First time booking a cleaning service and I didn't know what to expect. I scheduled Fusion Cleaning 1 week in advance and the morning of my 10am appointment I text to confirm we were still good to go. 40 minutes later I got a response letting me know the crew was on their way for my 10am appointment. I have two crazy cats so we had to put them in their carriers and wait, so I was glad to see they were going to be on time. Well....10am came and went. At 10:30am I called and one answered. It was getting towards the end of my lease in a 5-bedroom house and our landlord was adamant about making my roommates and I hire professional cleaners to get the house in a move-in ready condition if we wanted our hefty security deposit back. We only had about a week before we need to return the keys and it took me a while to go through Yelp to find a reliable company that can get the job done right the first time. After endless hours of reading reviews, looking at the different services and calling multiple companies who cannot give me a definite answer for a last minute appointment, I found Jakob. After speaking to him for about a day, he stopped by the house after one of his appointments in the afternoon to look at the place and give me a quote. His quotes are very reasonable for all the work I needed and he is optimist about getting the house back to move-in condition. The best part... he is willing to work with my last minute requests and start working the day after tomorrow! While other companies complain about how hard it is to mobilize their employees to take on a last minute job, Jakob makes that happen. True to his word, in two days time he arrived on time and ready! So all the tiling in the kitchen, front entryway and hallways needed to be scrubbed and deep cleaned because of how dirty the grout line and tiles gotten over 3 years of living there. After Jakob was done with them, I was shocked to find out how white the tiles could really be. Literally looks like new tiles were placed. While Jakob was focusing on the tiles, his co-workers were working hard on removing mold in the bathtub and shower grout lines. Most companies quoted me an insane amount just for cleaning the showers alone after they saw all the mold and mildew in the bathrooms and a few even said they have to regrout the entire shower. Yet... Jakob's team were able to remove and clean all the showers and tubs to near perfect conditions. In fact, the guy said he specialize in removing mold from grout lines. If it weren't for Jakob and his team, I would either not get my deposit back or I would have spent the entire deposit cleaning the house up to the landlord's liking. Thank you so much Jakob for coming to our rescue last minute and saving me from all the stress and work! If and when I get the chance to need cleaners again in the future (which will probably be soon because they're so amazing and they know their sh*t) I will definitely contact Jakob again. I love fusion cleaning!! They are amazing and work very well together. In my little apartment, just 2 housekeepers took less than an hour to clean, fold clothes, sanitize surfaces perfectly!. They brought their own cleaning materials as vacuum though I had my own materials. Valerie and her one helper were very very efficient. They were in and out of my 1200sq foot apartment in under 45 minutes. Each individual has their own respective area to go to. Asked Anna for a quote on a Saturday and we were scheduled for a cleaning that Tuesday morning! Her rate is fair and she was very thorough and thoughtful in my home! I asked her for a deep cleaning and she did not fail to deliver! She cleaned parts of my place that weren't obviously dirty. She had to bed down super low or look up super high to get too. Oh wow! Seriously? Jakub is a rock! I cant believe what I see with my eyes :) On time, super polite, so friendly, and professional. I cant find any word to express my experience with him. He is quick and super picky. If he cant take one dot from your window he explains and make sure you know why and what. You can see how time sensitive he is and in other hand he doesn't rush. She is very prompt, responsive, and pricing is very reasonable. Dominika and Tomas arrived as scheduled and did an incredible job! They even wiped down the cabinets, blinds, and scrubbed down my shower doors that were pretty gross. I had them clean my oven as well which also turned out beautiful.
