We received a free estimate, we went through everything, scheduled in a time and everything was complete with in about 2 weeks. We had already created our design for the yard and they were able to take it and recreate it. They demo'd red brick and concrete and put in new concrete and tile for our backyard remodel. We did purchase the tile separately on our own The crew was polite and efficient. They showed up everyday and cleaned up everyday. SCAM!!!!! Don't get a quote from them let alone believe in the reviews! I have reported this guy on Yelp! What a waste of my time. This person messaged me on yelp I am asking for estimates for two of our rental properties. I only gave information for one of our homes. He messages me on yelp for a "FREE" estimate. I texted him same with other companies. I sent over a measurement that was not clear to him and he had the audacity to say "I can't help you if you have no measurements" ok well Sir. The point is to measure it yourself. I contacted about 10 other masonry places and most of them were willing to measure and estimate for free. Lorenzo responded back to me with $75 fee just for an estimate that he first said was free. LAZY company! Thankfully I found someone else that responded back without wasting customer time. This included setting up a new drainage system, building a retaining wall, pool coping and installing concrete. During the estimation phase, I had a lot of questions. Lorenzo took time to answer my questions and provide details. He was very patient. His estimate was a reasonable price. During the project he and his team were very reliable, hardworking, and flexible to my needs. He even went above and beyond to take care of things not in the contract, such as fixing stucco on my side walls and fixing my side gate. The final result was excellent, smooth concrete and good color. During the most recent city inspection for the pool construction, the inspector even commented how well the concrete was done.
