Have been working with Simply Clean for over a year. Easy to manage, reasonable pricing, and great cleaning. Attention to detail and easy to request. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They are strict about imposing a heavy reschedule fee. However, they no-showed on me TWO times IN A ROW. First time perhaps a fluke, but TWICE? IN A ROW?? Totally unprofessional. They will screw up your schedule. DO NOT USE THEM. (Guy named Beto is either the owner or scheduler. Horribly unprofessional... don't waste your time.) read more

Have a small ADU being turned over to renters and Simply Clean OC provided great service! Clean throughout and looks great! Booking was a breeze and communication up to appointment was top tier. Will surely be booking again for a cleaning. read more

I found this spot on Yelp, after finding out the other cleaning company I used didn't have any availability. I really like that this business offers the option to book online, making the process simple and easy. I got the 2 cleaners for 2 hours for $170. We provided instructions on how to get to our apartment, and when we came home, the apartment was squeaky clean! The prices are super affordable, and their work was excellent! They read our notes about what we prioritized, and did a great job at cleaning spaces important to us. I'm excited to book them again for future cleanings. read more

I got a 2 hour cleaning done at one of my homes. My roommates couldn't stop saying what an amazing job they did and how clean the house looks now. We are happy with this company and service! And affordable pricing. We will definitely be using this company again! read more

I used simply clean for over five years and the past two have been the absolute worst. I'm not sure if the hiring team changed but the constant rescheduling, shortcuts by not upholding to the two hour window and then charging the full price, plus major misses on trash, toilets, and kitchen areas are unacceptable. I brought this to the attention of the owner and although I've let certain things pass over time, I recently started bringing it to his attention and there was no accountability. This last time, I determined it was best to consider other options as they came two hours late after rescheduling me for five days after the initial time, plus staying only 1.5 hours and attempting to charge me the full time, which is completely dishonest. I can't stand a lier and although I would never wish failure upon a company, this place is headed down an unbecoming path. read more

Excellent service! Simply Clean OC did an amazing job cleaning my space. I booked 3 weeks in advance. I booked online on the website and used a credit card to pay. I like this convenience, already paid for ahead of time. Don't have to deal with cash etc. And if it takes more than the time quoted they can change your card additional fee for extra time. Easy peasey lemon squeezey. My results are great! I already booked them for monthly cleanings. They were on time, very professional and did a great job. They even wore uniforms! For home cleaning it usually takes 2 hours at $85 HOUR FOR A TWO CLEANING TEAM! (Minimum of two hours) First time customers get $10.00 OFF (make sure you use the promo code at checkout!) read more

Ladies did a good job cleaning out my rental property. On time and thorough ly cleaned everything.

Used this service this morning, they did an amazing job! I moved in recently and didn't realize just how much stuff I had on all the surfaces trying to figure out where to put it or the energy to put it away until I saw it all cleaned up and all the surface space I have! Cindy and her team were very professional, communicative, and made good use of the time. I will certainly be using this service again and I highly recommend it. Oh - and LOVE the convenience of booking and paying online. That was the main reason why I went with them. Was even able to pay the tip online! So easy to do!! read more

I have used Simply Clean for years and recently ended my business with them due to their poor planning and customer service. I had booked my cleaning weeks in advance between the time of 8am to 10am to ensure my dogs will be at the groomers and someone will be home during the time of the cleaning. I texted to check in on their arrival and they told me that their cleaners won't be available until around 12pm! I have doctor appointments and other plans I cannot change. The worst part, they offered zero flexibility on my availability or a decent discount for their poor planning. They need to realize that people plan their days around the time they originally set!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TIME because they sure as hell do not respect it. read more

***UPDATE*** I filed a police report, and the investigator informed me ANOTHER nearby homeowner had her wedding ring stolen when the same two cleaners from Simply Clean were at her house, just a couple months before my wife's ring was stolen. Filiberto makes it sound like my wife lost her ring, BUT SHE DID NOT. Filiberto lied to me. The investigator also said Filiberto lied to him and was not cooperative with the investigation. I STRONGLY CAUTION anyone against allowing Filiberto or his employees into their home. read more

Consistently great. If you need cleaning, there is no other place. I've tried other local cleaning services and have always been disappointed. Not with Simply Clean OC. It's apparent when someone is putting in effort and when someone is not. The staff from Simply Clean OC always put in the effort and it shows. I think of how much time and energy is saved after they leave and it's a no-brainer. Thank you for always consistently putting in the work ladies. My house looks great and you saved me a ton of time. read more

Two ladies came . One short and had an attitude already and one is taller and nice . The short one must be the boss . She acted like a boss . She did not do a good job . She organized by hiding all our stuff . She did not clean well too . But I still gave them good tip . Never use again and will not recommend . read more

They were very thorough and efficient! The price was a good deal and they were available the next day. Would definitely use again.

Great service. Did a very good job. I used them two months ago and had one cleaning last month and one last week. The one last week was on a few hour notice because the other cleaner bailed out on the job and they came right away. Just referred them to my friend who has many rental properties that need cleaning. read more

A lot of things appeared to be broken in our home immediately after the housekeepers left . Our PC/computer was dropped and broken. When they were cleaning we heard an extremely loud crash. If they would've just told us what they broke, we could've worked with them on this. I gave clear instructions when they walked in the door. My instructions were not followed. Because they only commit to 2hrs of service and they said they couldn't stay any longer than that, I asked for the bathrooms upstairs to be cleaned and for them to focus on the downstairs, seeing as it was the day before Thanksgiving I needed a clean kitchen. Unfortunately, my kitchen wasn't cleaned because they didn't have time. Total failure of following the direction given to them. After paying AND tipping housekeepers to do a job, I am disappointed as I'm cleaning up what they didn't, and fixing what they broke. Broken items: PC computer Guest bathroom towel rack Not cleaned as requested: Bathtub upstairs bathroom Kitchen Simply Clean OC's response to this was a text message that they "no longer service my area." Simply Clean OC has a wonderful and kind team of cleaners every-time. They always do a thorough and detailed job, and are at a wonderful price point compared to others in the area. If you are looking for a monthly or weekly cleaner in the OC area, then give them a call! Please note they give time frames for their cleaning to begin (I.e. between 8-10am) so you should plan ahead and make sure you are available during the time frame to let them in and do their excellent work! read more

I found them on Yelp since I'm moving out and needed to clean the condo before renting to somebody else. I requested multiple vendors but they are the only ones that came back with reasonable pricing and great availability. The actual service is good, the two ladies that came were quick and professional. Saved me a lot of trouble of marketing the house. I ended up finding a tenant within two days posting the property on Zillow. Would use again next time if I need to have my rentals clean up read more

I can't believe how clean my place is after just 2 people cleaned for 2 hours! It is honestly more clean than I would have thought possible. They really went above and beyond all of my expectations. 10 stars! read more

I'll start off with the good things... Pros: easy to book online Manager was responsive Arrived promptly Cons: Didn't know where to start and was told an unrealistic timeline because I had asked about organizing but no communication whatsoever to the crew. Took 20 minutes to figure out what and where to clean first and because there was a language barrier. Bad communication Cleaning felt very rushed (see pictures) Looks like their strong suit was just to clean the sinks, shower doors, and countertops but nothing else. One lady (younger lady almost looked like a teenager) cleaned my blinds and it was so aggressive that I thought she was going to break them until I popped out of my room then she started to be gentle. Left half of my bathroom dusty. My sponge was in my dish rack along with dirty bowls and cups which I placed in the sink to wash! Brought in additional 2 cleaners total of 4 but did not say anything to me that more people were coming for the last hour and still wasn't clean enough. Requested additional time because the communication between the manager and employees was bad so I paid an additional hour total of 3 hours to clean with 4 cleaning ladies! I felt the 2 additional helpers that came were friendlier and did more work than the main crew. Overall, very disappointed. read more

We've used this company twice now and they've done a great job each time. Cindy and Laura made our home look beautiful. Prices are fair and the job is efficient and of good quality. Will use them again! read more

I've used a few housecleaning companies from Yelp but never was absolutely thrilled with any of them... until now! From the moment Isabel and Cindy walked into my house, they were driven to get it sparkling clean. It not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Even my kids could tell there was a big difference from the other housecleaners. I was upset with the last two companies because the bathroom walls and baseboards were left dirty. Not with these ladies! Kudos too to Filiberto in the office, who gave me the initial quote and instructed me on how to use the link to schedule an appointment. I will definitely be using you guys again. In fact, my search is over, I won't be using anyone but you from now on! read more

Good responsiveness through Yelp messaging. They have a pretty convenient online booking system. I booked for a Move-in move-out deep cleaning on my rental property where I just installed some new flooring the day before they came and cleaned. Made the appointment for 10 am, got pushed back to 11 am just as I had hit the road (I live an hour away and noted this to them) and they arrived/started 11:30 due to traffic. I get how traffic works but it definitely made my schedule for the rest of the day rushed. Speaking of rushed, overall, I felt like this was treated like standard cleaning and not a deep move in move out cleaning like I ordered. Thankfully, they only charge by the hour. The cleaning of a 900 square foot living space with two full baths and three total sinks took only 2 hours. Efficient, I thought at first. Because of above said rushed schedule I could only do a cursory look over before I left for them to finish up and lock up. When I came back and continued prep work for the property for the new tenant, I noticed a lot of dusty spots missed on the ceiling that I had to clean myself. Then I had to do a double take on my newly installed wood flooring... water damage. My $2000 floor that's barely a day old got water damage! You would think that they would take better care not to leave water just sitting on wood flooring! Also, the new tenant noted that the collection of dirt and dust under the kitchen appliances like the refrigerator was still dirty. From my inspection, no attempt was made to clean underneath the appliances. Overall I got a rush job and would not recommend this company with how it messed with my schedule and damaged my home, much less need to hire someone else to clean it again. Best to hire once with someone better. read more

Needed cleaning for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in an apartment and was quoted $160 for 2 hours with deep cleaning added. The ladies arrived on time and were very friendly. They finished the job in about an hour and let me know I would still have to pay the minimum 2 hours which was fine. After inspecting all the areas they did a good job for the most part, but there were some small areas I had to clean up after them. Overall I would say I received a good cleaning service! read more

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FREAK they did voodoo or some secret magic or brought a magician here I don't know WHAT happened in less than 2 hours. I walked in to my apartment and did not recognize it! Look just look at this paper towel what happened to him ?? He has a bow tie! He is all dressed up ready togo a party. I might have walked into someone else's apartment tbh. I needed my apartment cleaned before moving out and Simply Clean OC was available during the time frame I needed in order to move out. Super easy to make an appointment online and very responsive with any questions I had. Yessenia, Eileen, and Valeria came over and did a thorough cleaning of my apartment. They had originally told me it would take 4 hours to finish, but they finished earlier than anticipated. Once they were done they did a walk through with me to make sure they cleaned everything I needed. Thanks Simply Clean OC, will definitely use your services again. read more

Great price, good work. They were quick and did everything I was looking for. I am satisfied and will use them again.

Was able to book quickly. They arrived on time and left my house clean in the time they were here. Good pricing. Super friendly.

I would give 4.5 if option . I contacted Simply Clean OC the day prior and needed a project tightened up the following day for selling. There was no problem with communication and booking online was super easy. The deal was for 2 cleaners for 2 hrs and to come from 2pm-4pm. The ONLY issue I had was that the team arrived at 1pm instead of 2pm with no notification. If my contractor wasn't at the home picking up equipment, we would have had to interrupt our work schedule to let cleaners in. Great timing by contractor! Besides this minor issue, the team did a great job and we will definitely use them in the future. Easy to book, and great price for a an emergency clean up. read more

I don't leave reviews often, but it's definitely warranted this time. I chose Simply Clean OC only because it was really easy to make an appointment online and they had availability the next day, which I needed. But the whole experience completely exceeded my expectations! They did an excellent job cleaning and they were really efficient. I was a little worried since I was paying by the hour that they might go slow, but it was exactly the opposite. They worked incredibly fast without missing any details, and ended up charging me less because they finished ahead of schedule! I highly recommend and will definitely use again. read more

Our house was a complete mess. We had called a different company to help us clean and they cancelled last minute. I frantically tried to find someone else to help us out and thankfully we found Simply Clean OC. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. They did such a great job! Loved coming home to a clean house. They were very detailed and they make your beds too. All baseboards were super clean. It's the best feeling to have a clean home! I've been doing a monthly cleaning for over a year now. The girls are very nice and do a great job every time. The cleaning is thorough, and if you need them to pay attention to a certain area then you can just let them know. They know how to place every pillow and blanket to make your home look like a magazine - basically no signs of living, just how I like it Plus, you can't beat the price. I used to have another company come and it was more money, they took longer, and the cleaning wasn't nearly as thorough! One of the reasons I chose this company is they had a portable carpet cleaner. I don't think they still have it anymore sadly but I think a lot of people would want that type of service to clean up small carpet stains. Would love to see that service back! Also, if there was an option for weekend cleanings that would be amazing, especially when we are hosting and want to get everything deep cleaned after having people over. :) read more

Wowww Woww Woww! I'm so impressed with the service and the result! Took them through what I wanted to focus on (bathroom and guest bedroom). They let us know that 2 hours might be too tight to clean the entire house. And I said just focus on the bathroom and get to the others if they can. They did beyond of what I was expected. And they even helped me to move some light boxes! The bathroom and the rest of the house looks so clean. I don't think I've seen it like that ever since I moved in! Very professional and great work! I will definitely make a monthly booking from now on. Very impressive! read more
