The ladies arrived on time. The older lady was very uptight and not friendly. When i tried to tell her what I need cleaned she literally brushed me off like she knows what to do . I requested a move out clean and was very clear with requirements stating focus of the clean is move out wanting cupboards and surfaces and walls cleaned. Was told $180 which was around the price I was quoted by others for a one bedroom ADU. Had three people come they were busy cleaning a fridge that was spotless yet when they said they finished and that they don't clean walls or get stains out or cupboards -I told them I had specifically asked for this and if they couldn't then they should of said the same right at the beginning. Spent the rest of the day getting the stains out. Highly disappointed and felt deceived. Next time would advise get everything via text message that you want done so you have proof that is what they agreed upon. I was quoted $130.00 and then when a man who couldn't speak an ounce of english arrived to clean, he quoted me $250! Nearly double the amount I expected to pay. I told him NO and he left with his cleaning supplies. This is fraud! I waited 2 days for the "cleaners" to arrive. also sending one man into a womans home and not being able to speak english is very very uncomfortable. He was obviously an illegal, with no vetting whatsoever. This was scary. Never again. I couldn't get up and check because of my back surgery, I trusted this was a bonded company with good reviews, probably mostly fake, they left dirty dishes, the microwave was not cleaned, the stove was not cleaned, and I paid extra for that.
