She always made sure she had a team that could come to our home! Now that we're living here full time again we use her service weekly and since we are doing a MASSIVE spring clean/ home organization we're currently using her service 3xs a week. She has Evelyn and Daniel doing this daunting task for us and OMG Evelyn is an absolute power house and works miracles. Daniel will probably be a body builder after having to lift all the heavy tubs for us and move ridiculously heavy furniture to clean under it to get everywhere as clean we possible. Our home is looking absolutely amazing! Her pricing is also ALWAYS fair- after going through like 7-10 different companies and having places like Merry Maids rip us off while doing such a shitty job having found Blue Coast is seriously just such a find. I can't thank Aga and her teams enough for everything they've done for us and Evelyn and Daniel for getting our home put back together after being gone for as long as we were! I'm very disappointed with this company. I had a confirmed appointment to clean my windows this morning. I sent Tom a text yesterday to reconfIrm. When they didn't show up at the appointment time sent another text and then tried to call. No answer. An hour later I called from a different number and Tom picked up immediately. He was obviously avoiding my number and tried to act like he didn't know the worker assigned to my job was a no-show, then became belligerent. He wasted my entire day. I don't know if he is a scammer or just irresponsible and inconsiderate but beware of this company. read more

We requested a deep clean, which took several hours as expected. But when we got home the house had so many things that needed to be fixed. Cobwebs, dirty baseboards, spot stains on the walls, etc. I reached out to share my experience so one of the employees came back for about 20 minutes to fix everything. But of course there were still the spot stains all over the walls that needed to be cleaned (we have toddlers, so they get dirty quick) . As she was about to leave I told her those needed to be cleaned and she said that's not included in the deep clean service... even though their list under deep clean says spot cleaning. My husband and I were so annoyed we just paid them and had someone else come out and finish the work for us. I reached out to the owner and let her know her list under "deep clean" didn't match up with what her employee said or did. I even sent her a video and several pictures. I'm just going through the apartment that we are moving into, which I scheduled the cleaning for and I'm very disappointed. A lot of reviews rave about the quality of the cleaning service. Unfortunately, that's not the case for us. The blinds were not cleaned, the windows on the inside were not wiped, floors were not throughly cleaned, doors were not wiped, a couple of door handles still have a tick layer of dust on them, the top of the kitchen cabinets was appallingly dirty and not touched, same goes for the fireplace, and the overall quality of the cleaning is NOT as great as I initially thought. I knew I would have to clean afterwards, but not like this... The only reason for two stars is that the guy was very nice and that he was alone, so I can understand not having the energy and the eye for detail if he were to come with a partner to clean a two bed one bath condo. Also, it was relatively short notice and I requested the cleaning on Labor Day because we needed to move in. Otherwise it would have been one star. I guess $190 for a mediocre clean that I still have to throughly go through a clean after again is what it is. read more

I don't think I could live sanely if it weren't for Blue Coast Cleaning Services. I have a few young adult sibling that live with me, and we recently downsized our home physically which has made things feel like if anyone leaves a single thing out for even a moment the entire house has lost control!!! I currently use Blue Coast Cleaning for regularly scheduled cleanings, as well as move out cleaning and the landlord I left asked for their information they had done such a great job! I don't know where the great reviews come from. Pay attention to the negative ones as they are completely accurate. Also look how the owner makes excuses on all the negative reviews. How about cleaning the house right the first time. Worst cleaning service I have ever dealt with. Hired them for a move-out cleaning and owner of house told me they did a "sh*t job," so bad that I had to pay for another company to go out and re-clean. Not only did the cleaners come on the wrong day, the quality of work was very poor. I noticed they missed many spots (corners, window sills, bathtubs, under items etc.). Not only that, I had to tell them to reclean things and even go as far as provide them floor cleaning solution because they were using damaging solution to my wood floors. This was considered a deep clean but they left the house not much cleaner than before. The quality was very poor and it took a very long time to clean. They tell you they use an hourly charge rate to "keep costs low", but in reality it is merely a scheme to squeeze every dollar out of the customer. I will definitely not be using them again in the future. Summary: 1. Wrong scheduled timing/unprofessional 2. Very poor quality clean 3. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a service. I knew my request was last minute and was assured they could get it done no problem. I kept checking to see if they were going to come at the scheduled time, it got pushed back twice no problem I'm at work so didn't matter but needed the cleaning service as my home is being listed this weekend to sell. I had scheduled pictures to be taken that night. They didn't text till 5pm letting me know they never could come. I was very upset, however I rescheduled the pictures to be taken Friday. So we rescheduled the cleaning for 12:30 Friday. My contractor was at my home and he let me know she looked overwhelmed and just left. I was told I was going to have two people there as it was messy- I told them that from the beginning that I am a single mom and work 12 hrs a day I do not have time to clean. And I desperately needed the help. I called the "supervisor" Patryk and he never answered, didn't respond to texts or calls. I have never been so disappointed, as I truly just needed the help so desperately. *never received a "polite" text or even a call back. As aga states. Very professional and easy to coordinate with. We've had a couple scheduling issues in the past but they always have a solution if things have to change with late notice. They always leave our home looking great. Feels like a good collaborative small business relationship where they care about all their customers instead of some of the more corporate services I've tried in the past. I cannot give you better advice than to avoid this company. They charge me $80 per hour for 3.5 hours for a "deep" cleaning of kitchen and living room and the job was left unfinished. Unbelievable-the workers had to leave for an home emergency and then returned three hours later for two more hours. The floor was left undone and they left at 3:30pm--a good company would have completed the job correctly and left at 5pm. Lots of marketing fluff-- really low on elbow grease. Buyer beware. For $250 spent I could have had the whole house "deep" cleaned by a reputable company, instead only two rooms and a dirty floor was left. read more

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS BUSINESS! I was told by the owner she knew how to handle post construction clean-up. The owner lied! All she did was ground in drywall dust into a paste because she didn't vacuum properly before adding water to the new hardwood floor with grain and wire brushing. Rather than remedy the issue she caused completely, she pulled her crew out to work on other projects. I am 9 1/2 months pregnant now trying to undo the damage she and her crew have done. And in some areas the damage may be permanent. I get business owners and team members can make a mistake. But it is how they handle the mistake that shows their true character. What should have happened immediately was the own should have remedies the situation herself or hired an experienced crew to do so. Instead, I am stuck trying to figure out how to deal with this mess! People make mistakes. ALL THIS BUSINESS OWNER AND HER EMPLOYEES HAVE PROVEN IS THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY NOT DO THEY REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY HAVR DONE. And that is unacceptable! read more
