If you are on the fence about hiring SprayWash N'Clean, get off the fence. Michael and his team are the real deal. We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless -- the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating. Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. We went with the natural look and they came out absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous company's work, you can actually see and feel the protection on the surface. A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it. I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. Michael and his team are among the best I have ever worked with - honest, great communicators, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, then went beyond it. They also power washed our roof, driveway, and deck at no additional charge. My wife and I could not be happier. Highest possible recommendation. read more

I submitted a request to get some quotes from multiple companies to get a fresh oil stain removed from my driveway. I picked up a rental van on a Friday evening and parked it on my driveway around 5pm, woke up the next morning to a text from my neighbor that my rental van has an oil leak. I rushed out and saw that my driveway was filled with oil drippings and quickly moved it into the street. I was suppose to leave early that morning on my trip, however, I now needed to exchange the van for one that didn't leak oil. I got the new van and was on my way to my trip, however, still needed to get the oil stain out especially with the heat wave. Michael was very responsive and came out within an hour, he explained the whole procedure and was so professionally and amazing to work with. He explained that over time, the stain will lighten. He removed as much as possible and said that my concrete driveway is very porous so it will leave a shadow. I was happy with his work and professionalism and definitely would recommend him to family and friends. read more

Michael from Spraywah'NClean and his team did an amazing job restoring my front driveway, which had been badly stained by gasoline. Before starting the project, Michael patiently walked me through every step of the process and explained exactly what they would do. Working outdoors in the intense Southern California heat is already challenging, but they never cut corners or skipped a single step. Their careful and thorough work made a badly damaged concrete surface look almost brand new again. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication. I highly recommend Michael and his business! read more

Michael was exceptional! He took the time to explain all of the activities that are required for the cleaning process. His price was reasonable, and he worked so hard to earn every penny. I endend up paying him extra (tip) just because he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with the repair/redesign of some of the pavers. read more

I shopped around with many vendors to maintain my pavers that were installed in 2019. After a few quotes, Michael and his company came out on top. I really appreciated his thorough explanation. I didn't feel like just another customer. He sent me videos of his work and showed me lots of before and after. I am very pleased with the outcome of my pavers. They actually look better than when they were installed 5+ years ago. Will definitely recommend to my friends and use again when we need it maintenance again. read more

I hired Michael to clean up oil stains on our driveway and ramp and he did an excellent job. He confirmed pricing upfront, showed up when he said he would, and kept great communication throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond -- cleaned the whole asphalt area, sent progress photos, and made sure neighbors could still come and go without issue. The work looks great. The concrete stains are completely gone and the asphalt is already blending nicely. He was respectful, professional, and appreciative, and overall just easy to work with. Pricing was fair and he didn't ask for payment until the work was finished. Would definitely recommend if you need driveway or asphalt cleaning done right. read more

We have been searching for options to give our backyard hard scape a refresh. The sun has bleached out the concrete over the years giving it uneven color amking it look old. We met with Michael who took his time to fully explain the process, provide fair balance on expectations. We took our time making the decision, picking out a stain that would work and we are so happy with the results. Highly recommend this option to folks who want an update and don't have the $$$ to start from scratch. read more

Michael was super responsive from the start and came out quickly to give us a quote. His pricing was really reasonable compared to a few other places we checked out, so it was a pretty easy decision. We first hired him to power wash our brick fence and he did a great job, even taking the time to clean up the grout in certain spots so the whole thing looked like new. We were particulalry concerned about one section of the fence with stubborn old paint on it, and he spent extra time on it to get rid of all of it! He was so knowledgeable about our pavers and how to maintain them that we ended up bringing him back to power wash and seal the pavers in our front driveway and backyard too. We had a gap where a paver was missing that we thought would just stay that way forever. But Michael saw it and came back the next day with an extra tool just to cut a paver down to size so it would fit perfectly and blend in with everything else. We didn't even ask him to go out of his way, he just did it on his own. We also had Michael's team power wash our whole house and they did our lawn furniture too. So just a full refresh of the outside! It all looks great now. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be using them again! read more

I couldn't be happier with the work done on my stamped concrete. The surface had a very stubborn stain and the color was uneven and honestly looked pretty bad. I wasn't sure it could be fixed, but Michael completely transformed it. He was professional from start to finish, explained the process clearly, and paid great attention to detail. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to show me multiple sample colors and options, making sure I was completely comfortable and happy with the final choice before moving forward. The end result looks like a brand-new surface with a rich, even color. You can tell he truly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. If you're dealing with tough concrete staining or color issues, I highly recommend Michael--you won't be disappointed. read more
