Before they began, they checked in with us to understand our specific needs and how to handle our belongings. They did a great job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and they didn't overlook any detail in the rest of the apartment. The price was very fair. I reached out to them last minute, just before a holiday weekend, and they still managed to accommodate me and book an appointment, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend their services if you're looking for reliable and thorough cleaners! Thank you, Mario and Monika!

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!

I hired GleamingLuxe to clean at my elderly parents' apartment, and unfortunately had two…read moresignificant issues. First, after the cleaning, several family photos and souvenir magnets that had been on the fridge for years were missing. When we raised this, the company's response was to say their cleaners didn't recall seeing or removing anything, and the conversation became more about disputing responsibility than resolving the issue. To be fair, they did return to search the apartment, and I appreciate that effort -- but the items never turned up, and we were left without any real explanation. These were irreplaceable family keepsakes, and losing them was genuinely upsetting. Second, about a week after the cleaning, I noticed several areas -- a shelf near a window with visible dust and debris still sitting on it, and a bathroom baseboard corner with grime buildup and hair still on the floor -- that hadn't actually been cleaned. Photos attached. These were exactly the hard-to-reach spots I'd hired help for in the first place, since my parents can't easily do them themselves. Between the missing items and the incomplete cleaning, I can't recommend this service, even though I do want to acknowledge they were responsive once I flagged the missing items and returned to help look.

On the day of the scheduled cleaning, they called and said they didn't even have a ladder to clean the downstairs exterior windows. They then asked if I wanted to proceed with only the house cleaning and hire someone else to do the windows. If you inspect the property and provide an estimate, you should have the proper equipment and be prepared to do the work you quoted. Their estimate was not accurate, and they did not follow through on what they originally agreed to. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. The house just freshly painted and no way it has cigarettes smell. ** Update** I didn't ask you to add the windows, I asked if your price includes windows as it was high compared to other estimates I got. You offered to do the windows for the price you quoted, only downstairs you will do them interior and exterior as you won't be able to get a long ladder for the upstairs. Don't twist what you said as I have all the text between me and you! You called me after the review to tell me that I'm RUDE? Very unprofessional! Don't hire him. If you didn't like his estimate or you didn't agree, he'll call you to harass you.

I had to call them and they figured out that there was a "glitch" in the system where it didn't show my appointment. What?! So I had to reschedule for a later time that day. The owner Jozef did not discount me because of this "glitch". When the ladies were cleaning, one was on the phone most of the time. I asked that they do the bathroom, yet when I inspected it the drawers were not cleaned out. Their vacuum did not pick everything up and I had to ask that they clean the sliding glass door in my bedroom. I asked if they could wipe down a stain on the wall and one of them said No I would need to use a magic eraser. She didn't even try to wipe off the stain so I did it and it didn't need much to get it off. After this experience, the value of my money is not worth it. Don't book them unless you want a mediocre job!
