I have a two bed, two bath that I keep is good condition - deep cleaned once a month with regular weekly cleanings either done by myself or by a cleaning service. It has been about 5 days since my last cleaning so it's no wonder they finished well under two hours but upon closer inspection several areas were left with me hoping for better (see photos of kitchen, dining table and bathroom). Looks like I'll be needing to immediately redo the cleaning the same day. And honestly not being great cleaners, not the worst thing actually, the worst was they kept banging the vacuum against every baseboard and chair and aggressively against the floors.

Here were the biggest issues: - The entire service took too long and also felt very rushed at the end. I paid extra to have mold cleaned in the washing machine, and she spent a lot of time on it but completely missed the area she was supposed to clean and had to redo it which took a lot of extra time. - She didn't have the right products for the shower door and it's still covered in hard water stains. She even said to me that I would need a different cleaning product to remove the stains, and I was confused as to why she wouldn't have brought the product she's needed for that. Any other cleaner I've had always leaves the shower door spotless. - The floors throughout the house are now very sticky after she mopped, presumably because she only did one pass with too much cleaner and didn't then run over it with water. She also left pools of water in certain spots while completely missing mopping others, and now the whole house smells like cleaner and is irritating my allergies. - She missed a lot of cobwebs and pieces of dirt on the ground, and also left some piles of hair balled up. I had to run over a lot of corners with our own vacuum after. Overall it felt like we were sent someone who shouldn't have been on their own. She seemed really overwhelmed and out of her depth, even asking me to open a new cleaning product for her. I'm very disappointed since this place has such great reviews.

I texted the number on card for a quote and response was abrupt and sharp but decided to go thru with a monthly cleaning. Gentleman came to clean my organized and neat small one bedroom apartment and charged an outrageous $80. This would have an easy job for someone that took their time in wiping down things and paying attention to the work, but not even close. While cleaning the gentleman dented a stainless steel trash can, broke two or three counter/floor items, left a blue residue on my nightstand with some cleaning product and did not wipe the dust off of any other bedroom furniture or pick up things from counters as he cleaned. If an item had dust on it he just put it back on the counter dusty. Corners of kitchen and bathroom counters were still dirty as well as baseboards and certain areas of the hard wood floor. No vacuuming/mopping done in bathroom where there is a lot of hair. Kitchen sink and bathroom faucets were not wiped down. Guy didn't even bother scrubbing the bathroom tub or toilet bowl (rust rings were still visible). He left my shower gel upside down so it leaked all over the shower. No attention to detail and he didn't even bother to put the kitchen stuff back where it belonged. I literally recleaned the entire apartment out of sheer frustration and my 15 min daily cleanings are more thorough than what he did. Basically all he seemed to do was wipe down kitchen counter, take out trash and messily make a bed (sheets were not even tucked for crispness) and charged for 15-20 min of work. Very dishonest individual. To be fair I texted him about the job afterwards and he said he would come back a second time to fix anything he missed but I had enough just seeing the messy result from his initial visit and his short curt responses. NO APOLOGY whatsoever. Definitely a messy, hurried job with damage and no attention to detail. Forget deep cleaning, some things weren't even lightly cleaned. No nice extra thoughtful touches like changing water for flower vases or even basic things wiping down a scale full of dust in bathroom. He also made it a point to say I just got a basic service when he came which I found odd and reiterated he only cleans stuff on the counter which he didn't do either (so $80 for 15 min and he can't even vacuum properly). Not polite, brash and a tornado style work. I've had a housekeeper for 6 years and just moved to the Irvine area - thought this company would clean just as well but am I sorry I took a chance on this company and this dishonest individual. Would give zero stars if I could. Don't pick up the card if it's left on your door - you won't get a sweet, thorough, organized individual that loves to clean and make your house feel pristine and beautiful but a cantankerous whirlwind of a guy that wants to finish and get out as quickly as possible! They work mostly Monday to Friday but they kindly made an exception for us to clean on a Saturday which we were very thankful for. On the day of cleaning they were on time and went to work right away. They were extremely thorough and very detailed. They got all the baseboards, door frames, doors in addition to all the normal parts. This tells a lot about her mental health than the people that she is responding to. After experiencing her services I do believe the negative ones, including the review that she was caught eating someone's refrigerator content in the security camera. Cameras don't lie. I hired her for move in / move out deep cleaning. The house was empty and there was no trash. I needed her to actually clean, like vacuum and wipe surfaces. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning.
