I am so pleased with the service I received from this business. The attention to detail was superb. I had a team of two ladies come, Stefania and Margarita, and they listened to my requests very intently as I walked them through the home. Then they immediately got to work as they are on an hourly rate and wasted no time to began detailing the area I asked them to pay close attention to. What surprised me was they were able to fit in cleaning my windows and my cupboard doors which was typically considered an extra service. My home was done in 3.5 hours (it needed some TLC) and it was sparking. And the pleasant smell left behind was a nice touch. No strong chemical smell and no cheap smelling room spray. I'm not sure what they used to leave it smelling so nice but it stayed that was for days after. I can't wait for them to come again! read more

I've been wanting to write a review for this company for a while now, but I haven't had the chance. We are currently in the process of remodeling our home, so we've been renting a house since we have three large dogs, making an apartment rental impractical. When our lease on the first rental ended, the management company had done nothing to address issues in the house during our six-month stay. We then moved to another rental that was further away, which was inconvenient but ultimately worth it. Regardless, we hired Dal Cleaning for a "move-out" cleaning of our first rental. Their service was so exceptional that my husband and I felt like moving back in just because of how clean it was--the management company hadn't cleaned it nearly as well. Now, as we're thankfully moving back into our home after a little over a year, we've asked Dal Cleaning to do a "move-in cleaning" for us due to their excellent service. I booked Dal through the multiple quote feature. First the good: they were quick to provide a fixed, clear quote and outlined the details of their pricing. Love that from any business. They arrived right on time and were very communicative leading up to my appointment. The cleaning was booked to clean my house as a surprise for my s/o. The crew being that they could only start at 2 - only had 90 minutes to clean our house, which was no small feat. The team hit all the major areas and were thorough with most of the cleaning. My only gripe was that all of the glass they cleaned left streaks in multiple rooms in the house, which may have been a result of the time crunch, but resulted in me going back over and cleaning mirrors and windows again. At first I had asked for monthly service and I was fairly happy as the price was low. Once I switched to a biweekly service, I noticed the house was not getting cleaned. And I mean, even the bathtub was not wet after it was claimed as clean. When I pointed out, I was told that they had dried it. How can you dry the curtains? And remove the humid from bathroom in 10 min? This was not the only issue. There was visible dust on my table and not cleaned when I pointed out, they said they will clean it then ignored me.
