BH Cleaning Services are awesome to work with! I hired them last year to clean the two large buildings at the company I was working at. I had met with 5 or 6 different cleaning companies, BH's had the best prices and offered more services than other places did. Plus, Ben, the owner, was a really great guy and I enjoyed our communication and his professionalism. I ended up leaving that company and starting somewhere else a couple months later. One of my first tasks was to find a cleaner for our property, and I didn't hesitate to reach out to Ben. We hired him right away and it's been great. If anything is ever inadvertently missed, I shoot a quick text to him, and he will typically have somebody out the same day to rectify the situation. It's super rare that that has happened though, they've been cleaning once a week for about 4 months and I think there have only been two times I had to reach out to him. Wish that Yelp has negative choices for service, cleaning was dirty, lazy and didn't listen what we complained about. We also have stuffs from them and they charged extra $1 for delivery even we ordered a lot at same time. That's ridiculous! And one more thing, if you suddenly want them to delivery 1 item by your mistake, keep dreaming! They will complain back to you lollz.Or sometimes they delivery a lot of stuffs even we didn't know we're still have it or not lollz. "Great" service ! read more

I've been dealing directly with Ben, the founder of the company, B.H. Cleaning Service - and I have nothing, but POSITIVE remarks. At the expense of sounding a bit lame (because really - how enthusiastic can one be out cleaning?!), I'm going to be the first to write a review for B.H. Cleaning. I've been in various jobs. The cleaning staff at private/public, small/big, just any type/size of organizations can be a bit gruff. Or, on the other hand, we have no idea who they are because they come in during after hours. I ALWAYS go out of my way to get friendly with the cleaning staffs, lobby security, and every other folk that help us keep our professional work functioning seamlessly. For the most part, I find these blue collar workers very friendly and amiable. What sets Ben apart is that he does all this and goes the extra distance. Today, I came into the office and found white powder (from paint perhaps) everywhere on the floor. We were in trouble...and who did we call? Ben. He picked up and immediately scheduled one of his staff to come over and clean up the mess. And at that he didn't charge an obscene rate. He actually kept it REALLY fair - $20! Ben is an amazingly responsive professional. I like that he takes his job seriously and moreover, take us, his clients, even more seriously. read more

I met with Ben to discuss our requirements (after accepting bids from various companies) and he presented very reasonable pricing and assurance that all of our expectations would be met. Sometimes there were scheduling particulars due to evening events or specific tasks that needed to be performed and Ben was more than happy to communicate with his staff and accomodate, even with last minute notice. He is always very professional, responsive and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer care. His staff is polite and friendly too. Ben is VERY professional and very much on top of his work. I am very picky with OCD tendencies and he definitely passed my test. We had a nightmare experience with our last cleaning people(didn't show up one day, broke company property, did a lousy cleaning job) and an even more frustrating time with the management (not returning calls, management unable to reach the janitor). I vetted a few cleaning services for my work and chose him after much consideration. Ben is extremely on top of his game.
