So glad that we found Zoom Cleaning thru Yelp and hired them for a move-out job for my mother-in-law's apartment. The employees were great with communication from the start and very friendly (not pushy like some of the other companies I contacted thru Yelp for a quote). They did a great job cleaning the apartment despite the fact that our relatives weren't completely moved out yet. They were even very accommodating by allowing them extra time to finish carrying their boxes to the carport by coming back a few hours later to finish their cleaning. I really needed a good deep cleaning for my main bathroom. I used the Yelp service to send out quotes to multiple busineses. I've used it before, but there usually ended up being some issue with previous cleaners we've hired or spoke to (rude attitudes, not very detailed, etc) When Camila responded to my request for a quote, she seemed very kind. She quoted me with a flat price as opposed to an hourly rate that I usually see for this type of service, so I decided to go with her and we were able to schedule an appointment immediately. She told me she'd come at 8am and she came exactly on time. I was afraid because she gave me a flat rate that she would simply wipe things down and call it a day and leave as quickly as possible, but I was wrong. She was so detail oriented. She even got spots other cleaners failed to get previously. I routinely clean my house myself, but wow, I didn't know the knob on the toilet could sparkle so brightly! I can finally see through my shower glass door again. The whole bathroom is SUPER clean. It smells strong of cleaning supplies, but I personally like that smell, though it might come off as strong to others.
