Hiring this service was terrible. The lady owner Fea behaved as if it was a social meeting , she kept talking to me like a parrot about her life, totally disregarding my privacy and my time. Her crew worked hard and I gave them a well deserved tip, they seemed nervous and told me that Fea always pockets their tips , treats them poorly, and disrespects them, in addition of making them work till exhaustion for less tham the minimum wage per hour. It was a very hot day and they were very thirsty, when Fea noticed I offered them water and sodas she told them not to spoil them and laughed loudly, she referred to them as if they were not human. I certainly do not want to have that Lady Fea again in my house, sitting on my furniture eating my time with her annoying unsolicited loud chat, and certainly I did not like the way she treated her crew. read more

I've had some interesting experiences with house cleaning services from one breaking a pipe and flooding my floor to another bleaching my carpet. So, we've always cleaned our house ourselves. Robert and Simone are efficient and thorough in their cleaning. They recently completed a move in ready deep clean after a move out and some construction. Painters left the stainless steel kitchen sink a mess after washing their equipment. I thought it might have to be replaced but Robert got it cleaned up and looking almost new. The exterior of the kitchen cabinets were filthy from opening and closing (no handles) and are looking like new. Bathrooms were sparkling like new, including fan vent covers. Moved out of a 900 sq ft condo and hired DD Cleaners through Yelp to get it cleaned before I try to sell it. DD Cleaners were the quickest to respond out of the highest rated cleaners in the area and offered competitive pricing, so I went with them. I was able to let them know ahead of time that I was extra concerned about grease stains on my stove top and hard water stains in my sinks/tub. Throughout the 7 years of living there, despite trying to clean it myself regularly (not frequently enough though it seemed), the stains had built up and all the wikihows and google search cleaning solutions would not remove these stains. Rob and Simone arrived on time, and they already knew about my situation. Rob walked through the condo with me and also made it clear what they would and would not clean (walls, outside, the usual stuff with most other cleaners). Rob also said the kitchen and bathroom stains were not bad at all, and estimated about 2.5-3 hours to clean the entire place. In just under 2.5 hours they were done, and while Rob admitted the stains were tougher to remove than he expected, they were completely gone when it was all said and done! I was incredibly impressed as I expected there to be some residual or some spots that were simply unremovable, but everything looked brand new outside of normal wear and tear scuff marks. Of course, they also left the rest of the place dust free throughout. Rob even showed me what cleaner he used to get the hard water stains out of the tub so I could buy it myself in the future. They also gave me the option to stick around or leave during the cleaning; I chose to leave to avoid getting in their way and even without supervision they were incredibly thorough in the cleaning. Rob texted me a 30 minutes heads up before they were finished as well. I really couldn't have asked for anything more from DD Cleaners. Glad I went with them! read more

Wow! We have used several different cleaning services over the years and DD Cleaners has been the most thorough and high quality cleaner we've ever used. They very quickly responded to my quote via text and scheduling was super easy. Our house hadn't been professionally cleaned in some time and had just been through a remodel so it was quite frankly, pretty gross in certain areas. I wish I had remembered to take before and after photos! They sent a team of three cleaners out who hustled for five hours straight to get it sparkling just in time for the holidays. They arrived exactly when promised, and did a walk through to understand exactly what we needed. After that, they got right to work. Amazing cleaners, wonderful customer service and excellent attention to detail! I had a great experience working with DD Cleaners. I reached out looking for a deep cleaning of our downstairs after a kitchen remodel left the area very dusty. Due to our construction timeline, I had to change the cleaning date a few times, but Meghan helped to accommodate our schedule and was very patient! On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived later than planned due to the previous job taking longer than expected, but they communicated with me about the delay so I was in the loop (which is very different than past cleaning companies I've worked with). They even arrived ready to clean fairly late on a Friday, when I thought they might have just canceled, and finished the job very quickly. Robert and Simone did an incredible job making our kitchen and other rooms look impeccable, and I was very impressed considering I have very high cleaning standards and usually don't think that cleaners do that great of a job. Robert was even able to get a water stain out of our quartz countertop in the bathroom that I have literally been trying to get out for over a year!
